The first thing came to our mind is “where did this guy come from”? He was extremely knowledgeable, and outmost professional.

Our furnace was down, and another repairman from a major company (AB) just left us an hour before him saying that our system is “not reparable”. The only way they can help if they install a new unit, or maybe if they change a couple of expensive parts two weeks from now. In freezing temperature we had no other choice than take a chance on a smaller local company.
The Lady took my call was also very attentive and kind. Her demeanor was comforting, and reassuring.
This guy showed up, and immediately said that “ no worries, if I can help you, I will. I am not her to sell you a new unit. Vigorously and carefully started to work, cleaning out blockages, and tuning parts. It took him some time, but ‘imagine that’:…he fixed the whole system without using, or exchanging any parts.
This guy reminded us to the honest, faithful, knowledgeable professional ways back.

Just to make sure I mention again, It was -4 F…outside.

Hetter has been our go-to heating and cooling company whether it’s been to diagnose issues, replace our furnace and air conditioner, or provide maintenance on our new system, Hetter has been tremendous! It’s easy to schedule an appointment, the technicians are knowledgeable and communicative, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Just last week, Todd came out to provide routine maintenance for our furnace and AC, and he did a great job from start to finish!

Tech Rick arrived to my home tools in hand and ready to perform a furnace heating inspection.

Rick did his job reviewed what he did then assured all was good. I contact manager Carrie who took my payment.

I would recommend Hetter for all your heating & cooling needs. By the way Hetter was a referral from a long time friend. Im glad I made the call to Hetter Heating & Cooling.

Tom was great He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. He cleaned a very dirty coil and brought my furnace to a fully functioning state.

Shane did a great job checking my AC to make sure the house was cooling down upstairs. Classic Air is a reliable company. They replaced my furnace, AC and water heater for a reasonable price. Their techs are always professional and courteous and they do a very thorough job. I highly recommend Classic Air.

I just had the best experience with Classic Air! Luke was my Technician and he was the most polite and informative Techs I've ever dealt with in my home!! I called the company late yesterday and they were able to get me scheduled today. My AC went out 3 days ago and in this horrible heat, I learned how to dearly appreciate my home air conditioning. I had originally called another company and they came out and gave me a very hefty price to repair my system but highly recommended I replace both my AC and furnace at an ungodly amount of money! Thank goodness I listened to family and friends and got a second opinion. Luke was my savior and in no time, repaired my AC at a tiny fraction of the cost! He explained everything to me as he went and I can not recommend him and Classic Air enough! Shame on this other company for making me believe I would have to pay an exorbitant amount of money when all it took was replacing one little part!!

Great Experience with Classic Air and Phil Young

I had a new HVAC system installed by Classic Air about two years ago, and it has been great. No issues at all with regular maintenance. Phil Young has been out a few times, and every time he is thorough, professional, and always takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right.

When I bought my system, Classic Air had the best value and warranty I could find, and their prices are still very reasonable. Today they came out to troubleshoot something that ended up not being related to the unit, and they did it at no charge. You just do not see that kind of service often these days. Highly recommend.

Classic Air was out in less than an hour when I smelled gas in my basement near the new HVAC system. Nathan was very friendly and explained a couple of features on my new system to me. I’m very happy they installed my HVAC system in July. There was no charge for my visit.
