The technician from Doc Thompson Plumbing was extremely cordial and very efficient in detecting the plumbing problem. Major restoration will need to be done and the Technician recommended a reputable company that can handle that portion of the problem. I was quite satisfied with both representatives. I needed a tub drain and shower valve replaced. I had all the parts needed for the install. I even cut an access point on the back side of the bathroom for easy access. He wanted $795.67 for 2 hours of work. Two hours of work those were his words. So that means he is charging roughly $397.84 per hour. That’s crazy to me.

I’m sure your company does good work and I understand that certain jobs require specialized tools, this was not the case. There could be many factors that go into quoting a job but this job did not require what you explained. I wish you look and happy holidays.

After some initial confusion, Doc Thompson Plumbing returned to my home and installed 2 new toilets. Ricardo did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results. They were fast, friendly and Ricardo went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. They did a great job. Thank you so much.

Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. His willingness to address the critical issues first and then determine what, if anything else would be needed, made us very comfortable and not feeling like we were just an ATM, like many other service companies tend to do. They are a very professional company. Ricardo came to my home, did the assessment with a wonderful attitude and gave me my quote. The next day he returned to replace my toilet. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correct and professionally. Best of all, he broke the toilet down into two parts and wrapped them in plastic, then took them outside taking care not get waste on my carpet. If I need a plumber 🪠 again, I will call them.

Jacob showed up on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my water tank within minutes of arriving. He was able to fix the problem, gave me maintenance tips on draining my water tank and quoted me a price for a new water tank, if my current water tank ever goes bad.

I had a great experience with them! They had 2 guys quit in the middle of our job and Brandon still made everything happen in the promised timeframe. He was professional and helpful, not to mention did an amazing job.

Holden came out and replaced the parts that were causing us problems with our water tank. He informed me of some things that I wasn’t aware of and that was greatly appreciated.

Had them out to provide an estimate on a sewer line repair and discussed our situation over the phone asking if we could get an estimate on repairs. We made an appointment and we're told it would be $49. They came on site performed a review and then told us it was $227 for the camera review of our line. It cost over 4 times what we were told over the phone and on top of that it's been 5 days and no written recommendations for repair or estimate.

We had a competitor come to provide an estimate and they have called back with multiple options and a written estimate the same day. While I am still waiting to hear back from Doc Thompson. I can't recommend

EDIT: In response, it was not clear, which was one thing but also means we paid 227 to never even get the estimate. The increased expense should have been mentioned when discussed on phone as how else would they have looked at the sewer?

I was able to get a consultation and understand my options very quickly, and they came back to do the work within 24 hours. He was in and out in a hurry with zero mess, a flawless install, and the feeling my money was well-spent.

Update: Just had shower hardware installed. Couldn’t be happier.

The representative was friendly and accommodating to my needs with moving furniture to access panels. Although the information provided regarding my leaking faucet was incorrect, the overall experience was ok, even providing estimates for tools I may need to fix additional issues that he noticed. It would be nice if technicians were in uniform to make it easier to recognize.

Hands down the est Customer Service I have seen, Brent and Jacob were very kind courteous, professional. Went out of the way to accommodate the issues we were having! Doc Thompson has a forever customer! Thank you Brent and Jacob! Oh and the apprentice, sorry I didn't remember his name...lol

Brandon was on time and very professional when he showed up for the estimate appointment. Brandon listened to my concerns and gave me the appropriate recommendation for what I was looking to do. I had a different company give me an estimate before Doc Thompson, and that company added in more work than what I even asked for and the price was 10 times higher. That company was just trying to “make a sale”. Scheduling with Doc Thompson to complete the work. So far, I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received and the cost. I would recommend Doc Thompson Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Start to finish excellent experience! Looked on there website saw pictures of jobs and knew this company should be able to help me. Called and Olivia answered, listened to my issues and scheduled us for Friday. Olivia called Wednesday and asked if we would like to move up to Wednesday, they had a cancellation. Fantastic! Jacob came out on time. Listening to our issues. Found our problem, leaking seals around our grinder pump, Emitting sewer gas into our house. Fix our problem and charged us the trip charge only. It just needed resealed with some silicone. $49 and we were all taken care of thank you Jacob for your experience and knowledge also helped me find our outside Spicket valves. It really is wonderful doing business with good people. We highly recommend.

From my call Doc Thompson Plumbing was amazing. They have really reasonable rates compared to other vendors I have used in the past. Also Jacob was more knowledgeable. He provided excellent service. I love the service in that I had complete updates on my appointment and confirmations and timing of the service provider arriving. And very honestl. The best experience!
