Recently got my house back, first thing I did was call Fresh Air Corp. Absolutely wonderful service from Megan - hope its not spelled with an "h", both techs that arrived were very professional and knowledgeable. Once finish I could truly smell the difference!!!

Workers were on time (early, actually!), pleasant, clean, and quick about their work. The scheduling process was also simple and all of our questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. I'm very happy with our experience with this company. The communication was excellent on every level, the techs were on time and efficient. They protected our house with pads, boot covers and most importantly, guards on the corners of the walls to prevent the hose from chewing up the paint and plaster. I can recommend this company with confidence.

I definitely recommend Fresh Air Corp if you live in the Columbus area and are looking for a duct cleaning service. The folks from Fresh Air were easy to work with. From my initial call, to setting up a duct cleaning, to having the work done, everything was smooth and the communication was great. When the technicians showed up to hour home to do the cleaning they wore foot covers and masks (I'm writing this during the COVID-19 pandemic) and took every effort to keep our home clean while they did their work. Even though we don't have pets, they asked if we did to make sure that they wouldn't run out of the house while they did their work. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. They asked permission before making any decisions, and they were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. Will certainly call on them again when our ducts and vents need cleaning.

We are very pleased with the service Erik and Fresh Air Corp provided. They showed us before and after pictures. Although it didn't look like our vents were that dirty compared to other pictures I have seen, I was blown away by how clean they looked afterwards. They are literally shining inside now! I called to schedule an appointment on Saturday and my call was returned by Barry the owner of Fresh Air Corp. We had a detailed conversation and scheduled for the following Tuesday. The team arrived on time and was courteous and professional. My ducts have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized , a must before and new heating and cooling system install. Fresh Air Corp was professional, easy to use, and performed a quality service. Fresh Air Corp did An amazing job cleaning out our HVAC system when we purchased our condo. The representative that I spoke to was very nice and professional. The Tech Erik was on time and completed the job within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and honestly answered any question that I had about the service. Erik explained that he mostly found construction dust and debris inside of our system which he said is to be expected because it had never been cleaned before. The price of the cleaning was fair and I would highly recommend Fresh Air Corp for anyone looking to have their HVAC cleaned.

Fresh Air Corp provided a quality service that started from the first call I made to request duct cleaning service. Eric the technician was on time and professionally introduced himself and answered several questions that I had before starting the tasks. Eric was very helpful and understanding and he went out of his way to service a little crooked slab set up furnace. I'd recommend this company in heart beat to family and friends. I am very happy with the company overall. The owner answered my initial call and he was a great guy. I was able to get an appointment within a day or two and the crew showed up right on time. My duct system was filthy (just moved in) and now my asthma is under control again.

Fresh Air Corp did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing our vents. The technicians were on time, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend using this company. Don't be fooled by cheap services, they just push the dirt back into your furnace and make it worse. You get what you pay for!

My mom has breathing issues. I needed professional cleaning of her duct work. I originally contacted another company and was rescheduled 4 times. Once i spoke with Fresh Air i instantly knew this was the way to go. I had to work the day scheduled & my mom being very particular about things, i was a little nervous. The office manager-Megan- was very helpful and communicated very well about the air duct cleaning process, payment, etc. And she stayed in touch about when the technicians would arrive to do the work. I also received a picture of 'before' and 'after' and the work looked very well done by the technicians. Overall, I highly recommend this company because of their great communication an quality work! We had the air duct system cleaned which included the complete cold air return side and furnace interior. We had this done on Thursday, April 23, 2020. We are hoping that having this done will somewhat keep the dust issue at bay. The technicians were very professional and pleasant and any questions we had they were able to answer. Definitely an asset to Fresh Air Corp and we will use their services for future needs, and we will recommend this company. Also, Megan was very pleasant and made every efforts to accommodate all involved. Thank you to all!

I was very pleased from start to finish. Megan was courteous and helpful with scheduling, and could give me an instant quote. They are a legitimate long standing company, not like many of the "bait and switch" ones advertised on Groupon, etc that I almost made an appointment with. If you read the reviews, you will see how scary some of them are.
These techs were polite, hardworking and put on shoe covers without being asked. They were careful and thorough noticing registers even under furniture, and explained everything. James showed me some of the debris collected, and I'm so glad we decided to clean the ducts. I feel they go the extra mile. I'd highly recommend this reputable company.

We selected Fresh Air Corp based on numerous positive reviews, and comparisons to other local vendors. In every category (reviews, price, services offered), they were the clear choice.

Our in-home service appointment was exceptional. Prompt arrival, courteous behavior (mindful of carpets and furnishings), advising of what would be done (and why) throughout the process ... I couldn't have asked for more.

The end result? After 14 years without address, there was a lot to clean (especially with pets). Our vents are clear, air circulates so much better, and no need to dust twice a week!

I was told by management they’d come out to clean hvac. However, the guy came and states, because the vents downstairs are on the ceiling there’s not much they can do. He said they don’t have the machine for that. I’m very shocked because many homes have ceiling vents. I’m very disappointed!

Update:
My management informed me you were only hear to do cleaning and that you didn’t have proper machine. It’s lack of communication on my complex because I need mold testing and duct cleaning!

I'm very impressed with the professionalism, personal nature, and reasonable prices of Fresh Air Corp. Within minutes of submitting an online request, I got a joyful phone call and luckily a next day appointment to unclog our dryer vent system. James, the service tech, was courteous, thoughtful, and thorough in doing his job and took pride in his work... all while taking the necessary safety precautions brought on by today's circumstances. I highly recommend Fresh Air's services.

We had a wonderful experience with Fresh Corp from the start to the end, the day of service. Actually we were referred to them by our furnace tech that we trust a lot. The whole process was very smooth. The techs were very professional and experienced. Of course the price is higher than the regular advertised services but it seems better then others. Special truck and hoses and equipment that I haven't seen used by others before. This is few days after the service and if going forward we feel the difference we will sure repeat. Good thing is that this is so thoroughly done that we will need to do this once a 3 or 4 years. Good job!
