Love this company!! We had a sudden problem with our shower spout breaking, and Evolved was able to schedule us the same day and Zane was able to fix it for us on the spot. Zane was fast, courteous, and a great guy to work with. Really appreciate him and his help with short notice. Would recommend Evolved to anyone. 5/5 stars

This business has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau. They have 6 complaints with no response to the BBB. The owners are kind on the phone and tell you what you want to hear. Tyler did sloppy work and charged me $11,000 for a well issue. We had a phone call which we discussed what needed done to resolve the work. He came out and did adjustments, but it was not what we discussed on the phone. The well issue still was not resolved. I had to hire another company for to fix the issue and the other company charged $4,000. I don't believe Tyler is ethical and lacks integrity. Do NOT hire this company or you'll end up with more bills and more issues than you started with. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

Called these guys for a water filtration set up, got a quote and even sent a link to the set up we were buying WHILE I was on the phone with the technician so they understand what we wanted installed before I bought it. The day came for the install and the technician left because of an emergency which i understand it happens but they rescheduled for the next day only not to show up. I called and they rescheduled for the day after that and they failed to show up again. When I called as to inquire why they said that someone was supposed to call me and tell me that they misquoted me on the install and that it would be 1,100 dollars more than initially quoted stating that I lied about the details of the system. Not only did I not drive that call and/or no voicemail or text but I left work early three days in a row for nothing

Got charged 750$ for a heating element and t&p valve. I don't think anyone actually changed the t and p valve because when he left it was leaking still. I had them come back and another guy showed up and wouldn't fix it. He just wanted to chargee 1500$ for some bladder bad and a pressure reducer. I tell you what I feel like I'm being scammed all the way right now. It's just one thing after another. I don't feel any honesty I just feel like they are trying to come up on my money. As of right now me and my kids and wife have no hot water and are out 750$. I'll have to dispute the charges and look for someone else I can trust. Absolute crooks for sure. The owner said he was going to give me the money back for the t and p valve since his technician clearly didn't replace it. He never contacted me to give my money back. Do not trust these people

Chaz did a great job flushing our water heater and was very friendly. He helped with filling out our online registration form also. 5 stars!

Chas and Bruce were professional. They're worth ethics was good. They were respectful and showed up in a timely fashion. They displayed good communication skills and were understanding of our electrical needs.

Had a great experience with this plumbing company. They were professional, responsive, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Tyler was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done right the first time, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable plumbing service!
