I found Mighty Ducts after reading good reviews on Google. They scheduled me within a week! The two-man crew were very polite and sweet with my two cats—even made pleasant conversation. Duct cleaning was very straightforward and they cleaned up any dust left behind on floors etc., plus professionally removed and rehung the utility room door that blocked access to the furnace. Also— they didn’t try to upsell me on anything, which I’ve experienced with other companies. I wanted a straightforward duct cleaning and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend for the Columbus area!

Mike and his team were beyond professional from start to finish. One thing that I have learned is that a home needs more than just regular, furnace filter changes! It needs the deep cleaning of the duct work to avoid a build up of the dark ,dust that stains flooring and walls! I expect a lot - and Mighty Ducts Cleaning met my expectations! Mighty Ducts did a great job for us after a recent first floor and kitchen renovation. Even though we didn't see the dust, we wanted to make sure air quality was still where it needs to be. They arrived a few minutes early, were very polite, respectful, and professional. We appreciated that they brought up and were concerned about our pets and wanted to make sure they were secured. They covered all vents so that no debris escaped while cleaning and were very careful to move any furniture that had a vent underneath. They let me know what they were doing as they went along and how much time it would take so we knew what to expect. Happy with what they did and would recommend.

Great Experience with Mighty Ducts Columbus! Dashawn, Mike and Adam were extremely friendly and personable. We have lived in our house for 2 years and this was our first time having our ducts/systems professionally cleaned and we can definitely tell afterwards they took their time and cleaned everything out thoroughly. I appreciated their upfront transparency as well and consideration of us having a cat in our home and making sure he was secured/did not escape. The two gentlemen who serviced my house were very professional, knowledgeable, and super clean. They honored the coupon to the penny even though I’m sure I had more work done than the coupon was for. I am completely satisfied with the services. They called me about two days ago to confirm the appointment. On the service day, they arrived at my home on time, and explained what to expect. They protected my floor and wall from getting dirty and damage. They also answered all my questions.They finished all the job about in 2.5 hours (~ 2000 sqft house). They are very nice young men and work hard.

The team sent out from Mighty Ducts did a professional job. They covered and padded areas ensuring the floors, corners into rooms and vents were all addressed to not mar any surfaces. The vacuums removed a great deal of filth, especially at lower levels of a split level house. Everything was returned to normal at the end. Now we hope it makes a difference on allergies.
