Amazing company, outstanding service!
My heat died on the weekend, the came Sunday evening, tried to fix it, figured that my furnace was 38 years old, we decided to replace it. Next day Comfort Crew came and replaced my furnace. Easy, quick and professional.

Comfort Crew were great ... my furnace had stopped working and I suspected it was my Honeywell controller gone bad. Mike brought a replacement. We ended up installing a different Honeywell model I happened to have .. RTH6580WF Smart Thermostat cause it had the same footprint (wouldn't require any paint touch on living room wall). My experience with Timmothy and Mike super !!!

Nice people, great communication, consistently good services. If you end up using them for regular annual, biannual etc check ups with your home appliances they usually will send out the same person so it's nice that you have the same service provider every time. Not a lot of places have those relationships that feel like they actually care about you or customer service anymore. Great place to help for an emergency or if you need a trustworthy provider.

Our thermostat was not keeping the room temp to the set temp for several months. It finally quit. NO HEAT = Not good on a cold March day! Called for service and they said, "We will have someone there before 4PM." Tech Mike was here in 2 hours! He was top notch! Checked the entire furnace and found the little fuse inside was blown. Replaced it. Then replaced the thermostat and explained how to control. Extremely Happy!! Definitely recommend.

Best part was communication. Service was just outside the scheduled window which can happen. Jourdan showed up, showed me the issue and replaced the part within 30 minutes.

Mike arrived late last night (within an hour of the service request) to troubleshoot and repair my AC on one of the hottest days of the year AND in under 20 minutes! Not only was he incredibly kind, efficient, and informative of the work he did, he also took the time to show me how to clean and care for my HVAC system to extend it's life. Thanks to Mike, I will definitely be using Comfort Crew next time I have issues, and you should too. Ask for Mike!

The two-man crew were very respectful, very nice people. Very quick in their job and very knowledgeable.

Doug and Jordan were prompt, polite, friendly, and took our three dogs in stride. They checked and cleaned three of the four heating/AC units and will come back for the fourth, which is atop the roof of our tall brick house. The charge so far is estimated at $109 per unit, quite reasonable, with perhaps more for the return trip. They have been a pleasure to work with. Scott Fisher, Delaware, Ohio

We have used Comfort Crew for several years. We had both an A/C and furnace installed by Allen who did an excellent job!
Mike has done our annual service and does a great job as well. Highly recommend!

Where do begin? Our heat went out on a rather cold day (on a weekend of course). The assigned contractor was out the very same day and quickly and professionally repaired the issue. Here's the best part - not only did he fix the problem. but he actually made our unit more efficient and it works better now than it has in at least the last eight years (probably more). I can't say enough good things. It can be hard to find a contractor you trust. I thoroughly recommend Comfort Crew.

This company is wonderful! The owner helped me out quite a bit with my heat. Was very patient, and explained every issue wrong (Also assisted in getting the information I needed to get my original HVAC installers back out to finish their poor job). Will continue to use these guys for routine maintenance in the future!

Called and got same day service. Jordan was my tech and was awesome. Was upfront and honest about everything and got my AC running in just a few minutes. Highly recommend and will continue to support this team.

Comfort Crew was quick and came out on a Sunday for me to help fix my furnace before a snow storm when it stopped working. Mike went over next steps with me on my old furnace on cost of repairing the control panel vs. replacing my furnace if what he did didn’t fix the issue as I hate to keep putting money into it since it’s up there in age. The crews that came to my house were professional, personable, friendly and very good at what they do. They replaced my AC and next will be my furnace! I will be a client for many years to come. My HVAC stopped working, Allen and his crew came and replaced the whole system. They did a great job respecting my house and cleaned up after. The new system is whisper quiet, I had to go outside to hear the AC unit. They did a great job with the install. I appreciate the job they did and also to Tim Smith for checking my old system and coming to check the new installation.

As always, these folks are timely, professional, and spend the time to explain what needs to happen, why, and the various options available. They even gave me some tips beforehand that might prevent them from coming around in the first place.
