This is a bitter cold snap we are facing when the furnace starts underperforming. We have used Peterman before and were very happy with the service so, called again for the rental. They responded quickly and Angela was out the next morning. She assessed the problems, gave sound advice and spend considerable time looking up the parts for a 17 yr old furnace. I decided repair was the fastest solution since we are facing negative numbers in the next few days and then later when the weather is more agreeable, take a look at the numbers and promotions for a new one. However, I was duly impressed the parts were 2 days out and the installation went quickly. The house is now roasty toasty and all are very happy. Thank you! Judy Nutter

My husband and I needed service on my hot water heater and kitchen sink. Peterman Brothers sent Drew Kuhn to do the repair. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. He took one look at our water heater and immediately knew the problem, which after testing proved to be right. While he was here, he did a thorough inspection and found a broken water spigot in the front of the house. He gave us several options of what work we wanted him to do--ranging from long term repairs to immediate fixes. He applied no pressure as to what we chose to have done. He took pictures of each repair and showed us the work he had done. Drew was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We got his card so that we could request him if we need service again!

Marc was excellent. He asked the right questions and was very thorough in his analysis of the issue. The hot water tank was less than 5 months old and the top heating element had malfunctioned. He had the parts on the truck and was able to get everything operational very quickly at no charge.

Absolutely one of the best service experiences. Frozen water line and leak BEFORE the condo shut off. Has to find out where the maid building shut off for the building was. Friendly, knowledgeable. We absolutely chose the right company and now it's my go-to company. Drew was GREAT!!!!

They were quick to schedule our full ac replacement in this hot October, which was really awesome. It is an all day event, but Josh and Arturo were fantastic. As fast as they could be and super efficient and really friendly with the whole family. If you can request them I highly recommend it. They were knowledgeable and cleaned up everything exactly as it was before they got there. Fantastic service!

I just wanted to share how impressed I am with Josh! He replaced my water tank and did an amazing job, finishing everything the same day. The price was reasonable, and he took the time to educate me on how to maintain the tank and how everything works. Josh went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right away and thoroughly explained everything.

Josh and Arturo, the technicians, were wonderful and courteous. Kevin the salesperson was also great to work with. I knew what was going on every step of the way. From the purchase to the loan to the actual installation, everything was very clearly laid out. Arturo let me know when he was on his way, Josh informed me of how to operate the system everyone involved was truly wonderful and professional, and I would recommend all of them 100%.

I would like to personally thank Cody Johnston of Superior Building Services for his prompt response to my air conditioning issue at my condo in Grove City. I contacted Cody on a Sunday afternoon and he quickly took my call and setup a service call for me the next day. Cody investigated and corrected the problem today, thankfully, as it is very humid. I would recommend Cody's HVAC company to fix your heating, ventilation, or plumbing issues.

Always professional, and come quick when called

Called to just talk about a new repair. Immediate attitude about how their so busy, and they couldn't do anything for a few weeks, and they don't do new construction. This Dave guy didn't even want to listen to my issue.

On time, very competitive pricing and a tremendous staff. Cannot recommend the folks at Ohion Mechanical enough. They understand that downtown for a business means money lost and they work for you!

Ohio Mechanic Inc. was able to provide same-day service when my A/C went out on a hot day! The technician was polite and very professional!

This company and staff are rude on the phone while asking for charges they provide in invoice. They are unprofessional staff in office. They charge when Tech leave from their premises and Tech stay in client parking lot for 15-20 minutes on phone. They charge 2 hours for 1 hour job. Did PM and after two days AC stop working so called and charge several hours. Don't need to call for service anymore.

I needed emergency service on my 3-door refrigerator for my restaurant and Ohio Mechanical was able to fix the problem with same day service (3 hours from call.) This smaller company is better suited to deal with 2021 problems because their larger competitors quoted 7 days to fix an emergency repair.

Kevin just left my house my AC was not working my house was extremely hot he was at my house in about four hours up and running within about 45 minutes Made several calls to different companies he was the cheapest I could find even though I could not tell he had a ton of knowledge extremely easy to talk to and gave me tips to troubleshoot in case Something else went wrong I would not have to pay to have him come out you said we don’t get that from a lot of companies because they always want you to call them and get more money that is not the case with Kevin and this company I would recommend them to family and friends

I have an old furnace system. After inspecting my HVAC system, he said that it’s working just fine just needed a new heating element. Probably saved me thousands.

The only company that was able to diagnose and solve a problem with my A/C. I'm truly impressed with their skills and experience. Very reasonable pricing for an excellent service.

They've been out to my house a couple times and done a good job at a good price. But today my furnace was stopping and restarting. I called and Kevin immediately asked if I had changed the filter recently. I answered no so he told me to do that first and this should fix it----it did! 2 things

1) Might sound like an easy common knowledge fix. Yet when I googled it I didn't see change filter as a solution. I saw a bunch of other things it could be.

2) They made zero money off of this. They didn't try and say well we better come out and see. He just told me exactly what to do. When companies do this kind of thing I'll gladly pay next time. Plus I decided to actually write a review based on this experience (which I rarely do).

Called at 10AM on a Saturday, had heat again before noon on the same day. I can't recommend George Wolf Heating and Cooling enough. Not only did Kevin come an hour after I called, he was able to repair our furnace quickly and for a great price. I will call them with all our heating and cooling needs in the future. You should too.
