July 24, 2023- Evolved installed new 40 gal hot water tank. I then had lukewarm water at the taps. Aug 8 2023 Tech returned, no fix offered. Nov 1, 2023 Evolved returned & installed a fix at no additional charge to me. I give them credit for doing the right thing. No further problems.

Showed up on time for emergency service on a Saturday to fix water line to refrigerator. Did excellent job! Aaron was very efficient and pleasant. Glad Evolved was available today for emergency. Saved the day!

Steve did a great job - he was very professional. He estimated it would take an hour and he finished the job in an hour. We are very pleased and would recommend Evolved Plumbing.

I can’t say enough about this company. Tyler is professional and fair, respectful and punctual. This is a great company! I purchased a filtration system and couldn’t be happier with my purchase and experience.

Contacted Evolved Plumbing yesterday about removal of a gas cap on an old gas pipe line. They were able to come out the next day to complete the job. The technician Austin was extremely courteous and answered my millions of questions. Lol. I learned a lot about gas and plumbing in the short period of time the technician was there. To have professional work done and being taught at the same time was superb. Had one small hiccup in regards to communication and Tyler addressed immediately and professionally. I would recommend this company.

My technician was terrific! He was friendly, quick , which save me money, and I didn’t have to ask him to put booties on before entering, he came with them ready! Much appreciated, definitely use them again!

Steve, our plumber from Evolved Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, changed out an existing sink faucet with a one. He made a difficult job look easy. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Steve and Evolved Plumbing and Mechanical.

Nate was Right on schedule reviewed the situation made appropriate recommendations and completed the job timely and accurately. His knowledge and expertise clearly showed in his ability to diagnose and correct the problem . I wish I could find more professionals with skills and abilities in other Trades. I thought I had found a good plumber to install my new toilet and waterfall faucet. Boy was I wrong! A few weeks after the installation I called the young man back to fix a leak in the cabinet due to him not tightening up a connection to the faucet. That evening the toilet quit working so I called him back to fix it. He said it would cost $500 to fix what he had just installed!! I am sure he caused it to quit working so he could come back and make more money off of it. I told him to leave and I found another good plumber who fixed it for $90. Do not use Evolved Plumbing, they are crooks.

This company had excellent communication skills keeping me informed about appointment adjustments. Then upon arrival, Austin gave clear explanations of what needed to be done. I would call them again if I have other needs. I expect the repairs will eventually repay the costs through future savings on my water bill!

Had a backed up kitchen sink looked up plumbers and Evolved Plumbing came up, called and was told someone could come out that day and gave me a 2 hr window. I was called again to let me know someone was on the way. Steve showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable, found the problem and it was fixed in no time. If I have any other issues I will call Evolved, highly recommend!

They no-showed for the appointment we originally scheduled for me to get a replacement sump pump. We quickly got something on the books after I called to follow-up, and they kept the new appointment. The plumber they sent out to estimate was professional and seemed knowledgeable, but they never followed up with the written estimate I asked for.

One of the owners called me after I originally posted this review to apologize for my experience and offered to send me the estimate, but I never heard back from them. Bizarre.

Very competitive pricing. Steve was a great guy. Taught me a lot about plumbing while he was here and worked with me to find a solution. Most guys come out and tell you what they are going to do and quote some ridiculous price. Steve was awesome and actually cares about customers. Highly recommend.

I had a gas leak from a new oven install. We had a cluster of events to try and get this problem taken care of. Contacted Evolved plumbing and Tom Zimmerman came out soon after my call and was able to let us know what the problem was and even checked many other items in the house. His suggestion for us to go back to the installer first to have them come fix it was the most honest, humble solution to start with. He was right and the installers came back and took care of it. Needless to say, he is now in my contact list on my phone. “ We got a guy”. Hope this gave you a smile. Thank you again!

I had a winter emergency and needed help ASAP. I waited all day for these clowns to show up. The tech arrived in my neighborhood, then disappeared. The call center lady had no idea why he left. I was told to hold on for a callback. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called back and asked the same question. A few minutes later, the "owner" or whoever they said he was, seemed confused as to why the tech left and said he was "handling it" and would send someone ASAP. I then got another call saying they would arrive within an hour and a half. I told them to shove it and that I'd take my business elsewhere! If you can't be responsive to your clients, then don't own a business!

We had a plumbing emergency and called 6 different places. Evolve was the only one who could get here within a weeks time. They showed up next day. Their quote was reasonable and after further investigation, they came out to be 30% cheaper than other quotes.

They fixed the issue next day. The guys they sent were friendly and very quick. They accidentally scratched a new Applicance in our kitchen, but the owner showed up next day to look at it and is helping us through the fix.

I would recommend Evolved Plumbing to anybody!

The good: plumbers (2) arrived within a couple of hours of calling. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to successfully snake the main sewer drain and did not leave a mess (cleanout was in basement). The bad: cost quoted was way higher than average, plumbers just "showed up" without a courtesy text or call to inform me of their arrival. Bottom line: although the issue was satisfactorily resolved, I would not recommend or use this company again as I feel I was grossly overcharged. In addition, I was not offered any type of warranty for the service.

I recommend highly recommend Evolved. I had a clogged bathroom sink. I called them at 8:30 this morning and it's now 11:30 and the job is finished. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He cleared the drain completely and the job was done for the fair price they quoted me on the phone. Will definitely use again when needed.

Chaz did a great job for us. Professional, friendly, and efficient.

My house drain gets plugged up every couple years with roots. Since I had a stellar experience when I clogged my kitchen drain, Evolved was the first choice for this issue. It was tricky and problematic, but Mike was top shelf and got it resolved quickly.
I really cannot say enough good about this company and the people representing it. They do it right the first time, make sure it is correct, and they take time to explain and build trust with customers.

Could not ask for better. Website was simple. Called me to set a same day appointment very quickly. Were out within two hours. Very professional and quick.
Best part: They haven't spammed me with all kinds of marketing.
Seriously could not ask for a better experience. Will definitely be calling back to set an appointment for preventative services.
