I just hired AMG to work with me at my business over the past few days, where they worked on HVAC and Electric issues in these initial visits. They were professional in setting up and testing the initial HVAC units (I had 3 units with issues). I love them because they are diagnostically driven, very good at explaining what they did and why and professional in their interactions. Two of the three units are fixed and the problem has been clearly identified in the third unit and they have already discussed options with me and are putting together alternative plans. I have worked with MANY companies (HVAC, plumbing and electric) over the last 15 years. In this particular case (HVAC), multiple companies did not do what AMG did. I have finally found my partner that I can trust to do things right. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Chris, everyone here appreciated your efforts.

Service was great technician Jim very knowledgeable he fix my oven and he want the extra mile to make sure the oven works right I recommend Jim and this company for all your coking equipment.

We recently purchased a home and found several issues with the A/C system. The drip line leaked and ruined part of the ceiling, then another leak appeared directly under the unit and caused more damage. Because the previous owners had a maintenance contract with AMG for the past five years, we called them. The service tech could find nothing wrong and blew out the line with CO2, stating all was well. What he didn't find was that the drip line was cracked and running uphill before back down and out. The unit wasn't even sitting on the drip pan, and was leaking directly onto the ceiling, soaking the insulation. Cold air returns weren't even hooked up to ductwork. For five years this company has been servicing this unit and they never noticed any of this? Stay away!!

Technician was pleasant but came to my home 3 - 4 times and after paying them just shy of $200 my A/C unit still does the same thing I called them out to repair. I will definitely not ever use their services again, nor can I recommend them.

During the 4th of July Weekend my AC unit started leaking and shut off. I called a few companies at 0430 AM. Being so early I left a few messages as I expected to do But Quality Breeze not only answered, but asked a few questions and had a tech out the same day. They found out what the problem was went to get the part to replace. Then all of the sudden my AC unit started to work. Alot of companies wouldve still charged me for the parts and huge labor fees, but they didnt. They said they would hold on to the parts for a few days just in case I needed it. After a thorough inspection, filter change and cleaning I havent had any problems Since. Well the only real problem is Quality Breeze set the bar so far out of reach - they have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPETITION !!!

Quality Breeze was contracted by my home warranty provider to conduct diagnosis at my property. An appointment was scheduled but no one from Quality Breeze ever arrived during the entire 4-hour period, nor did they make any attempts to contact me. I am thoroughly disappointed in their complete lack of professionalism and business decorum and will be asking to be assigned another contractor instead.

Doreen (I’m pretty certain I spelled his name wrong) fixed my a/c while we were under a heat advisory he was professional fun and made sure to get it done correctly! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

Was company contracted by my home warranty company. Dorian was technician assigned to my case, and he was punctual, very nice and polite, patient w explanations, great w all communication between him and my warranty company. I am thinking of actually changing to them for my HVAC maintenance, w Dorian as my preferred tech. They are also less expensive and more honest than my current company. Saved me a lot of money.

I needed someone ASAP to complete our HVAC remediation work from our home inspection. Dorian was not only reliable but professional and on time! He provided exactly what we needed and wrote a professional write up. His prices were good as well. I was happy because the other person I hired never showed up and I was one week from our closing deadline. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks again!

Our home warranty company assigned Quality Breeze to us for a furnace concern, and we were finally contacted by someone 4 days later. He set up our appointment for the next morning, and called my husband to say he was outside our door. My husband looked outside, and there was no one there so he called the man back and was told he "mixed up the paperwork" for Friday and Saturday, so he ended up 40 minutes away at someone else's house. They set a new appointment from 3-5pm Saturday. When the technician didn't show up within the window of time, my husband called him and was concerned because the man sounded intoxicated, said he was "running behind," and that he didn't have parts anyways if something needed to be fixed! He wouldn't even have been able to fix it until Monday. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and it's clear the business isn't being run in a professional manner. We don't feel comfortable having the technician in our home now, so I've contacted the home warranty company to request a new service provider and explained why. Consumer beware!!!

Dorian arrived at my house with the mindset of completing the job as soon as possible, and the focus of doing it right. He was extremely knowledgeable and performed the task of installing our new garbage disposal beyond our expectation. I recommend his business to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.
