Do not waste your time here! These are some major stuck up people I've ever met. They made us feel so unwelcoming. We were in there for 30 mins and no one bother to say hi or help us. Definitely lost a potential customer!

They were a huge help. Had a toilet that needed a replacement part no other local plumbing store could help me with. Bill from plumbing spent a considerable amount of time helping me figure out which specific model of toilet I had by sending pictures and ultimately which part and model I needed. I will definitely go there in the future for any plumbing work I need in the future given how helpful they were.

Barbara was so polite and helpful. They have great stuff.

I came to this store to try and buy a new faucet sprayer. I went in the showroom and I didn't have an appointment. I didn't think I needed an appointment to buy any generic faucet sprayer. I went to the parts building in the back and spoke with the man there who said he didn't just have "random parts." I thought, it's not a random part, it's a plumbing part and this is a plumbing store. He said he'd have to order something. I can order something, I came to a physical store to try and buy a physical part. 2 stars because I didn't follow whatever the store format is, but that's really just a benefit of a doubt star. Generally unwelcoming experience as another user stated.

We were in a jam, and Plumbers Factory and Supplies saved us. Not knowing what we were doing, we went straight to the supplies pickup/warehouse, and there we met the most polite gentleman, Bill. Not only did he have what we were looking for (that no big box stores did), but he hooked us up with the additional parts needed for the replacement we were doing. Bill went out of his way to help us out, was patient with our naivety, knowledgeable and polite. Thank you for a great experience!

Liars. Dishonest scheduling team. The woman, Dee-Dee is amazingly rude and I'm surprised they make any money with her answering the phones. Lies all around and I can see why there haven't been any positive reviews in the last few years. Don't trust this company!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company worked well with the home warranty I had to not fix anything I had wrong. They decided to say my issue was due to faulty installation but they were just told to lie so the warranty company doesn’t have to pay for any repairs. I will never call or recommend this company ever.
