Kenny is amazing! Last summer my a/c stopped working and my house was reading about 83. We reached out and Kenny was quickly at my house to get us a temporary fix as we found out our system was 27 years old and would need replaced. We were happy with the temporary fix as summer was coming to a close but knew we needed to upgrade our system. We worked with Kenny in the fall and he did a heck of a job replacing our system. They came out recently to make sure everything was working correctly with the a/c and I'll recommend Kenny for his upstanding work. He is great, honest, reliable and a hard working man!

We had issues with our furnace last week and had KD HVAC come out to troubleshoot. Their HVAC technician (Brandon) came out that same day, and got us going temporarily until they could replace our whole system. We were happy to receive a VERY reasonable quote for a complete system, and went forward with them. Brandon ended up doing the new install with some help from Travis, and we are already up and running. The work is exceptional, the service and communication that we’ve received from the company as a whole have made this an absolute breeze. The only reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because I can’t give them 10 stars. Thanks KDHVAC !!!!

Brandon was great to work with on our furnace repair. He arrived on 10/17 and did a very thorough inspection of the unit. I thought the heat exchanger had gone bad but he determined that it had not (thank heavens). He found what part did need replaced and ordered it. He made arrangements for the part to be picked up and also arranged to be here the following day to install. This was all so we wouldn't be without heat for the weekend. Brandon was very determined, as well as professional and polite.

Very pleased with friendliness, speed and service from Kendawgs Heating & Cooling! Our AC stopped working with 80-90 degree weather forecast and they were able to have a technician to our home that same day. Our technician Christian was friendly and communicated upfront about cost and throughout service about any problems/issues. He had our AC unit running again in no time. I can't say enough great things about Kendawgs Heating & Cooling (KD HVAC) here in Columbus, Ohio.

Of course, my air conditioning went out on a Friday—classic timing. I called Kendawgs and was blown away when they managed to get a technician to my house by around 4 PM that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a tripped circuit breaker, which I embarrassingly overlooked), got it resolved immediately, and was incredibly professional and courteous throughout.

Even though it was a late Friday service call, they didn’t charge me for the visit since it was such a simple fix. Instead, we had a great conversation about the importance of routine HVAC maintenance, and he followed up by emailing me information about their service plans. The options are clear and comprehensive—from basic tune-ups to more extensive coverage, including priority scheduling and repair discounts.

Kendawgs earned my trust in one visit. Professional, responsive, and honest—I'll definitely be signing up for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our furnace intake line going under our beam in our basement. KD and crew came out next day after I called and had it fixed within a couple of hours and did a fantastic job. Very friendly and communicated well and cleaned up great after the job! Would reccomend and will continue to use them in the future.

Recently had an issue come up with my air. I called Kendawgs and they were able to send someone out same day to check it out. Ryan was able to tell me what the issue was and set me up with a next day appointment to fix the problem. Appreciated him walking me through the process and giving me an estimate on what it would cost prior to starting the work. Kendawgs did great work and the cost was less than anticipated.

We recently had a new AC unit installed by Kendawgs, and while we did run into an unexpected issue, I have to say the experience was still outstanding thanks to the owner’s commitment to service. From the very beginning, communication was clear and timely. When the problem arose, the owner Jeff personally made sure everything was addressed quickly and thoroughly. You can tell they truly care about their customers and stand behind their work. In the end, everything was resolved, and our system is running perfectly. horrendous service, this company attended a warranty companies' service request, didn't fix the issue but deposited the service fee check, do not respond to phone calls, ready to dispose the issue but not ready to answer the call or discuss the issue with the customer. I think this company is positioned just to attend service calls to collect fee and does nothing more.

What do you expect other than demeaning tone after calling every day for a month and your team promises to call back every single day but nothing.

Austin was amazing! Super fast at diagnosing my AC. Unfortunately C+R was reading OL and C+S was reading OL so we have to get a new AC because its super old anyways. I will be using Kendawgs for all of my HVAC needs! Very pleased with Austin and Kendawgs HVAC

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the technician who serviced my air conditioning unit. He promptly told me that this was an easy and less expensive fix than what I was told by a previous company. I highly recommend working with Kendawgs!

I had Bryan from KDHVAC do a service call for my furnace. Bryan went above and beyond finding and fixing leaks and tightening hoses that were causing rust within my unit. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Bryan explained each step and telling me what he was checking and why. After he left I felt like I was more knowledgeable about my unit and would trust KDHVAC with any service calls in the future. I have the home warranty service Choice and a ecobee smart thermostat system and he was very knowledgeable about both the warranty and the smart thermostat.

Called Comfort Crew to install a new 3.5 ton HVAC unit for an old house with a new addition. Tim the owner is prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Process was very easy thanks to the staff. The install was handled by Allen who has to be one of the best in the business to execute this very difficult install. Our crawlspace are a maze and they made the ducts airtight and pumping out the air. Tim has even answered questions for me in the evenings when I know he shouldn't be working. I highly recommend Comfort Crew.

My AC went out on a very hot day. Comfort Crew came out quickly and assessed the situation. The issue was with the 21 YO furnace. They gave me the options for repair as well as replacement. They were able to get the replacement quickly and had it installed within a day and a half. The install crew came in, were very conscientious, and went to work. They explained what was going to happen and why. They cleaned up after themselves, and worked with the home warranty people for that portion of the cost. These guys knew what they were doing, and were very personable. Will definitely keep their number around for future service!
