JUST SO EVERYONE IS AWARE WAYNE MCCLASKEY WHO HAS RATED AIRFAST ON APRIL 17TH DID NOT GET THE SERVICE HE IS ACTUALLY THEIR "OFFICE MANAGER" LOL. IF YOU CALL YOU WILL MOST LIKELY AT SOME POINT TALK TO HIM. FROM WHAT HE HAD TOLD ME IN A MATTER OF MONTHS I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM OR THEIR SERVICE.

They fixed my dryer in less than an hour and the tech was professional and courteous and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I was having problems with my refrigerator, they contacted me as the Samsung authorized service provider. After four trips that did not resolve the problem, I was told to call someone else.

It took the company one month to fix our refrigerator. They ordered the wrong parts the first time and it takes them forever to get the parts.

Update: The second time they came out the parts were wrong again. This will be the fourth time they have come out to fix the refrigerator.

After 2 weeks of them telling us they would have someone out “today” nothing has been done at all and now it will be another week before they can get us back on the schedule. Everyone I have talked to at the company has a different story of what’s going on. They are unorganized and unprofessional and I will not try and use their services again.

Dave with airfast is the best. Have had him over multiple times for issues with my fridge and washer and always is attentive, explains what’s wrong with them and fixes them fast. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called three times today with regards to 3 HVACs that THEY SERVICE (I work on behalf of the owner therefore I am a customer) and I was hung up on TWICE with "Not interested" as if I were trying to sell them something. They treat their customers POORLY. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give less. PLEASE do not use this company. These people are HORRIBLE! I don't understand how they can even still be a running business. My guess - with their lack of customer care - They won't be around much longer.

Their team was hugely accommodating despite my home warranty company being slow and bureaucratic - and eating up their time. Onsite tech broke down the issues to non-tech terms, and the work was clean/complete.

Airfast Heating and cooling is very professional and reliable company . I called them to fix my system ,they came fast and price was good . Iwill recommend them to use in my future services.

Airfast resolved an issue left unresolved by another company. Turns out what the other company said was a leak that would cost thousands to find and fix therefore would be best to get a new system was really a minor issue Airfast resolved in one service call. Enjoying ice cold AC, thanks!!

They were dispatched by my home warranty company to work on my clothes washer. They ordered nearly $600 of unnecessary parts. They responded quickly and were courteous.

Be very careful if you see one of their vans out on the road. Nearly was runoff the road today by a van going more than 30 over the speed limit, swerving in and out of traffic, using no signals and with equipment on their roof that was rattling and shaking so not properly tied or fastened down..

It stands to reason that if they’re that irresponsible and dangerous on the road, that you shouldn’t trust them with any kind of machinery.

Service failed in less than two months of service, takes zero responsibility of the failure of repair and longevity. Asked for a $85 service fee immediately and parts + labor. Please take responsibility for your repairs and at least send someone out next time to evaluate the issue before asking for money.

After waiting 4 mo to have a range repaired, Airfast was never able to repair the range. As of today we have been lied to several times that proof of the unrepairable range has been sent in the mail. Megan has the worst customer service ever! I will never use or refer this company to anyone! Horrible experience!!!!

The ABSOLUTE worse company EVER! Very RUDE and unprofessional liars. They installed the wrong refrigerant in my unit....overcharged me for the refrigerant....installed a compressor however it took WEEKS for them to come out to install it because they took FOREVER to fax the paperwork over to my home warranty company. Please, please, please do not use them if you don't want to deal with a unprofessional, rude, scamming company.

They quoted us a 3 ton AC unit. (We have it in writing). They installed a 2 1/2 ton AC unit and now claim it was a "typo" on the quote. Not buying it. All of our online research verifies our need for a 3 or even a 3 1/2 ton unit. They refuse to correct their mistake. We filed a complaint with the BBB and it is yet unresolved. As of now I won't ever call them again. So bad.

Have to agree with the other posts here as it relates to customer service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Filed work with them through AHS, technician came out on time, as scheduled. Pleasant guy but couldn't find the serial number on our fridge, therefore didn't have a great answer for what part they would need. I heard nothing from them for 1 full week. Called to follow up, was told I would get a call back as detailed info wasn't in their system. No call back. Called AHS to get an update and they asked me to hold while they contacted the company. AHS received the same response. Waited another day, called Airfast again, same "customer service" rep who checked on status and told me it was 'transferred to AHS 1.5 weeks back and that they should have record in their system. This is not a product that Airfast can work on."

Airfast came to our house to fix our air conditioner unit, we had 2 other companies come to our house before and they both said we had to replace our air conditioner, but Airfast fixed it. They were very professional and came in a timely manner. We also loved the reasonable price! We saved a lot of money using Airfast and they had very experienced technicians. We would highly recommend Airfast Heating and Cooling to all our friends.

We've had Chris their technician working for us for many years and wouldn't ask for anyone else. He is absolutely one of the best. he will make sure he takes the time to figure the problem out and will fix it and fix it the right way. Sometimes it takes them a little time to get out but that is normally when they are really busy and backed up which happens with most business. We are very loyal to airfast and Chris and do not plan to change services. Highly recommend asking for Chris.
