So who knew that a leaky outside faucet would cause your water bill to double? Called Allegiant who dispatched a very friendly lad who went right to work and had a replacement going in no time. I highly recommend Allegiant no matter the size of the job.

Allegiant Plumbing is always quick to respond to service calls. Once on the job they explain their findings, offer solutions & repair issues in a timely fashion! I run a property management company with hundreds of properties and they are definitely our go to plumbing company!

I am so impressed by Allegiant. My kitchen sink backed up last night, couldn’t do the dinner dishes. This morning, I called several referrals from the neighborhood FB group - lots of no answers, phone trees, voicemails, one could squeeze me in a couple of days, etc. So glad I my Google search found Allegiant. Friendly call with the scheduler and the tech was at my house in about an hour! Up front and reasonable pricing, hardworking, no hidden fees. Daniel worked hard for a couple of hours, testing a few things, and when he left everything was in working order. I’ll happily refer Allegiant and I plan to call them regarding a non-emergent unrelated plumbing job. 5 stars for sure!

I called Allegiant Plumbing on 3-7-25 and they sent out a plumber out on the same day.
Daniel came out on 3-7-25 to diagnose the problem with my AO Smith water heater. He was able to solve the problem without ordering a part and charging me more money.
Very nice and knowledgeable young man!

Great plumbers with a very communicative service team and technicians —the service call I requested ended up being more involved than the original job was thought to entail. They were very transparent and provided me with several quotes for different options in the beginning, however they had to coordinate with property management and my condo association for an alternate solution and were able to return and finish the job at the same cost. 👍👍

Great customer service, friendly plumbers, and attention to detail. Daniel and Jeremy installed a new tankless water heater for us in March 2025, didn't rush, and made sure they got it done just right. Even the owner came by to provide some help and guidance. Then, in February 2026 they worked on my son's new house and excelled again. Highly recommend!!

This is a late review for work done over a year ago. Alex that answers the phone is extremely helpful and professional but that's the only positive thing about the review. They sent out a plumber and I told him my toilet was making a weird noise when flushed and it teetererd. I explained the noise was before the teetering (that'll be important in a moment). The plumber showed me where he put a seal around the toilet and it stopped teetering. He explained that when it wasn't wet anymore I wouldn't notice the coloring. First issue, when it cleared there were 2 pieces that are visible that he put down to stop the toilet from teetering and they are visible. Second, the toilet is still making the noise. Third, I wasn't given a receipt for the $300+ bill.

I called back about the issues. Alex sent me the invoice. I explained i still had the issue with the toilet making the noise. He spoke to the plumber who did the work. He told Alex that when he fixed the teetering the noise stopped when he flushed it. He assumed it was fixed. I was floored by this response! If I explained that the noise was going on before it ever stopped teetering then why would he think that fixed the issue? Alex explained they could send someone back out. The plumber stated he would have to put a camera down the toilet to see the problem. Why would I want them back out here when they didn't fix the issue? Allegiant did the work on our community when it was built. Generally we use the vendors the builder used to build the houses. I have shared this issue with my neighbors and told them not to use Allegiant.

Sorry. I had submitted a review in error. Our experience with Allegiant was excellent. The communication was great and Jeremy resolved our water heater issue promptly. Highly recommended and will use them again.

Allegiant Plumbing Services provided good service and installation quality when replacing an exterior water spigot and installing a new shut-off valve. The technician was courteous and the work was done properly. That said, the pricing was high for a straightforward and accessible job.

The parts they used can be purchased from Lowe’s for around $50, yet I was charged $123.92. Even more shocking was the labor charge — $250 per hour. For a basic job that didn’t require specialized tools or difficult access, the total came to $526.11. On top of that, they charge a $79.99 + tax fee just to show up. So the final cost for the job was $611.90.

While I appreciate the quality of the work, the pricing structure feels excessive and not reflective of the simplicity of the job. Due to the high cost for basic services, I won’t be using Allegiant Plumbing in the future.

A few months ago, our hot water heater in our rental home went out of commissioning. Who knew you had to flush those things annually? I called my usual plumber, and they came back with a quote of almost $10,000. My BS sensors went off immediately, so I poked around for a second opinion and came across Allegiant. I worked with Josh H. and Alex D. Not only were they able to slash that price in half, they also worked with me to pick a newer model that would need less maintenance, got it to my house, and installed it within a day! Going above and beyond, Alex D. tailored their service plans to meet my unique needs with owning two properties. It felt like there was nothing they wouldn't do to ensure I was 1000% satisfied, and they nailed it. They have made a life long customer out of me. I immediately got them back out to my personal property to flush my own water heater. Fool me once right? Daniel D. handled the work quickly and professionally, and was very friendly. He even took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. Trust me, if you need anything plumbing related at all, call Allegiant.
