Wolfe & Sons were fantastic and the cost was very reasonable. They responded quickly and fixed my problem, and even moved up my appointment when my a/c stopped cooling so I wouldn't have to spend a 95 degree weekend without air.

We added onto our house and Wolfe and son came in and added new duct work to the house and rerouted existing duct work In one day . We also had a problem with our a/c not being able to keep up this summer and they came right over and got it working good enough til the part came in to fix it. When the part got here they had the a/c fixed and works better than before

As a second generation builder my family has worked with this company for multiple generations. Their dedication and commitment to work is second to none. It’s not just the quality of work but the honesty and knowledge they provide to the customer during this process. I would highly recommend them for any job small or large.

My husband and I wanted to use a local business for an overall inspection of our A/C and HVAC systems. They were quick to schedule and immediately determined that we needed a new outdoor A/C unit which we assumed. However, the quoting process was very unprofessional via email. My husband and I also questioned whether we would need to replace our furnace (which was also old) to accommodate a brand new powerful 2022 unit. We were told "no" multiple times, but it wasn't even provided as an option. Upon the new A/C unit being installed and running consistently during the first hot days in June, it began omitting an odor which was of immediate concern. Apparently, the new coils omit an odor which was never communicated at the time of installation. A day later, the motor in our current furnace failed. Wolfe & Sons quoted us a new motor which was more than half the price of purchasing a new furnace, yet failed to recommend that we consider a new furnace. I had to call and request quotes for a new furnace and rather than receive a call back from the owner, I received a rather unprofessional email again. I then received a phone call the next morning (not from the owner) who wanted to know how we wanted to proceed. At that time, I requested to speak with the owner as I was annoyed with the customer service, lack of professionalism and the fact that we had no A/C after installing a brand-new unit weeks before. As I attempted to explain my frustrations, I was cut off and ultimately told to find a new company to work with. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!! The owner was flat out rude and hung up the phone on me. Lennox is a great brand, but I would highly recommend any other authorized Lennox dealer.

I would recommend Wolfe and Sons. John was great, professional, answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. David and Dustin did the install and were very professional. Answered my second round of questions. Price for new furnace and a/c was very good. I will be using them from here on out!
