STOP!!!LOOK NO FURTHER! This company will get you right you hear me! They are the truth! I brought a house last year with A/C. Summer time came and the air wasn't working right at all. Call my home warranty company who came out several times but my house never did cool off. Finally after coming out again the warranty guys say my unit is too small for my size house and that's a pre existing problem. We suffered all summer because I couldn't afford to replace the unit at that time. Called Sub Zero they came out and said my unit was over charged. Fixed me up and now we are sitting in the north pole baby! You feel that heat? Nopeeee! Nothing but BURRRRR!!! Call this company. They could have lied and cheated me but they were honest and fast. They are the truth!!!!

Just awesome! After having an ac repair fail by another company last week, Sub Zero came to my rescue. They were polite and respectful. They got the job done in no time plus gave me a great deal. They reminded me that customer service isn't dead.

Was told they would be back in 24 hours to fix our AC. After we called they lied to us and said they would be there in the after noon. Never showed up and we’re going on 2 days without air in the middle of the summer. I have nothing it bad things to say

DJ and his son Joe were extremely helpful in coming to our house the day we called to fix our AC unit. Joe came after hours for us and I am beyond impressed with how friendly And informative he was teaching us about our unit! He even went above and beyond and cleaned the coils on the inside for us. I will always be calling them back for any HVAC issues that we have!!

I called Sub Zero in need of service on my central ac unit- was running low on refrigerant. I knew I had a small leak, but had put it off. Of course this issue reared its ugly head when Mother Nature decided to crank up the heat! I called around 10:45 am in the morning. The gentleman that answered said that they were very busy- completely understandable and expected. He put me on the schedule for the next morning, but said a tech would call if something opened up. Not even an hour later, their tech Gabe called and said could be there in 30 mins. I was ecstatic! Gabe and his crew of trainees showed up and got right to work. They sprayed off the coils on my outside unit, put in refrigerant and leak sealer, sealed up the service port and put new caps on the low and high side ports. Top notch professional service that cost much less than I had anticipated. I definitely recommend them and will use for all of my future hvac needs!

Great company and service! My husband and I called to request service and received it the same day we called. The tech that came out was Sean who was extremely nice and explained to my husband and I what was wrong before fixing anything. Very reasonably priced work, I would definitely reccommend this company if you need any work done!

Had the BEST experience with Josh from Sub Zero Heating & Air Conditioning today! He was courteous, punctual, and his thoroughness cannot be matched. After an extremely poor experience with another local company Josh was a godsend. I would recommend SubZero and Josh to anyone for top-notch service.

In the middle of COVID-19 and erratic early May weather our furnace (and with it the AC) would not turn on. My husband had pinpointed that we had an electrical issue with our over 15-year-old gas Carrier furnace as fuses kept blowing the second we started up the furnace. Within 24 hours of calling SubZero we had Josh at our door. **He wore a mask and used social-distancing precautions throughout the entire service period.

Josh took extra time (about hour and a half) to make sure the system was working properly and after crossing off every potential problem pinpointed an extremely abnormal issue where an electrical wire above the basement unit was pinched/melting slowly due to it being stuck near a heating vent/metal ductwork. He quickly (in an hour) resolved the wiring issue along with another issue with our air vent. He kept us informed throughout the entire service period and pricing was extraordinarily reasonable.

We will never call anyone else for HVAC service. Very impressed with Josh and SubZero Heating & Air Conditioning.

We called Sub Zero this morning because our heat went out in the middle of the night. They were able to squeeze us in and came out to check things out. After going over everything & cleaning a few things the system was running just fine & they only charged us the service fee. This is the 3rd time we’ve used sub zero & the technician are always polite, knowledgeable, & take the time to talk things over on what they are doing and any information to help you keep your system running at its optimal performance. I highly recommend giving sub zero a call!

A few weeks ago I was having trouble with hot air from my furnace. Being a relatively new homeowner I did a Google search and called dormar for an opinion. They were out and the guy suggested I needed a new furnace (I thought this was a little strange as the furnace was installed less than 6 years ago). Today I woke up and noticed it was a little colder and the same issue was occurring, going to the worst case scenario of needing a new furnace I decided to get a second opinion or getting multiple quotes to compare the replacement cost. I called Sub Zero and could not be more thrilled with their service, timeliness and how efficient they are. They were out within an hour. Ben the technician within 15 minutes located the problem to a pressure switch and fixed it on site.

It takes a lot for me to write 5 star reviews but I will be switching to sub zero for all my heating and cooling needs. It’s great to see a company not sending sales men out or having the go to as a replacement system. Thank you guys again for getting the problem taken care of .

Over the summer after 2 other companies checked my A/C unit I called Sub Zero and they were able to fix it but let me know that I would need to replace the unit n the near future. My furnace quit working yesterday and they came out within 2 hours and got it running again. They came the next morning and replaced both units for me.
Hard to find company that will go above and beyond for you these days and I highly recommend Sub Zero!

Our AC was out and we needed same day service. We called a few other companies and they couldn't come out until next week. Joe from Sub Zero came out the same day, in the evening because he had been so busy all day long. We really appreciated his thorough work in troubleshooting the problem and fixing it the same day we called! We highly recommend this company!!

Josh was my tech and from the time I contacted them to having my A/C up and running was under 4hrs on one of the hottest days of the year. AC stopped working on a Sunday. Josh from Sub Zero came out first thing Monday and the house is cool again! Josh was very friendly and informative. After he fixed and double checked everything, he walked me down to the basement and explained what the issue was (frozen coil). He explained how it may have froze and even went over preventative maintenance so it hopefully won’t happen again. I really appreciate how fast Sub Zero fixed our problem, since it’s supposed to be mid to high 80’s all week!

Made a call and had russ to check out the issue with my hvac the next day. No bs. Straight to the point. And given time to make sure things keep running. I won't be calling any other company when I get ready to replace my unit.

Joshua was very polite and informative. He had all the parts we needed, plus a filter to replace the one we had! He also made sure that all the other parts, and fluids, were up to par.
