Had to replace the flexi hoses on our 20 year old sinks. Called Westwater Supply and Mark helped me right away. He called the Delta rep and they were still under warranty and she will be sending me the replacement hoses. Amazing how Delta stand by their products. Only buy DELTA!

My main water valve broke, and I was at a loss for what to do. My old pipe from the street was poly and I had to transfer to copper and install a new valve. These guys were so helpful. I worked with Jaime and another guy, I feel bad I don't remember his name but they were so helpful. I explained to them what I was trying to do, showed them some pics and a piece of the old pipe. They got the necessary parts and explained to me how everything went together. This place is awesome. Thanks guys!

I needed a washing machine shut off valve. The big box store didn't have what I needed and decided to try this supply company. Went into the counter dales door and was greeted by Jeff. He was very helpful. The other man at the counter knew the part number of what I needed. They didn't have the part I needed but located one at a local hardware store nearby. They had a kiosk of Diablo hole saws, blades, pipe cutting devices.

Great company and excellent service from their employees.

We had an issue with our ejection pump in our basement. They were able to send someone out quickly. The person they sent was VERY knowledgeable, took the time to explain the problem with our pump and fixed it in record time. On top of all that, the person they sent out was a really nice guy "to boot". If you ever have a need for plumbing work, these are the folks to call, I can tell you that.

Reliable quality service

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.

BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

I had BCI install a new kitchen faucet. The guys were prompt, very courteous, and went beyond and helped remove a soap dispenser bottle where the top broke off. They cleaned everything up as if they had never been here. Great service!

We had a pipe which was very rusty and in bad shape in general. We werent sure if we should get it descaled or lined as well. We called Trusty and they were able to get to us very quickly. After sending a camera down the line, they recommended that we have it descaled and lined. We had contacted other companies before Trusty, all of which were very costly or unresponsive. Derek was very professional and personable throughout the entire process, from the estimate consult through the finished product and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. We would highly recommend Trusty.

My Company is in the middle of complete campground overhaul. We chose Trusty because when the Forman came out to bid the project he asked what we wanting and needed. He then made some suggestions to make the project run more smoothly. They are plumbing 3 different buildings and this includes ADA showers and restrooms. They work with my other contractors to make sure everyone is on the same page. The best part of this company is my company don't have to micro manage them. They send daily updates and are willing and able to answer any questions that may come up. This project has been a roller coaster and Trusty has lived up to there name sake. The icing on top of the cake they were very affordable for our project and we on track for no additional cost.
