In January of this year (2025) I was saved from spending the coldest night of the season with no heat in my house by Comfort Crew when Tim came within an hour and a half of my call. My furnace just had a dirty flame sensor, but I greatly appreciated his promptness. Just recently my furnace's inducer motor was sounding like a blender. Believing it wouldn't be long before it failed I called Comfort Crew and when Jourdan arrived the next day it had completely locked up. The good news was he said he could give me an estimate for a new motor and have it installed by the next day if I agreed to it. I agreed to the estimate and within 24 hours of my furnace going down Tim arrived with the new motor and installed it within minutes! I appreciate Comfort Crew's prompt and excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who needs HVAC service.

My furnace fan died during the recent blizzard. I was on hold for nearly two hours with my previous HVAC company they fell very short tell me it would be nearly a week to get the fan at a cost of $2700+ . Tim at comfort crew responded to my yelp request left a message and promptly returned my call. They tracked down a fan motor and had the furnace fixed in 24 hours while Franklin county was in a level 3 snow emergency. Five stars to Tim, Doug and staff! Five star service in crunch time and Five star response rate. Thanks for helping when I need help the most!

A real estate friend initially recommend this company. This is the second time we called Comfort Crew to help us with an urgent matter. The first was last summer when we had an issue with the AC. Two other companies wanted to charge us several thousand dollars to replace the unit and Comfort Crew came in with a very simple and very affordable solution to the exiting system. The second time was this winter when our furnace suddenly stopped working. The call dispatcher was incredibly nice and competent. She sent two techs that day to explore the problem that was quickly diagnosed and then sent two techs the next day to remedy what ended up being a bird that got stuck and ruined the motor. They showed up on time and were in and out in quickly. We felt very confident in their assessment and the work completed. Will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend.

EDIT: Turns out my furnace was not repairable and had larger issues. After my furnace went out again, the owner of the company came to my house at 2am to help get it running and address the issue. Wound up doing a full replacement for my furnace and hot water heater. Service was excellent and price was affordable. I would recommend Comfort Crew to all!

Thermo Pros went above and beyond! I was in a tight spot with the extremely cold weather coming in and they showed up the same day, gave me a quote, and made the repairs. I would not expect that every time, but that’s some incredible service! They even helped me out with a few warranty checks that wasn’t even something I new I needed. I used Mike in the past for a thermostat malfunction and he quickly diagnosed the wiring problem and repaired it. So when it came time to replace my 44 year old furnace, I called him about the job. Mike diagnosed and analyzed a properly sized and appropriate new furnace. He clearly looked to meet my needs versus “sell” me more than I would need. Mike performed the removal of the old furnace and installed the new one in a timely and professional manner. He stayed on the job until it was done at 10pm at night to make sure it was operating well - especially since the temperature outside was below freezing. Thanks Mike! Great job!

Thermo Pros correctly diagnosed my A/C issue within a few minutes...after I had waited on another company for 3 weeks with little communication and an incorrect diagnosis. Mike was professional and operated with integrity, keeping me apprised through the repair process. Highly recommend!

Best decision ever. We bought an entire HVAC system through Columbus Worthington Air and had a horrible experience with them (long story). Needed a change and needed to deal with an honest business. I had 4 companies come out to the house and check out our system. Mike from Thermo Pros operated in a way that was different from all the rest. He wasn't trying to get a sale, he was trying to help. He figured out what was wrong with our system and didn't even charge for it. Columbus Worthington charged me $99 and didn't even figure out the problem with their own system. They wanted to charge me to have a 2nd technician come out unless I signed up for a monthly service plan (keep in mind that I already purchased a warranty). We chose to install a new AC System and Mike's price was the best. He worked fast and was talking me through everything so I feel much more competent now. I could go on about this for a while because the experience was so much better than I would have expected. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Mike!!
