Called them out for a couple of issues we were having at a restaurant that I manage and they were very prompt and knowledgeable about the issues we were having and able to get the parts we needed and fix the problem almost immediately. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places we have used in the past. I definitely recommend them for any heating, cooling, or refrigeration issues you may have.

We've been using these guys for 6 years or so. They're not the cheapest, but I've been very happy with them.
They have low turnover and we get the same technicians coming out to do work. Having people who are familiar with your equipment is a great thing.

Airecom has replaced and serviced my HVAC at both homes I’ve lived in. They are always helpful and responsive, especially when my furnace wasn’t working during the recent cold weather. The on-call technician helped me try to diagnose and fix the issue over the phone after work hours on a weekend. Unfortunately, the furnace required service but I got an appointment scheduled quickly. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

As a director of facilities,I cannot say enough good words about my experiences with aircom, I have been using them for 10 years and they our always on time knowledgeable tech and trust their experience and work.

Couldn't fix our machine and we had to have another company return. They charged me $1,300 for the initial trip (even with the parts under warranty) and then another $1,600 for their second trip to fix their mistake not even two weeks later. I still had to spend money for another company to come out less than a week after their second trip. Awful and extremely rude customer service. Would not even fathom negotiating the bill although it was their mistake. WILL NOT BE USING NOR RECOMMENDING. STAY AWAY!!

AireCom does a great job keeping our 6 HVAC rooftop units running!! Today's technician, Jernard, did a great job for us!! He was knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and we have heat again in the back offices!!

Airecom has been servicing my husband’s small business and our home for more than 20 years. They provide exceptional service, always showing up on time! They also make a point of providing preventive maintainence to ensure our equipment doesn’t require extensive repairs. We have replaced several old units over the course of these 20 years and they have always made excellent equipment recommendations given our requirements. It is difficult, these days, to find someone who does exactly what they say they are going to do. 5 stars all around.

Had an issue with my old furnace. Another company wanted minimum $8,000 to replace and said that was the only option. I called AireCom and they confirmed that the mercury setting was off on the thermostat. Cost me next to nothing vs. $8k that the other company wanted. God bless you guys for being honest professionals. I feel like I owe you guys after that! Will be using you in the future for all of my Cbus rentals and home. Thank you.

Brought in an older BeverageAire cooler that wasn't cooling. Expected to drop it off and have them go through it. David the operations manager greeted me and offered to plug it in and do a quick check to see what might be wrong. After a short look he found a capacitor was needed and it was low on freon. He sent a tech out to pickup a capacitor. They installed the capacitor, added freon and had it cooling within an hour. Very friendly and honest with the repair. Definitely recommend for any HVAC service and will be contacting them with my next challenge.

I have been dealing with Airecom for the better part of the last 16 years. I have nothing but positive things to say. I think that what defines a service company like this is how they treat you and how they act when something bad is happening. They have always came through for me.

MJ was extremely nice and got our problem solved quickly. Working in a restaurant with hot objects around, ac is extremely important to us. He came out yesterday found the problem and was unable to finish right then and there but came early in the morning to solve the issue and explained very well what the problem was and how to prevent it again. Will be going back!

MJ installed new doors on our convection oven today. He got it done very quickly and we are very happy with the job that Airecom did. They always are able to come out much more quickly than other repair and HVAC contractors.
