Stay away, far away. I had a terrible experience with this company who was hired by my general contractor for a large kitchen and bath remodel. There were recurring instances of me being overcharged, and either incomplete or shoddy work. Do yourself a favor, find another plumber, please. I don't understand how they have so many positive reviews.

Job was completed as expected. They arrived as on time and were able to complete job within 1 hour. And that included a drive to Home Depot for parts. The plumber was friendly and answered my questions. I would use them again and would recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would watch out for how crooked these people actually are. My girlfriend has a rental and the tub faucet had a leak. She’s calls Doc Thompson Plumbing to come check it out. They come and supposedly replaced the faucet handle and proceed to charge her card for $420 when she told them specifically in text mind you not to charge anything until an itemized bill was sent on what they did and charges for each. Needless to say they charge her card and the very next day the faucet is leaking again and she calls them to advise. They go back and then proceed to tell her she needs a new hot water tank, pressure regulation valve, thermal expansion tank and new faucet that was over $2300+ what they already charged her to not fix the issue. Well me, a total amateur, went over to look at what they did. Took the handle off which was still the original mind you and the internals were still the originals except for the plastic piece that attaches to handle. So I take the whole internal part out and go to Home Depot and buy the part for $66 and went back to install. Haven’t had an issue since. Then we try and get a manager to call us back to refund her money bc they never fixed the issue and then lie to her about needing over $2300 more work done when it was fixed with a $66 part. Liars and cheats and when I spoke to the receptionist Jamie after calling 2 days in a row to get a manager, she wouldn’t relay the message on and then proceeds to tell me if I’m going to get a lawyer then just go ahead and do that bc we’re not refunding her money. Sad sad business practices. At this point I will be sending to BBB and also pursuing further legal action since we have every text and all documents provided by them when it was all lies to get more money out of a customer. Stay away if you don’t want scammed.

Doc Thompson Plumbing is a top notch plumbing business. They are, professional, fast, and affordable! We had a leak that required immediately attention. Andrew fixed the problem and quoted us a reasonable price to replace our aged wornout piping system.

Doc Thompson also sent texts and emails. These notifications contained the technician's name and a photo of the technician.

Great service! They came out to the house within an hour of placing the request, looked over the plumbing and determined the only issue would not actually need to be serviced. And didn't charge me a dollar for any of it. Highly recommend!

Andrew Saffle did an outstanding job repairing my water heater, he went above and beyond to get the job finished in both a timely manner and fullest extent. He walked me through his process and explained everything that needed done before doing it and showed me his finished work afterwards. I highly recommend him to anyone!

The rating is for technician Holden. He called ahead, arrived on time, and quickly assessed the problem and provided options. Very courteous and professional.

I contacted Doc Thompson plumbing late on Dec 26th and they sent a plumber out the next morning. I was having issues with a clogged kitchen sink due to my ignorance in dumping a whole can of hearts of palm down the disposal. After two days of plunging, 2 containers of Drano and an attempt at snaking I threw in the towel and deferred to the professionals. Andy was able to clear the drain with a much larger snake so I was able to clean my much needed kitchen. He was very professional and got the job done pretty quickly. I will be calling them again after New Year’s for more work in the basement. Thank you Doc Thompson and Andy for fixing my problem!
