Really great job for roofing repair, addition of attic insulation, and gutter covers. Wonderful communication, beginning with the initial in-home inspection, production of the repair estimate, and all throughout the work process -- which was complicated multiple times by heavy amounts of snow. Employees were always on-time, competent, friendly, and available for any questions I had during the work phase. Really great company. I'm very pleased with the jobs they did for me.

I had some shingles blow off in the big wind last week. Called Bone Dry Roofing. They responded very quickly. Worked with their scheduler, Angela. She was very nice, courteous, and professional. Great phone demeanor
They sent their sales rep, Jameson out. Demonstrated professionalism beyond his years. Did a thorough inspection of my roof, showed what needed to be done and gave me a couple estimates.
I'm very impressed with their customer service. Will send another review after work has been completed

We got a couple of quotes before choosing Bone Dry. Low pressure sales, just presented the info. Price came in on par with one other local company. The third quote was from a huge roofing company new to Columbus market and their estimate was TWICE the cost as Bone Dry and the other company.
The process was smooth and painless. They offered a fair payment process. They understood the apprehension of choosing the right color and left large sample boards and provided addresses of other installs so we could look at the colors on roofs in the area.
They protected our property for tear off, sent photos of what they were doing as they were doing it and had a supervisor visit before and after installation.There were a couple of small imperfections we noticed and they took care of them before leaving. Very satisfied with work and the people we interacted with. Very professional.

They are building two state of the arts schools for Westerville Public Schools in an area that use to be a golf course.

Dan was my technician today and he did a great job! He was friendly, polite and professional. He even gave me some recommendations on what I can do to minimize build up in my chimney. I trust People's Choice Chimney's Cleaning & Repair And Gas Fireplace every year to take care of my wood burning stove and chimney. Don't hesitate to use their services, your home and family's safety are worth it!

What is up with their company trucks? Cutting people off doing 80 down the freeway in and out of traffic like there's late for something. I have it on video also with plate number and truck number 044 24

Who the hell does this guy think he is. Place is packed and comes pulling in taking up double spaces right in front of the door while making an older person park quite a ways away. Have some respect.

These guys drive like pissed off teenagers. Seen him bumper to bumper trying to pass people on the shoulder of the road. If I didn’t have my daughter with me I would have stopped him myself but turned him into the police just incase he hurts someone.

Driver of this vehicle on 11/18/25 at ~4:15pm at bridge park roundabout doesn't know how to drive. Was in outer lane of roundabout and cut me off nearly causing accident. Both lanes can exit that round about.

Just wrapping up our one-year repairs experience, Bradley Jenkins is the best Customer Care Manager! Organized, efficient and managed well. 5-star experience.

My experience with Pulte at the Towns on the Parkway Community has been phenomenal. Each part of the process (sales, construction, mortgage) was smooth and the teams kept in touch regularly. On top of that, the community is beautiful and will only continue to get better as construction progresses along. The townhomes are a great size and look beautiful inside & out. Bridge Park is just a few minute walk away, but you don’t hear the noise/traffic being tucked a few blocks away. If you are in search of a new home and don’t want to manage a large yard/landscaping, I can’t recommend this community enough!

Dan was awesome to work with. Incredibly responsive and professional. Spent a tremendous amount of time fighting my insurance company to no avail (claim denied by State Farm; they get a F on a side note. RUN from them) but never complained and honored the same initial quote despite all the hours he put in with State Farm. Would def recommend and already have to a few neighbors.

Dan was outstanding organizing my roof replacement every step of the way! The team was on time and professional. The roof looks amazing! The gutters were also replaced after the roof was installed. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend!

My house got hit by a hail storm back in April 2023. I had a company come and inspect my roof and was told I had hail damage. My insurance company came out and the report said I didn’t have hail damage…I never heard back from the roofing company.

Brian from Exterior Alliance was on my neighbors roof at a later date told me I 100% have damage and he would get me a new roof. Another inspection by my insurance company and again they said no damage. Brian fought for me and made my insurance company send out an engineer to inspect the roof. Results came back and a new roof was needed.

Exterior Alliance was great to work with and they will go the extra mile and fight for their customers.

10/10 would suggest using this company for your roofing/siding and gutter needs!

Exterior Alliance did an awesome insurance roof complete tear off and replacement. It was painless, Ryan was great to work with and I had no issues. They showed up when promised, cleaned up before they left and it looks great. Highly recommend them to anyone.
