Toops heating and cooling did a great job fixing our AC. The owner of the company came out to do our unit. He was fast, professional, and very kind to my kids. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Toops. Our A/C unit stopped working over the weekend and the first company who answered the phone came the next day and gave us a load of garbage about the A/C unit AND furnace needing to be replaced, plus duct work for tens of thousands of dollars. On the recommendation of a friend I called Toops and told Mike everything the previous technician had told me. He was flabbergasted and sent Cody out that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it fixed within an hour for under $200. Thank you!

Just had these guys over, they were courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable and got the job done in record time! Now I can relax in my cool AC! Oh, and they gave me a military discount and I didn't even have to ask! Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Our home was hit by lightening which caused a power surge that damaged our furnace as well as other things. I had two HVAC companies come out for a quote before Toops. The others quoted me a well over two thousand dollars in repairs, citing several parts in my furnace needed to be replaced. I decided to call one more company and found Toops on a random search. Cody came out the same day I called him and assessed the damage. He found that only two parts needed replaced and the cost was well less than HALF of what the other two companies quoted me. Mike came out and did the repair the very next day. They are honest and kind, extremely responsive, the best price I could possibly find and they do not take advantage. Vert pleased with their quality of work as well. They gained a lifetime customer in me. 100% recommended.

We have had Cody tune up our furnace a couple of times now as well as diagnose a few issues with it and every time he has come out, it’s been pretty quick to get on the schedule, a fair price, and an all-around pleasant experience. He’s knowledgeable, explains what’s going on and what he’s doing, and is very friendly.

I highly recommend this company. They are thorough, compassionate about their work and friendly. You can tell it is a family owned business. Cody has been our service technician for both service calls. He is outstanding. The nicest guy. The last service appointment he took care of our refrigerator from our patio that didn't work anymore and removed the freon and disposed of it. Great company!!!

This company is absolutely the best in town. Last year, our air conditioning went out. We had another company (Atlas Butler) show up and tell us that the entire system needed to be replaced. We called Toops for another opinion---Cody showed up and told us it was just a bad capacitor. He made the quick fix and the system ran perfectly. This week, the system wasn't working quite right. Cody showed up again and found a small leak. He refilled the coolant and all is well again. Their customer service is amazing, and they are absolutely honest in all they do. Highly recommended! AMAZING family-run business, honest and skillful HVAC guys. Got quoted for over 12K with Atlas Butler and then got a Toops recommendation from a friend immediately after. Mike arrived a bit early, got right to fixing my issue, no hassle and no absolutely NO hustle! Let's just say our bill with Toops was pennies in comparison to the other guys. Thank you so much for coming right away and fixing our furnace! Will call around Spring time for our AC units.

Had a great experience with them. There was a slight hiccup on the day they were supposed to come, but Cody made it first thing the next morning and immediately figured out the situation. I have a really old furnace, and he didn't try to sell me on a new one. He fixed the problem (really quick) and walked me through the issue. When I did ask for a quote for a new system, I was really surprised by how reasonable the price was. Highly recommend them.

I wanted an estimate for a new air conditioner so I called Toops. Cody came out. I was just so impressed with his honesty. Most of the other HVAC contractors have used their dishonest sales pitches and then quoted exorbitant prices for a new unit. Cody simply said mine was in great shape and discouraged me from replacing it. Anyway, I wanted to publicly acknowledge Toops for their honesty and integrity. I will definitely think of them when I need to get my ac/furnaced serviced in the future.

Toops was great installing my new furnace. The price was fantastic. I held my review to see how the follow up appointment went. I was told I could call and schedule an inspection of my ac/furnace in June. I contacted Cody 3 times he scheduled with me but didn't come. I am disappointed in that , but if you are looking for a short term relationship, the price was decent.

Just moved into our first house, and the AC was making weird noises. Their technician, Sam, cleaned the coils and checked everything. He even showed me ways to maintain it. House feels way better now.

Dashawn and Adam were great. Extremely thorough cleaning and end result was even better than I anticipated. I had some of the dirtiest air returns they had seen and they worked their butt's off to get them clean.

I would have given a 5 star rating but there were some obvious mishaps so gave 4 star:
1) Technician left sliding yellow blind covering my front door on the porch.
2) Technician left a cover on one of the air vents in lower level family room that I had to remove. I do not know if that went was cleaned.
3) Several places dirt that came off from the vents was left that I had to clean it up. Also debris from cutting air pipe in basement was left on floor that was a safety hazard.
4) Technician had to drill several holes (about 1” size) in the basement air pipes. I was not informed about this before. Only thing I was told was that they would cut a bid hole in pipe going into furnace. I suggest to inform customers about this prior to starting the cleaning work so that customer does not get surprised to see several small holes drilled.

I called today 6/18/25 about above mishaps and talked with Christina. I appreciate that this was addressed promptly and Mike from Mighty Ducts came & took care of the above issues. Thank you.
