Our home warranty company assigned them for a dishwasher repair that ended in needing a new dishwasher. When it arrived it took them a week to get me on the schedule again to install. The tech arrived and told me the warranty company didn't send all parts and he would be back Wednesday around noon. After dealing with home warranty company they said I would need to call Airfast to schedule. They had taken me off the schedule even when I told the tech I would buy the piece if need be .They got me in the next day which was helpful. The tech -Tom gets a 5 star review. He was friendly,helpful and made sure to not leave a mess. I would definitely have him back for any maintance needs for AC

I had a problem with my dryer. My warranty company had already repaired this and it still was not working. I contact my company and they assigned it out for repair. I was under the impression it was the same company. When I called I got woman who told me that they guy was delayed and he was coming. I informed her a phone call should have been made as we have been waiting and this is a repeat experience. The woman placed me on hold and came back and had cancled my job. She told me they never did the orginal job, and she looked at my balance and I did not have enough cover the any repairs.
She decided for me that I could not afford to pay out of pocket. When I told her she was wrong, she got angry got loud. When I matched her tone she told me she will call my insurance company, and hung up the phone. For a company to allow this type of customer service is crazy. This is one of my rental properties, I would have gladly paid out of pocket and got reimbursed.

I was impressed from the moment they first entered my home. They put on shoe covers which was great. Both repairmen were very courteous and kind. They explained everything that they did and what they found. They found a minor problem with my home AC unit which they were able to repair same day to get my unit back up and running, they also replaced all of my filters. I would for sure use Air Fast Heating and Cooling again because the price was right, the service was great, and I received high quality workmanship.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

To make a long story short, over 2 months of annoying, unprofessional back and forth with Airfast, they sent out 2 separate technicians, charged us 160$, and replaced the motherboard in our dishwasher for absolutely nothing. A REAL technician from a different company came yesterday and saw the problem immediately: a hose had come unplugged. He fixed it, and now it works perfectly. He said it was absolutely absurd that two technicians before hadn't seen it. We'll be working with him from now on.

These people are disorganized, rude, deeply unprofessional, and completely inept. If you have a choice, go ANYWHERE else.

The person they sent spoke a different language than English and we could not understand each other. He did not understand anything I said to him. I just wanted to pay him and have him leave and he didn't even understand that. I would never call them again

Horrible. Do not try to hire this company. I bought the service plan and scheduled an appointment for the same day between five and eight. I called back at 7:15 and they said they needed to reschedule for days later not the next day. That’s unacceptable I canceled everything, hopefully I’ll get it back. Do not call this company.

Our tech was incredible! He is so trustworthy as he has proven himself more than once to be diligent at determining the issue at hand as well as the best way to remedy it. I am very happy with his willingness to help and be upfront with procedures and cost!

I called this company on a Saturday night at about 9 pm. It was hot in our home and the kids were tired. A technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem on site! No overtime charge, no weekend charge, just good and friendly service.

Roger was very thorough inspecting our 3 rooftop units. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Looking forward to them taking care of our regularly scheduled maintenance going forward. I highly recommend using them.

Booked a tech to come out between 10am and 1pm. Sales guy was pushy about the yearly service plan. I told him not until I'd seen their work. From here I was forwarded to some central scheduling company called Premium Home Service who contacted me with the job confirmation.

Day of, and there's no call/no show. 1pm comes and goes so I call them and find out that the scheduling department decided to cancel my job for some reason and not bother to inform me. Was actually asked: "Would it be possible to reschedule?"

It's ONLY possible to reschedule. /facepalm

Why would I bother with an annual plan with a company that can't even call me to let me know they won't be coming? I wouldn't. Suffice to say I'll try someone else.

Henson Heating & Air Conditioning came by and showed me exactly what was wrong with the unit. Parts were ordered and installed in a timely fashion. My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I didn't feel pressured in to an up-sale. He told me proactive ways to keep my system I have running smoothly for years to come.
