Very patient, very understanding. Mike is an expert at his work and is honest with his explanations. Not only did he fix our A/C problem at around 10 in the night, he also made sure to let us know how he would take the next corrective steps if the issue happens again. Unlike other technicians ready to tell us to call sales for buying a new AC system, Mike lived up to his promise and fixed the problem. Highly recommended.

The technician was AJ. The work was done quickly and professionally. Quite happy with the result.

We had uncommonly persistent issues with the heater and Mike worked tirelessly to figure out what was wrong with it. He came back again and again to work on it, even at night times and kept his word. He was very responsive, communicative and patient with us. We highly recommend him!

I contacted Michael with Thermo Pros after a big brand company told me I needed a new Air and Furnace for my home. I wanted a second opinion from a smaller company that I felt I could trust. After Michael examined my invoice from the other company, he showed me where there was no documentation on what if anything was wrong with my current unit. After his examination and test he concluded that there is nothing wrong with either of my units except the air conditioning unit needed a good cleaning, which I thought I paid the other company for. (I will be calling them)

Our furnace would not start to heat when the temperature dropped below what we had set point even though the fan did come on. I called Mike at Thermopros who came out over the weekend and fixed the problem very quickly.
He is personable and very knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone who needs furnace or HVAC service.
