I am very pleased with the HVAC service received . The entire crew was very polite and professional. Mighty Ducts provided additional information that will be very useful maintaining a healthy ventilation system. And, we were able to feel the difference in the output of heat in our home immediately.

This is the first time I used Mighty Ducts to clean the air ducts in my house. Mighty Ducts is expanding their service area to Columbus and they were offering a promotion to Columbus customers when I signed up for their service. My review is not impacted by their promotion though. The two Mighty Ducts cleaning technicians (Deshawn and Adam) arrived on time and spent 3 hours working on my house (slightly less than 3000 sq feet). They were very professional and courteous. I was very satisfied by their service.

Excellent service - right from scheduling and follow-up prior to service. As a house owner 20+ years, I might have had more than 7 duct cleanings. This is one of the best. Crew (DeShawn and Adam) arrived 30 minutes early and patiently waited as I was busy. Crew patiently went through the house floors and basement - identified all registers and returns and inspected the furnace area. Given we had new carpet in the basement last year, I was about to request the crew to be careful. Before I even spell, the crew were prepared with drop cloths to lay wherever they were laying the pipes. (You can see the same in photos). Unlike lots of people, these gentlemen were properly dressed and had shoe covers all the time.

Bottomline, top notch cleaning and professionalism. We recommend MIGHTY DUCTS without any reservations to anyone. Thank you DeShawn and Adam, and you got a loyal customer in me through your professionalism and excellent service.

I know they do commercial properties,but after 2 companies not showing up , I called 3B. 3B came out and took care of my A/C problem right away. 5 stars alk the way.

I had a new Carrier system installed in 2013. I should have kept my old system. Last year, for the second time, the gas valve had to be replaced and I was told it was a condensation problem. $500 later, I was back up and running. Today, I had problems with my air conditioner, which 3B could not diagnose. The technician told me there was a memo that came out from Carrier more than 3 years ago about the condensation problem. Aparently, no one at 3B reads their mail.

The tech provided very good service but they billed me more much more that the person on the phone told me before the tech came out. Plus they said they no longer service residential so I have no idea why they sent a tech to my house. I had to fight on the phone for a while to get to a compromise on payment. I recommended looking elsewhere for after hours service.

I am a National Asset Manager and have properties all over the country and work with all sorts of vendors nationally.
3B is one of the best vendors I have ever used.
Fast, courteous, and professional and Ann and Sheila in the office are a pleasure to work with.
I am an absentee owner of a million dollar building in Columbus and 3B are the only people I trust to service it and give me fair prices and accurate estimates.
I highly recommend them.

I don't recommend this company.

1) They were late for an appointment and charge to a customer.
2) They got a year contract payments, later found out that they never did services.
3) I left message to their phone service, but they said they never got a message and blame on the customer.

I reported to my shop's management company for issue. 3B Mechanical called me and told me that a technician will their in 30 minutes if it is ok. So I said ok. After an hour, no one came or called. By then I was late for pick up my kid so I called them...no one answered after 10 times of bell ring. So I hang up and left the shop. 5 minutes after I left, the technician called and told me that he just got my place, but I was already on the freeway. I told them I couldn't go back. A few days after, they send me a bill.

Also, when I talk to a technician, I found out that they never changed a filter for a year. (my shop's previous owner had a service contract with them...the previous owner prepaid for service, but they never changed a filter.)
If you want to use them, you better stay next to them so they can't cheating on you.
