Speechless at the customer service and SO excited to be a long-term customer. Strictler showed up day of (after 5 days of no AC in heat of July) and not only addressed the concern within 5 minutes, but was so kind and conversational. While he could have been in and out, he dedicated the time to know me as a client, and my fiance/I will absolutely be using Legacy in the future. The pricing was unreal, the customer service unmatched, timing impeccable - I can't speak enough praise. 6/5 stars for this company!!!

Legacy put in our new furnace and AC unit. They did an EXCELLENT job! Punctual, friendly, and efficient. Our new system works GREAT and is saving us money on our electric and gas bills. I can’t say enough good things about Legacy. We will definitely use them for all future heating and cooling needs.

When I called to have someone come out and look at my furnace, they were really nice and friendly, very accommodating. They were able to get someone out to me very soon when a lot of other places I called said they were booked for a month to two months. My new furnace and ac have been great and I loved their service and how nice everyone was. I was really nervous about this experience because I'm a new homeowner, but they made it so easy for me.

After receiving an extremely high quote from another company, I searched around and found Legacy. They were so awesome and flexible and I was charged according to the work and parts used, without overcharging. They had a tech come out during the time we requested and it was done so fast! We needed to get a humidifier installed onto our furnace, and Legacy Heating and Cooling delivered. Donna was so friendly on the phone, gave me a quote right away, and got me an appointment for someone to come out within two. Strickler came out to do the install, and he was both a master craftsman and a very warm, kind man. He worked quickly and skillfully, all the while patiently explained to me everything he was doing as I peppered him with questions about our furnace. Once he was done, he tested it to make sure it worked (even running to Ace to get a new hardware piece since one of the pieces that came in the installation package was bad), and he ended by guiding me through a test replacement of the filter myself so I knew how to do it. On top of all this, the price was the cheapest quote we got by over $450! Thank you, Legacy Heating and Cooling company!

Technicians just left I thought they did a beautiful job would definitely recommend legacy heating and cooling.

In the middle of a heat wave, the fan on our central air unit stopped working. We were hosting a grad party for 80 people in 48 hours. Legacy came right out, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. We paid for overnight shipping. The next day, the part failed to arrive. At 3 pm on a Friday, Legacy drove 1 1/2 hours to Dayton to pick up the part, drove back and installed it that night. They went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t have to cancel the party. That’s uncommon service. I cannot recommend them enough!

Had a wonderful experience with legacy. Jeremy Cox walked us through all our options in depth and helped us to identify the right unit. The team that came out for install were quick, quiet, respectful, and did a wonderful job. We couldn’t be happier.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! From the owner coming out and giving me quotes for different scenarios, then helping me get financing. The office staff (Donna) has excellent customer service skills, something you don't find often enough these days. She is always friendly and helpful and quick with a response. And last, but far from least, were my installers. They were personable and did a fantastic job. When the install was complete I was instructed on how my new system worked and everything I needed to know on maintaince schedules and who to contact. I really liked that there was a senior tech teaching a helper/trainee. The senior tech was patient and never condescending to his helper. Great job Legacy Heating and Cooling!

*Edited to add that we used this company again to install a new air conditioner, furnace, and thermostat. Chris came out and gave us a detailed and exact estimate. Brian and Cody came two days later and did an amazing job on the installation. All three were a pleasure to work with and made the entire experience effortless. If you're looking for an A+ company, you've found it.

This is the second time we have used your services! Both times your receptionist who takes the call and the team that showed up to fix our furnace issues were amazing! We always appreciate how polite everyone is and how you all work with a sense of urgency to help us solve any issues for a great price! I am so thankful you have been able to help us get our heat back so quickly because we have 4 kiddos so a time like that is very stressful!
