Colby serviced our home today and he was prompt and professional. He communicated with me throughout the process and answered all my questions and made recommendations. This was the first time we've ever had this done and the ducts look brand new. I highly recommend. Customer service is excellent.

We had Colby and another rep come by our home in Newark yesterday for a whole home air duct cleaning. They were on time and professional, and worked quickly to get the job done. My wife and I have been meaning to get this done since buying our house a few years ago, and we've already noticed a difference in our air quality. Highly recommend this service.

Very prompt and thorough technician and super efficient office manager. Easy process overall with excellent results. The before and after pictures explain why our allergies have been so bad! Looking forward to fresh air throughout the house and less dust on my dark hardwood floors. Worth every cent charged.

We had Rob and Dave at our house today to do our whole home air duct cleaning and mold removal treatment. Both men were very polite and knowledgeable in what they were doing. At the end they went through the whole process with us and made sure we understood how it worked. I will definitely recommend this company in the future to others and will gladly return as a repeat client as needed. Thank you for a great experience.

Can’t forget about the office staff too, came to add that when I called to pay my bill the office staff was just as polite and forthcoming with information. Glad we could do business!

West Jeff plumbing recommended this company and we are so very grate to them! Our experience was amazing from start to finish. Pam was very helpful and professional in answering questions and scheduling us to fit our schedule. Colby the tech was also very polite, professional, and thorough! The house actually felt cleaner and my breathing easier after he cleaned and sanitized all the duct work. It actually smelled so fresh and clean that when my daughter came home from work, she commented that the air seemed so much cleaner! Thank you Fresh Air Corp!

I scheduled FreshAir Corp to clean the HVAC ductwork. Pam handled the call efficiently and did not try to upsell anything. She explained the process and answered all questions. Very friendly and polite. David and Robert were the technicians that provided the service. Both were personable and answered any questions. Both technicians left the impression that they enjoy the work they do. Although I have never had this service done to compare, I believe they did excellent work. Before and after photos and the actual lack of dust in the home are incredible. Fresh Air was recommended and I did not seek other quotes to compare costs. I feel they did an exceptional job and would call on them again.

Our AC unit was not working and I had an appointment for AC service this afternoon. The technician came early (it is good!). After looking over the the AC, he said the AC needed refrigerant. After working on it for a while, he told me our AC had a refrigerant safety cap and he did not have the tool for it.
He started to call his company, trying to solve the problem. I did see him send the photo of the cap out via phone. After several calls, the technician said he did not have the tool and nobody else in the whole company had the tool. He simply drove away and left us in heat wave.
The universal refrigerant safety caps key is a common tool for A/C technicians (it is readily available).

By the way, the technician also did not put everything back as before.

Follow up: Thanks for the owner's response here. He made an effort to locate the key and came to get AC running Saturday (yesterday). I really appreciate the owner's extra effort to help us during the hot day and he is a great guy!

I should rate 5 stars for the owner, but as a whole incident I change the original one to four stars.

I called Quality Heating & Air, after our heat went out in January and our regular HVAC company told me we needed a whole new unit. I wanted a second opinion, and Ryan was incredible. He came out within a few hours, told us what we did need and what we didn't. Gave us so many more options than the first company did, in terms of units and price points. We ended up being able to fix the furnace, and didn't need a new unit (yet), but Ryan still called and checked in to see how things were going, and even gave me some tips on how to keep our furnace running through the winter. We were so overwhelmed with having to make such a quick and costly decision, just because of the circumstance, and Quality was super professional and super informative. When the time does come that we need a new HVAC unit, I will no doubt turn to Quality Air.

Last year my furnace went out. Ryan came out and told me I didn't need a new furnace after other companies gave me overpriced estimates. He was very honest. Fast forward to this year, was getting furnace serviced by another company. Found out I had a cracked heating exchanger. I remembered Quality Air and called. Ryan came out again and was honest about what was going on with the furnace. I decided to replace the furnace. What I paid was less than all the estimates from last year. It was affordable and a good price point for me. Very honest company.

Matt was awesome! He fixed everything quickly, was so kind and explained everything clearly. We called on a Tuesday night after hours and he was there Wednesday morning. Highly recommend. We will certainly be using them for all our heating/cooling needs.

Had Alex Jr, Lidio, and Matt swing by yesterday to install our new HVAC stack after ours kicked the can. They were incredibly fast, friendly, clean, and professional. Ryan was easy to get in contact with for the quote and inspection, which was better than several other companies we contacted. Would recommend.

Nick was the guy sent out to attend to my AC unit that wasn’t working properly. He was very professional and explained everything he was checking and how things worked and specifics/options that needed to be done to fix the unit. He explained the information in terms I could understand and took extra time to answer all my questions. Quality Air installed my AC unit as well as my furnace and put all the duct work in my house back in 2004 and they always have treated me right, I highly recommend them and they’re my go to company for any furnace or AC concerns. I have used Quality Air a few times and they are always professional. Our AC unit went out and Nick came out right away and was able to get a new unit for us within 24 hours. Rick and Lidio did a fantastic install. They were courteous and friendly. All around great experience.

Just like their name "Quality"...on time, clean uniform, polite, knowledgeable young man had the best attitude, and explained the situation with my heat pump in detail, he gave me options on how to set up my heat pump and the electric heat. Gave me his HONEST opinion if he was in my boat. Had it figured out and fixed in no time. Now i have them do my spring and fall maintenance with filter changes every year. GREAT COMPANY 👍

Matt Pyles was here today to service our furnace. He has been here many times over the years. I appreciate how kind and thorough he is. He is always patient in answering my questions and seems very knowledgeable. I feel the need these days to write compliments on the service industry as it seems difficult to find good help. Matt certainly deserves the compliment.

I want thank the team of Ryan, Rick, and Matt from Quality Air that did a terrific job installing my new furnace. They arrived on time, removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, and were finished by early afternoon the same day. Ryan explained everything I needed to know about the new thermostat and answered all my other questions. I was quite happy with the entire experience.

Great service!!! Had no heat Quality Air technician was out in no time at all. When nick arrived he identified the issue and had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes. My family had heat in no time at all on a cold winter day. My family and I can’t thank Quality Air and the owner/Nick enough for getting heat back in our home!! On extremely short notice, Quality did an excellent job of giving me price options and installing a new high efficiency furnace. Lidio and Kaleb were very respectful of my property, worked quickly to remove the old furnace, seamlessly tied in the new furnace to the old A/C and humidifier systems, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up the work area as though they'd never been there.

I was very happy with the installation of a new Carrier AC system. They explained the different options (SEER, cost) and did not try to push me towards other brands like other dealers in town (I won't name names, but their initials are CWA). The installation went great, they showed me how to utilize the new wifi thermostat & app, and the house is nice & cool.

Nick from Quality Air Heating and Air Conditioning came to my house today (91 degrees) within 2.5 hours of my call and got my AC unit up and running again -- without trying to sell me a new unit. I was extremely happy with his professionalism and the company's pricing is really competitive. I used to have all my HVAC needs addressed by another company that lost my business over the winter due to unprofessional conduct.

I called my real estate broker when I had the AC problem today, as he owns multiple rentals and I figured he'd know a good company to call. Without hesitation he said, "Quality Air, they won't rip you off." That was all I needed to give them a call. I recommend you give them a call too, as my broker said, "They won't rip you off!"

Seriously, they seem to be a good, locally owned company that hires good people. Give them a try, I doubt you will be disappointed.

They were completely useless for us. They spent an entire day, from 8 am until 6 pm, and could not figure out the problem with our HVAC. They just tried changing parts in a hope that something would help. At 6pm on Friday they just left and said they would be back on Monday, leaving us with no heat for the weekend.

The very same night we called another company and they found the issue within 15 minutes.

Very expensive too, and we paid for nothing.
