Joe was my tech and gave a 30 minutes heads up phone call he was on his way and actually knocked on the door promptly at 10am as scheduled. He went above and beyond to rectify my A/C issues and is even coming to follow up the next day to check to make sure everything is working properly. Oh did I mention how fairly priced they were.... I highly recommend using Sub Zero!!!

Josh and another employee were my service technicians. Josh called before he came to give me an estimated arrival time. They were prompt and professional. They efficiently determined the problem with the indoor coil leaking concentrate. While they were here, they also inspected the outdoor unit and checked the charge. For a reasonable additional cost, I approved their suggestion to clean the outdoor coil to improve efficiency of the unit. The cost was fair and reasonable. I was very pleased overall. I can tell the unit is already functioning more efficiently as my house is now cooler than it has been in a while.

I asked how much it would be to test a newly installed air conditioner. $89 was the reply. After looking at the unit they found the refrigerant line coming out from the side of the air conditioner had to be soldered. A 2 minute job. Because of that 2 minute solder they charged me $400. A complete rip off. I will never use them again or recommend them.

Josh was great he called ahead of time and stated he would arrive in 45 minutes. Once he arrived he ask a few questions about issue I was having with my heat. He checked the thermostat first, then proceeded to the basement where he was able to diagnose the problem, fix it and had my heat back and running within ten minutes. He stayed an extra few minutes to make sure everything was working and reviewed with me the steps he taken and what the problem was.

Josh & the young man with him are very professional, kind, and accurate in their work. It was nice having them fix the problem, and they were very quick! Thank You very much for your service. And anytime i have an issue I'll request these two very nice gentle men.

These guys are lifesavers! Had a unit go out at my business and my usual HVAC company, who I have a service agreement with, came out to inspect and quoted me 3x what these guys quoted. They also said that it wouldn't solve the problem and I would need to replace the entire unit. These guys came out and within a couple of hours, assessed the situation and got me up and running for 1/3 the cost. They also gave me information on my system and told me they didn't envision a full replacement needed any time soon. Think I may be switching providers!

Sub Zero is awesome!!! I sent a text message at 6:30 am and received a text back within 20 minutes! Sean handled everything from diagnosing the problem, ordering the part, down to installing the new part in addition cleaned up their mess! Sean educated me on what happened with to my heating system. The service provided was great!

Josh was very professional, courteous, and did an AWESOME job of servicing our AC unit! He was straight forward and honest, which is hard to find in the HVAC industry these days. Their prices are very reasonable with the high quality of services they provide. Highly recommended!!!

They came out the day we requested service. Joshua was right on time, polite and explained what he was doing. He even showed me how to clean the sensor on our heater to prevent needing maintenance next time. I would highly recommend this company.

Totally impressed with this company! Our AC went out on a 90 degree Friday afternoon. No other company we called would come out until Monday afternoon. Josh from Sub Zero came out Saturday morning and repair was done within 45 minutes. He was professional and took time to explain the problem and what needed replaced. I felt the charge was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if we ever have another problem.

Seth and David were excellent! I can’t thank them enough for getting my heat working on a cold winter day. I called on a Saturday and my thermostat wasn’t working and I did not have heat. DJ said he could get me first thing Monday

Joe was stellar in assisting me with my mini split. He offered a free consultation, came in time, did his research, and gave me different options to correct the problem. He walked me through program settings on my current device to eliminate the potential for
system changes or new installations. I really appreciate the help without the pressure to commit to an agreement or pay for something I don't need. I will definitely be a return customer.

Wow! Great service! Sean came out out quick and fixed our AC quick! He gave us some insight into what was going on and why and gave us some preventive maintenance tips! Pricing was great and very friendly. I will definitely be calling Sub zero for my heating and cooling needs in the future!

Contacted Sub Zero that same day they were out. Never used them before, but after my experience I would call the again for service. Joshua at Subzero came to my home the same day I called and did a great job. He assessed the issue quickly and had my air conditioning back on within 20 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable...I used a different company in the past and was overcharged. I trust the work Sub Zero does and I know they won't charge me a ridiculous amount! SubZero is thee and I do mean thee absolute best heating and cooling company I have ever used. The company sent two of the best technicians by the name of Shawn and Nate. They were courteous, honest, efficient and gave outstanding customer service. I shared my experience with my realtor and she said she would be recommending them to all her home buyers and sellers. I highly recommend this company. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Request Shawn and Nate and tell them a very satisfied customer recommended them.

First there was Josh. After reading the reviews I told him that he has a reputation to uphold, and that he did. Very polite and took his time accessing my issue. Very honest and I appreciate that. Unfortunately I needed a new furnace. I didn't want to hear that, but what can you do? Josh got in contact with his boss and we scheduled the repair for the next day. I could have shopped around, but who really wants to do that on these cold nights, plus after talking to my mom about the price she was mad that she went through SEARS. Then came Joe and Griffin. The professional ( as Griffin likes to call himself) and rightly so. They too were very polite and professional. I made sure that they left me a bunch of cards because I will be recommending them to many people. I will also be calling them out to service my AC in the summer, Great Job Sub Zero and thank you!

The location out of Troy, Ohio isn’t reliable. We had an appointment, they didn’t show up. I called, their answer was we don’t work in the rain. Problem is, it wasn’t raining at our house. All they had to do was call and ask us.

Called Sub- Zero after getting an outrageous quote to fix our furnace. Called them for a second opinion and they saved us hundreds of dollars by being honest about our furnace still being in warranty! Would recommend to anyone as these guys are honest and trustworthy, as well as, timely and efficient.
