I had attempted over the past year to have local pool companies from Delaware and Marion Ohio come and check our pool due to a water leak issue. However, each company I called said I either lived to far for them to assist me, (20 minutes from the Marion Store and 15 -20 from the Delaware stores) or they would not check unless they had installed the pool. Ok???? Anyway I called American Leak Detection and without any issues was able to get an appointment. I met two awesome employees, Tyler and Joe who blew my mind with their knowledge of their company and the work they were performing to check for the leak. They came earlier than expected, and spent about 1 1/2 hours detecting the issue. The level of professionalism these guys displayed was beyond incredible. If you need a leak detected or other related work DO NOT HESITATE to call ALD! In closing I have decide to replace our pool's liner and will be using ALD for the install! American Leak Detection - They arrived on time and did a very thorough job. Scott was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire procedure. Scott found the leak and we are scheduling the repair. I used American Leak earlier this summer to repair leak on my mother's pool which they repaired.

They were great. They explained everything they were going to do and how. The leak was in my front yard and they replanted tie bushes they took out and really did very little damage to the yard as well as fixing the leak in the basement wall and it didn’t take them long to do the job.

We had American leak install a new liner in our pool 3 years ago. There were issues with the liner from the first week. We have had 3 different corners and one side of our liner slip out of place. They came back to repair it two times and on the second, they tried to have us pay for repair even though it was their mistake and it was right after they installed the liner. My husband fixed one of the corners himself as well. Upon opening up our pool last month we noticed another corner slipping and there was tearing around the skimmer. This should not be happening as the liner is only 3 years. We have tried emailing and calling several times and American leak will not respond to calls or try to address this issue. It’s been over 2 weeks and we have only got “We will get back with you.” Latham, The liner warranty company looked at pictures and told us that it would not be covered under warranty because it looked to be an installation problem. The liner was never measured correctly to begin with which would explain the corners falling and hole/stretching where the skimmer is. It would be nice to receive a call from American Leak to resolve this problem. Until then, we are extremely upset customers.

Rich Gould was the tech that came out today from American Leak Detection of Columbus. He was a pleasure and very professional to work with, his work was perfect. Its nice to have someone come into your home and communicate well with you on what they will be doing and talk with you about any questions you have like Rich did. Today was a great experience and my issue was resolved in a short period of time. Everything was clean and back to normal when Rich left which is not always the case when you have home repairs done. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future should I have a need to. From the time I received the estimate to the end results today everything went great!

I had a wonderful experience with American Leak Detection! I had a leak in my pool right before I was listing it for sale. It was very stressful timing, but they came right away and handled the leak. I didn't have any more problems and was able to give the repair warranty to the new owners. The workers were professional, friendly and informative. We called American Leak Detection to determine the source of damage to our wood floor. Both Chuck and Scott were able to locate the source of the problem within no time and the problem was corrected by them before they left. I appreciated their expertise, courtesy and helpfulness to us, including their recommendations for mitigation and repair.

Chuck and Scott were AWESOME!!! They explained every facet. They were diligent and found where our leak was. The knowledge and expertise cannot be matched by any regular plumbing company. In fact, we had another plumbing company come out first but they couldn't do leak detection.
Chuck and Scott were conscientious about how they went about the job and they were quick. efficient and very thorough. We couldn't have found a better company and they were meticulous about cleaning up. Our prayers were answered and God sent us two of the nicest professionals. It was obvious that they worked well together. I would trust this company to do any job!!!

Replaced old roof and installed a metal one on pole barn. Fantastic service. Started and completed job earlier than quoted.

We used Miguel and his crew for multiple rooms in our house. He has two more rooms to complete and can't wait to plan those. They do great work. I love each project.

I used Diaz Home Remodeling for installing a new roof. I called him to come out for an estimate on a new roof. He looked at the damage done to my roof and felt that the insurance would pay for it because it had nothing to do with the quality of the previous installation but wind and ice damage. He worked with my insurance and I was able to get a new roof that was mostly covered by my insurance. I also had him do some"Honey do" projects while he was out here. Which included re-roofing my old shed. Cleaning and installing new insulation in my attic. And venting my kitchen and bathrooms out to
the roof. His prices were reasonable. And he was very responsive through text and calls. I never questioned when he was going to bring out his crew because he always kept me in the loop. He's also very pleasant to work with and his crew cleaned up everything the very day that they finished with the roof. I highly recommend his services. I recently moved to the area and decided to walk in to see if I could potentially get some contracting work done. As a potential customer this guy barks at me in stead of saying good morning or good afternoon I understand the culture that people are on the defense But it's just not good business. I now will take my business elsewhere sadly.

Staff was courteous & professional on the water heater install. Repairs were completed same day and very professionally. Scott did a great job & I would definitively call again.
