Dad needs to worry🙈 Mom has been mumbling about her new love all day (she may be delusional being without AC for 2 weeks). 4 men showed up this morning and she has been calling them heros and life savers and I'm thinking now they will all stay (they seem to like me and have lots of pats, but no treats🤔) Later: they left, but it feels cooler and Dad seems happy too. Life is full of changes and some are "cooler" than others😅
From homeowner: we had estimates from Gahanna H&C, Logan H & C and SuperTech. The warranty was superb with Heeter and price was better for the quality of the equipment; Trane. Dave was our salesperson (come same day I called), install crew was Scott, Zac and Brian, Jr. All knowledgeable, considerate of pet and keeping house clean. Lesson on using new thermostat were great. Ive already hooked up to internet.Highly recommend 🤩 House started cooling immediately. Should be 70 by bedtime.

Installation and follow up have been superb. Staff and installers were pleasant, considerate and prompt. They reached out first to schedule our follow up inspections.

Super nice worker who did an efficient job. Did not really have to do much as we have a new furnace but seemed to know what he was doing. We were sad that Brian does not work for you anymore but will still use Hetter in the future.

Wow,wow,wow!!! My furnace was producing no heat, had 1 company look at it tell me I needed a whole new unit for around $8500 decided to get another opinion and boy am I glad I did. The tech I think nate came in and in less than 10 minutes I could smell the heat kick back on. What was wrong? He said it was a dirty ignitor and just needed cleaned and now believe it or not im sweating its so hot in here. He did not say I needed a new unit or try to sell me one all he suggested was thinking about buying the plan where they come out and do basic checks on your units to keep them up and running. This is why you need to get other opinions or better yet just work with this company to help you. Thank you.

Highly recommend Hetter heating and cooling. James was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was able to repair the furnace in the same day. So glad, I got a second opinion as another company told me it could be three weeks before he got the part. In this heat wave, Hetter was a great company and resolved our problem quickly!

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Hetter Heating and Cooling. The technician, Chuck, was very thorough in checking all systems of the furnace including the thermostat. Chuck was polite, courteous and shared the results of checking the heating system.

Kevin, the technician, was prompt ( on time) and completed his task within a reasonable time. Kevin is polite and personable and was respectful of us and our home. Speaking with Kevin about the mechanics of our equipment, I felt confident that Kevin is knowledgeable and competent and as such, can successfully and properly help us maintain our HVAC system.

Outstanding job by Chuck Smith! He clearly cares about his customers and does everything he can to deliver the best service. I would strongly recommend that anyone using Water Works / Hetter Heating specifically ask for Chuck to do their work. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service and accurate evaluation! Six years ago, it was this company installed my rental property's heating and cooling system. Today(12/16/2025) Kevin gave a great help, saved me over $500.00 quote from a greedy and unprofessional guy. Will use it again!

My mini split was leaking water so I called early on Monday morning and they sent 2 guys out the same day in the am to see what was going on. The actual repair was done the next day because it needed a more complex fix than I thought it would be. Great communication and response and the guys were all very nice and professional. Highly recommended. There was no charge for the fix.

We needed our furnace inspected, and Billy from Hetter came out and exceeded our expectations. He took time to explain our unit, and in the end, he gave us great news. I know there are companies that look for reasons to sell additional services and replacements, so it was really great to have someone knowledgeable here with good advice. We will definitely continue to use and recommend Hetter.

First, the technician arrived on time. Secondly, he made friends with my dog. Small things, but still important. He then discovered that the whole-house humidifier attached to the furnace was not properly installed and had not been working for nearly 5 years. This was not the reason for the service call, but it's nice to see he was thorough and solved the problem easily. He then cleaned and inspected the furnace, answered all our questions and overall just did a great job. I highly recommend Hetter. I have been using their services for many years and will continue to do so.

Let me start by saying, this was an amazing experience. Trying to figure out who we would use for our AC/Furnace replacement was a hard choice. We had a couple estimates but were very impressed with Rick from Hetter with his thorough assessment and detailed info on options. They made it an easy choice. He gave us a full breakdown of what each product was and what would be best for our home. It's great to have a salesperson that actually gives you a recommendation on what you actually need. The days leading to the install was very easy. I placed a call to Rick we talked through all the last minute details and got everything scheduled. We were out of town during this time but Rick made it happen and smoothly. They did a very neat and thorough job communicating throughout the day. We've had the AC and furnace for a month and are completely happy with the outcome. I will definitely recommend Rick and Hetter Heating & Cooling.

They’ve been doing a very good and at a reasonable, competitive price. They’re on time and very knowledgeable about my particular systems. I’m very happy with their services.

Wonderful communication and so helpful!!!! From calling for an appointment and the technicians who cam to my home to fix my furnace! Everyone was so kind and great at repairing everything that needed done. I will definitely call and use their services again!

When my A/C recently quit blowing cold air I called Hetter because they installed it 16 years ago. James the technician from Hetter responded in a timely manner. He examined the unit and clearly explained the issues that were causing it to not work correctly. He suggested possible courses of action to correct the situation and made several helpful recommendations. He quoted what I felt was an extremely fair price to remedy the situation. In addition to his being an excellent technician he showed that he really cared about fixing our problems with the unit. Hetter is a great outfit to do business with and I recommend them without any reservations.

Hetterer Heating and Cooling, especially when Chuck is your serviceman, is an EXCELLENT investment. Chuck always does his work with care and integrity. He is an upstanding man and has taken care of my house since my husband passed away. I take great comfort in his attention to our HVAC.

Our ancient furnance had intermittent problems during one of the coldest nights of the year. All it took was a phone call in the morning and Zack from Hetter was at the door right on schedule. He actively listened and immediately began analyzing the situation. He then presented solutions, patiently explained the options and provided estimates. He had the parts available and had the repair done in no time. The work area was clear when he finished

We have contracted service with Hetter since they installed a new heating & air conditioning system in March 2013. The service has been excellent, both with installation & then with spring & fall servicing. During this 12-year association, we have required 3 emergency service calls for equipment issues. They responded quickly, and efficiently resolved those issues. We have not experienced a degradation of service with the merging of Hetter & Waterworks, for those who might be concerned about that.
