I have use minutemen heating and air conditioning for couple of years. Jim is always on time and let you know up front what is going on with your unit. He will tell you how much it will be. He is always on time and will call you and let you know he is on the way. Great company.

I scheduled an appointment to have some service work done. They never showed up. When I call to find out where they were, they responded they they don't do service work in my area. Even though they installed the unit. Very disappointing.

The Lakeside technician that came to my property was friendly, responsive, and professional. He did a great job resolving my central heating issues. I rent through Northsteppe Realty, and Lakeside was contracted to resolve my issue. No complaints, a job well done!

For anyone considering air duct cleaning, look no further! This company provides an exceptional service. They are timely, meticulous, and ensure a clean environment throughout the process. Our indoor air quality has never been better.

The previous HVAC supplier went out of business and others we called were either too busy to bother or too expensive. Air Supply worked us into their schedule at a fair price and time. They discovered some bad installation by the previous company and called the manufacturer for information to get the problem corrected. Correction should extend the life of this unit. Nice workmen.
