Awesome staff, great at helping you get what you need (and usually pretty quickly). Affordable prices on parts and refrigerants. This is one of my more go-to shops, it definitely helps that it's close.
Allied also does good stuff for the customers like free water/soda & popcorn, doughnuts on Fridays, and occasionally a cook out. Definitely a favorite.

Called to see if they had a replacement to my AC condenser's motor. When I gave them the make and model, the worker on mentioned it was old recommended to bring the capacitor in as those can go bad and are cheaper and easier to replace. He was exactly right and had exactly what I needed!

Had an issue with my furnace, they were able to show up the same day and get it corrected. Pleased with their service!

They did the install of bathroom fan in our new build. Wasn’t working correctly and after having electric company check their end and nothing wrong had them to come out to replace it. The associate that came out was very rude to my wife since I was still at work. Customer service is not their specialty. Wouldn’t recommend them.

We live in a new build community, and we have had several issues with our thermostat, as well as ac unit. Every time we call out the technicians to take a look, they are overly friendly, competent and helpful!

They are able to diagnose and and solve the issue in a few minutes time, and get it fixed the same day! I've been meaning to get this written for a while, but I appreciate their services!

Derek F was able to come out the same day. He was super knowledgeable and taught me quite a bit about my system and house HVAC that I didn’t already know. He was very upfront with pricing for future work, offered financing, and other cost saving plans. No pushy sales. Very respectful and I will definitely be using A-1 again.

Charged $150 for a diagnosis on my non-working furnace, then said the inducer was bad and it would cost an additional $1284 in LABOR (part was under warranty) to replace. Called Pickerington Heating & Cooling and they found that a minor bent pipe was causing the issue. They fixed it and charged $219, diagnosis included. Now we have heat. I will never call A1 again and would never recommend them to anyone else.

“Fixed” my furnace and days later water pooled around the unit. The issue was never resolved and only temporary band aids were provided. Now that it’s too late, they informed me the unit was under manufacture’s warranty and the parts could have been replaced at labor costs only. It would have been helpful if they did that in the first and second time by actually replacing the parts that were covered under warranty! Moreover, the unit was installed incorrectly which didn’t allow for proper drainage. Oh! And I can’t forget the best part! Suspiciously, they now can’t find records of these house calls to help further support my claim.

Had multiple appointments set through A1 the last few weeks to fix our furnace and thermostat. “JOHN” has been the main guy on all 3 appointments, and he was amazing! Very polite, educated, thorough, and organized. Talks to his customers in a way I can understand what he’s doing, but doesn’t use the technical terms or make me feel out of the loop. Even made calls to our gas supplier to make sure he was here when they needed to come to verify the job was finished correctly!

Great company, always answers calls immediately, and they don’t make you wait to schedule service! They’ll be the only company we trust if future issues arise! A1 and John deserve all 5 of these Stars!
