I'm 68 years old and a retired Service Tech myself living in a 9 year old Homewood home I had built new in the Reynoldsburg area. Just wanted to give Comfort Crew Heating & Cooling a public A+ and recommend them to whoever sees this. They answered the phone at 5:00 in the morning when I first noticed my A/C wasn't blowing cold. I spoke with Tim who made me feel totally at ease and said he'd get someone out to fix my A/C that same day between 2:00 and 4:00, earlier if he could... and he did. Around noon we received a call from Mike saying he was close and on the way. Mike was lightening fast to test, diagnose and repair our A/C unit which had fried it's capacitor... and he had that part I needed on his truck. No upselling from Mike he's a great guy who just wanted us back up & running. Fair upfront pricing and my wife being former U.S. Army Military Intelligence Mike gave us their Military discount which was a nice discount on the bill. Called in to thank the owners and talked to Brant. Brant was just like Tim & Mike, friendly knowledgeable and appreciative of my phone call. These guys are the REAL DEAL, use them.

Comfort crew really is the best i call slot of others company's but they couldn't fix my problem but tim and Mike nailed it the first time thanks to you and the rest of your team definitely a five star team

Tim and the crew were.on time and provided quality work. The pricing was very fair. The comfort crew saved my family thousands of dollars by being honest and fair. We purchased a new furnace and AC Unit. Honesty is a quality that is hard to come by in today’s world. I would strongly recommend the comfort crew to help you with your heating and cooling needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Mike came out today between the appointed hours. Efficient. Very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem quickly. My house is cooling. Not 80 degrees any more. Have used the company a long time. Would definitely use them from now on.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with this HVAC company. From the moment I reached out, they were prompt, professional, and communicative. Brant and Tim, the owners, are two of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met in the service industry. You can tell they care deeply about both their customers and their team.

They sent three employees to complete the job, and every one of them was knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and kind. As a woman home alone with my child during the appointment, I felt completely at ease — something that can be rare when hiring contractors. We had a new A/C system installed in our 1940’s home which is unique and difficult to work in. They from scratch built out a custom coil box to fit our furnace system and spared no detail.

The entire experience was top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone. Truly a team of the highest quality.

There are not enough stars for the work that Timm & his associates did at my home! I've lived here for 24 years with a remodel done to fix the HVAC issues only to have the same humidity issues pursue (too much in the summer & too little in the winter). Timm listens and is kind enough to teach as he goes. I truly believe Comfort Crew Heating & Cooling is top-notch! THE BEST!!

My AC control module and blower fan went out on a Saturday in July when my wife's entire family were coming over for her father's birthday. Tim came out right away, analyzed the problem and had someone drop off parts for a temporary fix until ordered parts arrived. Once installed it ran like new. Totally above and beyond what one might expect from a service company theses days.

arrived on schedule , install new cooling and heating system. We never could get enough cold air up stairs before and Tim promised he will fix it, and he did . It is cold upstairs. I also have to mention we got a better price a better brand comparable to other 3 estimates we had.

Very satisfy with the service of Comfort Crew. This time I smell gas near the furnace, they came and detected where the gas is leaking from the old pipe, and replaced the pipe, tested it again. Very professional. I highly recommended this company.

The guys were on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and removed the old water heater, took it with them all within 2 hours.
They also had to drain the old one before removing it. Great service and loyal company.

​Five stars. Our furthest bedroom was always freezing, but Comfort Crew knew exactly how to fix it. They were quick, clean, and the airflow is now perfect throughout the house.

Comfort Crew was able to come out the same day I called, arrived in just over 2 hours. They had us back up and running within a couple hours. That included a run for parts.

Never showed up to preform service

UPDATE: The schedule issue was NOT due to the company but a 3rd party company. He indeed did show up later that day, took accountability for the 3rd party. Was clear about the issue we were having and did not drag his feet about getting the parts, returning Tuesday & knocked the job out! This HVAC company was a pleasure & my business moving forward will be directly through them and not a 3rd party!

I will NEVER do business with this company EVER again and I would advise you to do the same. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE star I would. A tech came out (really nice guy) to fix my AC unit seeing it went out. He didn’t do any further diagnostic besides changing the capacitor on the AC unit. That fixed last an hour and a half and my AC stopped working. They came back out the next day and then told me I need a whole new system seeing mine was pretty old. Seeing I went another direction with getting my AC fixed, I called the company to see if I can get reimbursed for the money I spent seeing my problem wasn’t initially fixed. I was told I would not be able to get reimbursed seeing the problem was “fixed” even if it was for an hour and a half. This company took no ACCOUNTABILITY for doing their due diligence in making sure my AC unit would run before changing the capacitor but seeing my AC worked for an hour and a half, they are satisfied with that result. I can not stress this enough, please DO NOT use this company for ANY heating and cooling needs as they don’t care about getting it fixed the first time. I paid almost $400 dollars for absolutely NOTHING.

Doug replaced my 24 year old water heater. He was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing and how the new heater worked. He cleaned up when he was finished. I would recommend Comfort Crew and use them again if needed.
