I have coming to Habegger for many years and consider them one of the best parts distributors in Columbus. Bryant inventory is great and most often parts needed are in stock. I wouldn't consider anywhere elel to buy my specialty hvac tools, they always have the newest tools. Most of the staff have been here for years.

I'm a plumber & we purchase water heaters from Habegger. The great part of doing business with them is they provide recycling of the old heaters and the giant cardboard boxes the heaters come in. It really makes me feel better to help the environment while working.

Friendly staff, awesome customer service, great products at decent prices. Definitely recommend using this store for your heating and cooling needs if you're in the hvac industry

My experience wasn't that good from the warehouse, but the lady at the service desk tried to make up for the guys ignorance. I'm not sure if it's because of the B.L.M. but the warehouse guy was terribly rude & that's horrible for business for a multi million dollar company. Maybe culture diversity training along with customer service training would be a great start with this lost soul. Good luck
