My tech Brian was incredible. Flushed out my gutters and super educating. Spoke with me about how I could prevent future issues and gave me lots of tips and tricks. But above all he was awesome with my four year old son and engaged with him throughout the process. Would highly recommend A+ gutters to all.

I have known Andrew for almost nine years (since 2017) and he and his crew have done all kinds of work for me (repairing gutters and downspouts, cleaning them, replacing all of my small downspouts and gutters to larger ones because the small ones could not handle the capacity of water running down my large roof). A+ Gutters is the only drainage service company I call because I can trust them to fix the problem, to charge me a fair and reasonable prices and to schedule me in a timely manner. In addition, Andrew and the other workers are always kind and courteous to me. Recently Andrew came to my rescue when I had water gushing from one of my downspouts, creating a huge pool of water at the corner of my house during a storm that brought heavy rain. Water was spitting and squirting from every possible opening it could find from which to escape the metal adaptor. Andrew came the very next day, immediately identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. They are unmatched when it comes to prompt response times, their knowledge, the quality of work and efficiency with which they work, but also what sets them apart is their genuine care for clients and for the work they do. That is why I have had such a long relationship with them. A+ Gutters is a true superhero of home drainage systems. If you want to sleep better knowing your home will be protected from rain, I would not go anywhere else to get downspouts and gutters cleaned or repaired or if you need new gutters and downspouts replaced.

Braden (sp?) arrived on time. I told him that I wanted an inspection of the gutters and a cleaning if needed. I also mentioned new gutters or gutter guards, if that looked like something I'd need.
It took him about 15 minutes to inspect and he told me the gutters still look fine and don't have much debris and that he could quickly clean that up for $125.
10 minutes later, he was done. Super nice guy, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need & got the job done for a great price.
I wish everyone operated like that.

Nothing less than Excellent! Cip and his crew were awesome! They kept the work site clean and tidy as they dug up a ton of dirt to replace the gutter drains in my front and side yard. Great communication throughout the process. Hard workers, as well as kind and courteous. They cleaned up pretty close to perfect at the end of the job. I would recommend A+ and Cip and his crew to everyone!

Very friendly and helpful. I called Backflow guy during afterhours for my water backflow device leaking issue. They are able to help me resolve the issue. Their service is great and always on time. Highly recommended.

Richard was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing inspection or repair/replacement of their backflow. His consolation approach was low key, practical and with absolutely no pressure. After consulting with me, he only recommended what was appropriate and necessary. He took the time to do the work right and happily gave me plumbing tips along the way. He also gave me careful instructions on how to properly maintenain the system for winterization, saving me $ in the future from hiring someone to do that for me. As an added bonus, it was just nice to chat with him while he worked. I would have him back anytime again, although I don't expect I'll need him since he did such a good job. Thanks Richard!!

Terrible service.. Called initially and he was able to come to my house the same day which was great and was told he will leave the paper work so I can send to city which I said fine. When I called back later to see if the job was done he said he will send the paperwork next day, which was different from the initial call. When questioning him about it, he became extremely defensive, hostile, and verbally abusive and instead of doing his job, he told me "I will rip up the contract" and threatening my well being if I ever called back. I was left stunned after he hung up the phone because I never been treated so rudely for asking a question. Please stay away from this guy, Richard...

Called Richard and Diane in February 2023 for backflow test of commercial property. Richard did back flow test but said it failed. He never provided paperwork. Said he thought test failed because it was too cold and wanted to retest when warmer. I texted, emailed, called numerous times to get Richard to retest. Talked to Diane and she said Richard was checking the repairs that were needed. Over a course of 4 months they never responded back to me. This week water pipe started gushing water. Richard and Diane did not respond to calls or texts. I called another commercial plumber to help. After turning off water and checking out pump found someone had tried to repair pump and caused significant damage. New plumber had to order new parts, tear down pump and rebuild it. $3,000 cost for parts and labor. Don’t use Backflow Guy for any commercial pumps. He is not qualified to handle.

Used Richard for a job. He was easy to get a hold of and he took care of it the day it was scheduled for. He was very accommodating and understanding of the hiccups we ran into when trying to schedule with our tenants. Will use him again in the future! No issues here!

Don't rely on them. Put in a request 2 weeks ago. Called 3 separate times, and keep getting told he would be out in the next 2 days. Finally told them to cancel after the last call. Scheduling isn't very formal, seems like he just gets to it when he gets to it. They could never nail down a day, or tell me if I would get a call when he was coming or anything. Guess he just shows up when he can.

Richard and Diane are great; always responsive, friendly, and able to come out to perform the test on short notice. Richard completes and submits all the paperwork to the city so there is no hassle on your end. On top of that, we always get a great price for the service and some additional tips from Richard on how to maintain your irrigation / water systems. We have used them for the past two years and will continue to in the future!
