They were willing to come out the day after Christmas and install a furnace and AC system on a weekend before it froze. Very honest, accountable, tidy and professional. Would recommend.

Phillip did a great job given this was an emergency call at 11 pm. He was prompt, fast, and efficient. He did good job outlining the problem and the next steps towards a permanent repair.

Thank God for Aire-Flo and Phil McDowell! To make a long story short, my pilot light would not turn on. After having Fire and Ice come out and assess things, they told me I would need a new part and I would need to wait over a week to get my furnace back up and running again.

I called Aire-Flo for a second opinion, and Phil came out and repaired my furnace WITHOUT NEEDING THE NEW PARTS in less than 10 minutes. They even offered to order the part that I was told I would need, just in case down the road the issue recurred and I would need to replace it. This is how you do good business and earn a customer for life.

He was courteous, wore an Aire-Flo identified uniform and left the work area tidy. I am alway pleased with the friendly service and will definitely call them again for any heating/ac check-ups/repair or generator needs.

Philip technician did an excellent job And diagnosing the furnace problem and getting the correct part the same day. Our house was down to 44° and we appreciate all this hard work.

Very good customer service. Not only did they do the work on schedule they went out of their way to explain things to me. Austin was amazingly knowledgeable and he did not try to oversell me on things I did not need. We took a look at the AC unit outside and he showed me how to spray it down to save on energy costs and make my AC unit run more efficently. See before and after pictures.
