Thank you Colton for servicing our furnace today. It’s always a pleasure to work with Northland Heating and Cooling, and we have been using them for many years. The office staff is courteous; the technicians are knowledgeable and timely; and we look forward to many more years of good service.

It's time to replace my 30 yr old Lennox system, and Northland filled the bill. The sales staff laid out my options without any pressure. The installation crew worked hard through the day and are all very friendly. They answered all my questions and educated me on the system. The next day, I had some questions, and the office staff was very responsive and polite. I am very pleased with Northland as a company and their employees. I will be returning as a customer. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
A few weeks later, Danni came out to start up the air conditioner. He gave me some very useful information for future maintenance. I am very pleased with the HVAC system and the employees.

We have used Northland Heating & Cooling for over 30 years and have always been satisfied. Recently we had a repair issue that was hard to diagnose and required me calling in frequently. Norma was so responsive and determined to get us taken care of and we received same-day service each time. Andy went above and beyond to be sure that he had successfully diagnosed and resolved all our issues. He checked and double-checked, sought out available parts for repair and was superb in his manner of providing these services. We honestly felt like a valued customer!

Company was fair priced. Install had some complications. Northland sent out their team and worked on it until it was operating successfully. Highly recommend. Solid company.

My tech 'Colton' did a great job with my home and recommended a Radon detector for the basement which we didn't have. Great call out and much appreciated.

Always the best. Your techs are always efficient, courteous, willing to explain what they’re doing and have done. That’s important! Status! Plus keeping things clean and cleaning up after the work is done. Bottom line is that everyone at Northland simply does what they say they’re going to do and they do it correctly. I’d never consider anyone else.

Ilana P. and Andy K were both kind and made our experience great through the process of setting up appointment to repairing our air-conditioning unit. Thankfully Andy found it was only the capacitor so now we have air conditioning again. We will always use Northland Heating and Air Conditioning and would never go with anyone else. Northland was kind enough to call me to recommend a heating and cooling system tune-up, and I hadn't done one for a few years. They were efficient in coming out during the spring weather to test both units. They arrived on time, and their technician Jacob was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful in providing outstanding service. He was even nice enough to recommend a furnace filter brand that would save me money by buying a dozen at once! I would gladly recommend Jacob for his work, and Northland for their commitment to quality service!

I have Northland Heating & Air Conditioning come by seasonally to check two units at my home and two units at my apartment rental. They do a great job and it has extended the life of my equipment. I am on the seasonal plan where they stop by twice a year — once for the air conditioner and once for the furnace.

Wow - I'm blown away. What a positive experience! Last night our AC stopped working. We were not sure who to call, but more than one friend and neighbor recommended Northland, so we tried them. The phone was answered by a live person (!) who was fantastic; took our information, checked the schedule and booked us an appointment that day!

Andrew showed up in the time frame, diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running in no time. He took the time to explain what failed and recommended some routine maintenance for the future, but was never pushy or trying to upsell. Super friendly and professional. Our AC is cold again! And the work was reasonably priced. I so impressed. This kind of service is exactly why we tried to find a local company, and I'm glad we did. Will book them for routine service this Fall, and would never hesitate to contact them if we have an issue in the future.

Ilana called me and reminded me that it was time to schedule my appointment, which I appreciated because I always forget until it is time to turn my air on and by then they are super busy. I was able to secure a preferred early time slot.
