They had our new furnace in stock so we did not have to wait. They have reasonable prices and did not try to sell us items that we did not need. Air Supply is the heating and AC contractor I call when something goes wrong. They have been my go to for the 10 years I've been back in Central Ohio when my heat or AC has needed service. They have provided prompt attention to each repair and explained each part or service provided. There is no hard sell to get you to replace your existing equipment so they are now the people I'll trust when the time comes to replace my furnace or AC.

Amazing company. My heat was out on a very very cold day They needed a part and came back after hours to fix it. The technician Nate told me he didn’t want to wait another day as my pipes could freeze. They called and kept me up to date and returned my calls when I called them. Excellent company. I would never use anyone else!

The tech absolutely went above and beyond to fix our furnace. He initially thought the problem was in the gas valve, but turned out to be the control board (which he didn't have on the truck and wasn't given one that morning with his parts order) The tech went out of his way to track down a new control board on a Saturday afternoon and on a Buckeyes GameDay no less. He showed back up at the door with a board in his hands and installed it.

I'm so happy with the service I received, that a very nice letter will be sent to the company, and a gift card to outback steak house for the tech on top of this review. Truly impressed!!

Air Supply's technician "Josh" serviced our HVAC system today, Nov. 10, 2017. It was our first experience with Air Supply, so we didn't know what to expect.

In short, the technician was excellent. I was impressed that after completing his inspection - and without being asked - he sat down and explained in detail how our heating/cooling works and provided recommendations regarding our unit's use and maintenance. I found this particularly helpful because as a typical homeowner without HVAC expertise, I don't know what questions to ask.

In conclusion, the technician gained my trust and in a service industry that's everything. Highly recommended.

Air Supply has great customer service with actual people answering the phone without automation. Their technicians are honest and the prices are fair. They worked with us within our budget and gave us options rather than insisting on all new everything. Our air is blowing cold!

Technician was late. Very poor communication on the problem. Biggest issue is when I called in to talk more about the problem. The lady I spoke with was rude, cut me off when I was trying to relay my concerns. I would never recommend anyone to this company. The woman on the phone needs serious lessons on proper customer service. She wouldn’t let me talk without interrupting me. I will never use this company going forward. Very upsetting.
