I was very happy with the service Legacy gave me. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable & explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Legacy Heating and Cooling.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT, CHRIS, JAMES AND MARQUISE. I am a single mom of two kids. Waking up with no heat is an absolute nightmare. I text Chris and he was here in a few hours. He gave me multiple options but replacing was the best. I was able to finance the furnace and ac unit ( the financing company was a breeze too) and literally 48 hours later I had a new furnace and ac unit WHILE I WAS AT WORK AS A NURSE. All of this and when I got home there were NO SIGNS any one being in my home except it was warm and cozy. The equipment! I have no idea about HVAC, I fix humans. Chris didn’t push me to get the most expensive or best of the best. He got me what I needed at a price I could mange on a one income budget. Everything is shiny and beautiful. I cannot even hear my furnace running! I won’t need legacy for a while now, but there’s no question who my life long HVAC guy is. Not to mention Chris is a God fearing man with a beautiful wife and kiddos to boot. I will always support this small business and the people that work here! When my air conditioner died this summer, I went online and filled out contact forms for multiple vendors to get a quote. Legacy was the first to respond, and as a matter of fact the only one who called me back! We scheduled an appointment, and they use the reminder system which texts you all the information. Love that! The quote was fair, accurate, and the item was in stock. I could have had it installed the next day but my schedule didn't allow it. We set up for the following week. The techs Brian and Marquis were uniformed, on time, organized and efficient. I had the furnace and ac replaced in ONE DAY! Oh, and easy long term financing. Everything about Legacy is fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone.

The guys showed up on time were very clean fast and efficient in removing and installing my a/c and furnace. Thank you I would definitely use again if I ever have any issues

I recently had my AC unit repaired by Legacy Heating And Cooling, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. The technician Ellis Stricklet was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose and fix the issue (same day). He arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and had my AC running smoothly in no time. Donna who answered the phone was extremely friendly and gave me peace of mind that this company would not try to over charge. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart from others. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC repairs.

They responded quickly, gave me an accurate quote, did a good diagnostic test and was able to fix my unit same day. Great customer service, and great price.

If I could give 100 stars I would. We have had so many bad experiences with service companies and it’s so nice to give this review. We got our new air conditioner and furnace Installed today. From our sales person Jeremy, to our installers James and Adam it was top notch service and professionalism. Chris the owner even went above and beyond with working directly with our home warranty company. Highly recommend and will definitely refer them.

Chris was very professional when he came out to our center and was able to get the parts ordered same day and our issue resolved so we could have our heating and cooling system back up and running. This is the second time we have used their services and he did not disappoint. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I wouldn’t use this company. I just went behind them to a house in Columbus. They told the customer they needed a new unit and in reality he just needed a breaker. I replaced it and saved him the 12 grand legacy was pushing for a new system.
Also they told him he’d have to get a furnace with the new air conditioner which also isn’t true. They make the board for the new refrigerant systems to fit with the old furnaces. This company either lacks knowledge or morals

These guys are amazing! Very professional and friendly. They were able to come out the day after I called even though it wasn’t an emergency!! When they came out, they got right to it and diagnosed the problem quickly. The overall price for the service and maintenance was very affordable as well. I will recommend their service to my friends.

We had an outstanding experience with Legacy. They were very quick to respond to our call and had a service tech out to fix our A/C the morning after we called. Our regular service company wasn't able to send anyone out for 8 days. Who wants to wait 8 days with no air conditioning when the temp each day is mid-90's. They were pleasant, efficient and explained everything they were doing. Thanks, Legacy. Well done.

Chris came this morning and was so professional and friendly - easy and comfortable to have in my home. He made a thorough assessment of the furnace and was kind enough to explain what he was doing (in layman’s terms-making it simple for me to understand). Chris did the repair right away and was clean and efficient.

James and Marquise recently installed a furnace, air conditioner, and a water heater for my house. The company was prompt, on time, and communicated well. James and Marquis were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors in the future. Great work.

My Waterworks service man was William Beightler. He, as usual was very thorough and efficient. After my service he explained everything that he did and got me set up for my plan for next spring.

A remarkable experience : I bought a home, like all remodels it was cheaply done w/ low rated contractor power units. I did lots of online research and sent out requests to 3 different companies & got lots of varying information. Walt from Hetter provided me the most accurate information & feedback. He took pictures, did an analysis & gave me several options w/ information to support his suggestions, recommendations & why. He was quite thorough. I upgraded from an 80 pct efficient to 96 pct efficient furnace by the installation processes recommended & maximum return on investment. They installed a new thermostat w/ a cover & wall plate so no bare spots on wall showed from previous thermostat, a very nice cosmetic touch. He also informed me approximate installation time & team involved. Michael & Donzel arrived on schedule, confirmed the order information, inspected the house, explained the process involved , asked for my approval and laid out tarps to protect my house. They were informative, selective in their process, gave me options, extremely efficient & meticulously neat & clean, nobody could've asked more from a company, it's people, process & performance.

I’ve used Hetter for several years because I trust them. A couple of the bigger, well- known companies tried hard to sell me complete new systems a few years ago, but Hetter has kept it running well ever since. That’s why, now that Hetter is beginning to advise that replacement time is coming up, I believe them! (They’re also professional, courteous, and reasonably priced!)

Bill, the tech, was a pleasure to talk with. A seasoned professional from the former Wolfe & Sons, he walked me through the maintenance procedure, explaining each step. More than I have paid in the past, but a thorough and professional job.
