I've used this company for YEARS. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They explain costs, and future possible issues or improvements well, too. They've even had to come in the middle of the night and were actually pleasant! I wouldn't use any other company.

I called classic air after our routine maintenance. Check up of our furnace by Atlas Butler supposedly turned up pricey needed repairs. They agreed to come out to give me a second opinion. Nathan showed up very efficiently Let me know that not only did our furnace not need repairs, but that Atlas Butler had Intentionally left wire wires disconnected, showing in spring. We would need their services again. This is an honest company that employees honest people and I would recommend them.

this company is so good i canceled my contract with cjs heating and cooling. shane taylor was one of the nicest people i have me. tempstar blower motor burnt out. they waranted the motor for me ordered it had it installed the next day.i put in for a urgent call back cjs did not call till the next day. shane called me at 130 in the morning and was here in the morning. cjs 110.00 to come out classic air 85.00.there fast there good. they should give shane a raise. love this company==== larry carollo=====

Our heat went out overnight when it was 23°. I called Classic Air around 8:30 AM and was given a 12–5 PM window, but within an hour Nathan called and arrived about 10 minutes later.

Nathan quickly diagnosed the furnace issue and restored the heat. He also identified a few ways to improve overall heating efficiency and made the changes needed to optimize performance. Nathan listened to my concerns and clearly explained what he was doing, without making me feel rushed. He was professional, polite, respectful, and very easy to work with.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. I’m grateful for the quick response and knowledgeable service.

Classic Air has taken care of my HVAC maintenance in several homes and I've always been happy with the service. I had Tom for a long time, and Tony (Antonio) recently after I moved to a new area. They are on time and communicate when they are on their way. I get an email summarizing the work and any suggestions, and they have always taken the time to explain what was going on with my system. Classic Air exceeded expectations. First, I was referred by not one, not two, but three different people that have used them over time. Each of them boasted that the company is trustworthy - not automatically suggesting a full unit replacement, but rather making economical adjustments where possible. They also said the pricing was better and more fair compared to the competitors. I called and due to the uniqueness of my scenario, was connected to the owner. He was quick to respond, acted as a consultant on long term solutions, and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. On the day of the install, the team was thorough and respectful. The owner came to say hello and checkin. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend the Classic Air team.

I got a whole house humidifier put in and I am very happy with the product and service I received. The techs were prompt, polite, and efficient. They were also fine with me hanging out and watching because I like seeing how things work, which I appreciated. They were also able to set up the existing thermostat to work with the humidifier controls, which is maybe a standard thing but I was pretty excited about it. The price was a few hundred less than I was expecting/prepared to pay. I will definitely use them again if I have any other HVAC needs.

Tom from Classic Air was great! We discovered our furnace had stopped working upon our return from vacation. Our usual HVAC company wouldn’t provide emergency services on a Sunday so we called Classic Air. Twenty minutes later Tom called and said he would be able to get to us that same day. True to his word, he showed up at 6:30pm and by 9pm our furnace was working again! Amazing service!

Amazing, efficient service completed by 2 very friendly employees! The guys were awesome, explained everything, and cleaned up after the service. Cannot wait to see what a difference the humidifier has on my family's quality of life. Thank you, as always, for taking such great care of us!

The service tech was thorough in cleaning the compressor as part of annual maintenance of our AC system. He stayed back to diagnose and fix a problem that was related to the thermostat controller. He was professional and courteous.

It's a contract for Summer/ Winter we have been with Northland Hearing and cooling a long time great service.

The texts are pretty good. When you call they answer the phone. That's a plus. They did come to work on my AC and they didn't fix it all the way. I had to call back within an hour after after they left to have it fixed correctly. The good thing is they came and then they fixed it
