Called Thermo Pros for a repair to my old furnace. Mike as able to come out same day on a Saturday and obtained the needed part for the repair. He was even willing to replace my faulty thermostat even though I didn't mention it in my initial call. Mike is knowledgeable and answered my questions/concerns.
Flexible, efficient and easy to work with!

Needed to get my yearly maintenance check done because I am unsure when the last one was done. After searching around, I found Mike and gave him a call. He was able to come out the same day. The unit wasn’t maintaining heat and he was able to diagnose it right away. Answered questions and listened attentively to what I had to say. Let me stand and watch and explained everything he was doing.

Maybe needs a website to support business but I did check out the active FB page, but owning and running a business is expensive.

Always on time fixed my heat over this winter made sure everything was updated and informed me on what it is that was wrong an what it is that need to be done recently reached out to me to make sure everything was still working smoothly and wanted to make sure that my AC was working properly to ensure that I would be comfortable this summer

Mike was extremely attentive to the required task. I asked that he simply braze the lines I had on my system but stayed after hours (he cut off his charging time) to ensure the system worked. He's a high quality service that provides one step above what you ask for to get a good final product. I would recommend you work with him over any other service out there if he's available. Lines were brazed and given a warranty to be rebrazed if they leaked. Withstood pressure test and are working. Can't give enough good reviews.

Mike worked with me on my crazy schedule and on short notice during this hot and busy season for HVAC pros and did excellent, thorough work. He did a great job, it saved me money to hire Thermo Pros vs the two other companies I got quotes from, he gave me a solid warranty on his work, and my wife is no longer cranky about the AC not working. Mike was personable and provided immediate service by coming out the same day to get our heat up and running again (and even dropped off space heaters in the morning to provide some comfort until he could make it back out for the service call later in the day!).During the visit he talked us through what he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable and upfront about what we actually needed and didn’t overcomplicate what the issue was. Michael Jamison answered on the first call. He was a referral from a close friend. He came in with a quick diagnostic and explained what was wrong with my unit. He quickly made some adjustments and some suggestions for a more than fair price. Would definitely recommend before going to a big company.

I can't say enough good things about Mike and Thermo Pros. Our AC went out last night and I tried a couple of places and either no answer or the earliest they could get here was four days out.
I called Mike and he answered on the second ring. I told him what the issue I was having as far as our outdoor unit was not kicking on. He came to the house well within his two hour window and even texted to say he was on the way. He encouraged me to come out as he was diagnosing the issue and found it in about a minute. I asked some questions and he answered them quickly and professionally. Most repair men don't want customers anywhere around them, he's the complete opposite and it's a breath of fresh air.
It started raining and he's working on replacing the part propping up an umbrella to get the job done.
I can't recommend Mike enough. Quick, friendly service and priced really well. He will no doubt be our go to for any future needs as well as recommending him to anyone needing service.

April 2025 Update: Our AC unit was making loud noises so I contacted Mike and he was able to come out the same day. Diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. His pricing is fair and he's very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Mike based on his reviews and wasn't disappointed. Our furnace hadn't been serviced in a few years and it was making a knocking sound so I called him to give it a general check-up. I only had to wait a few days for an appt. Mike took his time and was very thorough - explained everything he was doing and also showed me how to change the water panel on our whole house humidifier, which is not something I was aware we should be doing annually. Very pleased with the service and will be calling Mike for all our HVAC needs.

I highly recommend Mike. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and really looked into the reason behind the furnace not working! He didn’t just jump to “you need a new furnace” like two other companies I had out for an estimate. By the way, I didn’t need a new furnace! Mike will be my go-to guy for all my properties!
