Another company said that we need to replace our furnace. After starting our furnace up and watching it for a while, he said that you don’t need a new furnace at this point. It is a little noisy with the start up, so there is a part that may need replaced at some point but everything’s good and Will most likely last you many more years

Austin came today to give us our annual air conditioner checkup. He also cleaned our outside unit. He was very polite and professional (and clean). He answered any questions we had and I feel confident that he did a good job.

Austin and the Aire-Flow team are terrific. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and within a two days came back to install the part. Our furnace is running well and no longer makes that crazy noise. I highly recommend Aire-Flow and Austin as a technician!

I’ve used aire flo for a number of years, and they’ve been great until my most recent service call where my wife was quoted $420 to replace a capacitor. She knew to call me at work, where I explained to the service tech that it was a $30 part and about 7 minutes of labor. I inquired as to why this was so expensive and have not gotten a response. I ended up replacing the part myself for a cost of $30 and exactly 7 minutes of time. Their techs are responsive and professional, but question their pricing.

Austin was timely and professional, coming to meet us after-hours and completing our service the following day. We appreciated his communication and commitment to addressing our issue (broken A/C). Would recommend highly!

Garret was awesome to work with. He’s super knowledgeable. I like to learn and I installed a 24kw generac myself but I couldn’t figure out why the system wouldn’t fire up correctly. After he check it out, we found that I had one tiny wire that was off and it completely solved the problem. An average tech wouldn’t have seen the problem but Garret did. Thanks!

This was a second opinion appointment, as I was told earlier in the day by tech from a large company well known. Per tech “furnace is not functioning safely must red tag!” of course that wasn’t the only problem with it according to him who had no real science behind his statements. So he Tagged it etc.

The Real Techs showed up with the real tools and gave me a thumbs up! Thank you again for bringing knowledge to the table and that ever so favorable science! Call them~ ask for Austin!

I got service on June 27 for my mom’s condo which had run out of refrigerant or coolant (no forget which).

The company sent over Austin. THIS GUY WAS AWESOME. He was abundantly respectful, he noticed my mom kept the house clean and so he put on shoe coverings EVERY SINGLE TIME he walked through the home.

Austin was amazing with communication too. I let him know my mom wasn’t great with English, so Austin called me at each step and let me know what was happening—no one has ever provided this level of service.

To top it all off, our unit needed to be sprayed a little to wash off debris. We didn’t have a hose hookup, what did Austin do? THE MAN ASKED AROUND AND FIGURED IT OUT.

Truly an above and beyond employee and company—give that man a raise, a promotion, ice cream, and some days off. Wonderful company.
