I contacted Fresh Air Corp online (on a Sunday) to inquire about their services and received a call the following day. Alicia was very helpful explaining what the different services entailed and how much they cost. I went with the duct service cleaning and sanitizing because the prior owners of the house had a dog and the entire home smelled as such. We had new carpet put in which alleviated the odor, but I knew there was likely a lot of pet hair/dander in the vents. Moreover, the sticker on the furnace indicated that the ducts hadn't been cleaned since 2008. Alicia sent before/after photos and there really was a lot of dust, etc. beforehand.

The technicians, Dre and Chris, arrived on time, were courteous, and professional. They laid a drop cloth to protect the floor from the hose, set up plastic covers to protect the walls as the hose bent around corners, and even wore protective foot booties. They arrived in a box truck with a giant blower inside and that hose was connected to the duct work which was able to create a vacuum and remove the debris. Other companies seem to use the equivalent of shop vacs and I can't imagine they create as much pressure The sanitizing service further ameliorated any pet odor and left the house smelling fresh. It took a little under two hours from the time they showed up and the time the left. The service was a little expensive, but considering how thorough the cleaning was and the power of their equipment, I think it was a good value. I'll call them again when the time comes!

I had called another company to get a quote on air duct cleaning and when they called me back, they said they didn't do cleanings but recommended Fresh Air Corp. It was such a breeze scheduling a duct cleaning through Megan -she was very clear with their pricing structure and the process of a cleaning. Because our home was built before 1960, the technicians came to do a preliminary walk-through to make sure there wasn't any exposed asbestos tape (there was, but they gave a great recommendation for an easy way to address it ourselves). The day of cleaning, James and his associate gave us a call, were very prompt, and completed such a thorough clean. I honestly felt like we were all breathing easier that night. Can't recommend Fresh Air Corp enough!

As a new business owner I contacted Barry and he invited me over to ride along with his company. I met James and Curtis and went on several jobs with them. This company is very professional and provides outstanding work to their customers. Their vacuum trucks are top notch and I would highly recommend if you are looking to breathe fresh air in your home! 5 stars isn’t enough!

This company was wonderful to work with. I sent an online request for a quote and Megan, the office manager, got back to me quickly with all of the information I needed. She was so friendly and helpful getting everything scheduled. The guys came within the scheduled window and were very respectful and professional throughout the whole cleaning. They were even very patient while I moved cats between rooms so they could get to each vent.

I called this company because I needed my dryer vent cleaned out. They scheduled me for the same day and arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. They were very professional. And above all, the nicest people to deal with. The entire job took them about 20 minutes. And after they were done, they showed me the entire contents of what they emptied.

Exceptional service from beginning to end! Megan, the office manager, is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The company is transparent in their pricing and they don't try to up-sell their customers on unnecessary products. The technicians arrived on time and were also very professional. The service took a little over and hour start to finish. The technicians answered our questions throughly. We will definitely recommend Fresh Air Corp to our family and friends. I initially spoke to the owner and he was really nice and informative about the process! I like that they allow you to spit the payments, which is convenient. My only complaint is when the tech came to clean my air ducts, my husband gave him shoe covers but he didn't wear them. I know shoe covers can kind of be a pain, but I've got a young baby so we don't wear shoes inside bc the baby crawls all over the floor and shoes just don't belong inside. I gently reminded the tech about wearing the shoe covers and he basically said putting them on when he had to get everything set up was an inconvenience. I understand if he would've forgot to put them on bc he had to go inside and outside a few times, but since we politely asked him to wear the shoe covers, I don't think not wearing them bc they're inconvenient is a good excuse.
That said, I'm glad my ducts got cleaned out. There was a bit of an odd smell for a few hours after they were cleaned, but other than that, it was a smooth process!

We had a disaster of situation sprung on us. A private utility company bored through our sewer line and it backed up and flooded our house and basement with sewage. Lots sewage got into our air ducts and HVAC system. All this days before my wife was supposed to give birth- a water birth at home to boot! Needless to say we were panicking and in a tough spot as the situation will take quite some time to resolve. But one of the biggest issues my wife had was wanted the air to be clean for our family and new addition- we should be able to breathe clean air in our own home. I called Fresh Air Corps in the morning and left a VM. Barry, the owner, called me back within 20min. I explained the situation to him and he had a truck out here within 2.5 hours! I have never experienced service at such a high level. I cannot recommend this company enough. They do fantastic work.

Never did have them do my vents because they called to reschedule 5 times. On the 5th call I canceled their service. If they are that unreliable in getting an appointment I can only guess what their work is like!

I was extremely pleased with the level of detail and how thorough the cleaning process was. The crew were very attentive in regards to respect for my home by laying coverings down, wearing footies, and guarding every corner where a hose might rub against it. I can't say enough of how please we were with the service. I highly recommend them.

If you read nothing else - highly recommend!! The scheduling process was quick, painless, and cordial. The appointment itself, which lasted just over an hour, went as smooth as can be. They were flexible with my schedule, described what to expect in detail ahead of time, didn’t have any surprises, and the technicians that came to the house were efficient and friendly. Having never gone through this process before, I’m very grateful for the ease and quality!

I got my air ducts professionally cleaned and sanitized by Fresh Air Corp and I highly recommend them. Friendly, professional, great communication, and walked me through everything so I would understand what was going on. They are very affordable compared to other companies and prices are all inclusive and no hidden costs. (I did get a couple of estimates from other companies who limited how many vents they cleaned)

I see why they have a very high rating from their customers. I would definitely use them again. This is the first time I’ve had my vents cleaned in the 10 yrs I’ve lived here. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned. The two gentleman that came to do the actual work were very professional and wore shoe coverings coming in and out of the house. They left my house without a mess and i’m impressed compared to what i’ve heard from others who have had their vents cleaned by other companies.

I was correcting the mistakes that an incredibly lazy "handyman" made while installing flooring. I dropped a screwdriver and reached in after it and was horrified by everything else that I pulled out. Called my HVAC company, Bassett, and they referred me to Fresh Air Corp.

The scheduler was very nice. The quote was accurate. They have a military discount! The price was not cheap, but I've been there, done that, you get what pay for. They were about what I was expecting to pay these days. The cheap ones always find something extra to charge you for half way through cleaning anyway.

James came and was amazing! Polite, professional, thoroughly explained everything, and was nice to my dog. There was ZERO dust or debris left behind.

A Great Breath of Fresh Air
I have nothing but positive comments about this company. From the start to the finish, this is a grade “A” business. I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate, I received the voice mailbox and left my contact info and expected to receive a call back later that day or the next. While I was still leaving my info, Barry, the owner called me back (that was fast). Barry provided in-depth detail on his business and emphasized that his company only did air duct cleaning and what the process was. He then went online, looked up my property, and then provided a quote over the phone. I was shocked at how affordable the service was, additionally, they are Veteran friendly. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Barry sent me an email with the estimate and appointment details.

On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Kirk, my technician arrived on time “on the Dot”. He was cleanly and professionally dressed. We walked through the house, and I showed him where the air handler and all the vents were. He then set up and began his work. He finished, as promised, at the two-hour mark (+/- a few minutes). Kirk answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about his job. I paid the invoice with a credit card/ debit card, there is a 3% surcharge for this (cash is better and would have saved me around $15.00).

I HIGHLY recommend this company if you need their type of service. Honest, reliable and professional.

Can't say enough good things about James and Fresh Air Corp. Stephanie was great with setting up the appointment and keeping in contact. James came out, very professional and personable ,and explained what they do. Btw...I love that they charge a flat rate based on square footage of the house. The process was very efficient, clean, and professional. The house had never been cleaned before, but even half way through, I noticed a difference in the air. At the end, which usually takes 2 hours, I noticed a huge difference. No more dog smell, and the stuff that came out of these vents was amazing. They ensure to keep your vents and furnace from being damaged and explain the whole process. Thank you, Stephanie, James, and Fresh Air Corp for helping me and my family. Definitely calling them back in 3 years.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! I had my duplex HVAC ducts cleaned out and couldn't believe how dirty they were. We even found an egg in it... yes an egg... 🥚 Who would have known? Amazing how that thing hardened over the ages and it never cracked.
Well worth the money to get my vents cleaned out. I will be coming back to them in the future for more HVAC work.

We had a good experience with Fresh Air Crop. We had done a bit of research beforehand, and we picked them to clean our air ducts because of their strong reviews. Now we know why so many customers consistently give them a high rating. When I left a message to set up an appointment for a duct cleaning, Megan promptly called back and explained what they were going to do (ours is an older home, so the guys had to check to see if there was asbestos tape around the vents that would hinder their work), and she promptly sent us an estimate and explanation about asbestos tape.

On the day of our appointment, the guys were on time, and were very courteous when we asked them to wear face masks in the house. We were good to go regarding the potential asbestos tape issue, but they explained that they recommended that they only clean the intake vents (the most dusty and dirty typically) because of the placement of the A-coil inside oue furnace cabinet (If they hooked their vacuum on the supply side, they explained, they would risk pulling dirt and dust over that sensitive and very expensive a-coil, which could result in damage to the mechanics of the furnace itself). We appreciated their concern and care, not only in their explanation, but when they had to take off the door to our cellar as well.

The good news is that our bill was lower, and they did a thorough, complete job on the vents they could clean safely, and Megan kindly sent us before and after pictures of their work.

We would recommend Fresh Air Corp. In fact, we did, to our daughter and son-in-law, who set up an appointment as well!

My wife recently used the service and it was amazing cleaned out all of our ducts in our house and made sure he did not damage anything in my wife and I house. The worker gage was a great guy all around and did all the work correctly and safely.
