Bone Dry installed our new roof last Spring and did and did an excellent job. Their representative was friendly and gave us step by step information on how everything would be done from arrival to departure. The installers were friendly, efficient, and after finishing, they did a thorough job of cleaning up around the house and in the gutters. Also ( importantly), the price was reasonable. Can’t get any better than that - so I whole heartedly recommend Bone Dry for installing your new roof.

Had my roof and gutters replaced, and extra insulation added to the attic. The entire experience, from the person who came out to inspect the roof and give me a quote, to the final inspection after the gutters were installed, was incredibly smooth. I was kept apprised during the entire installation process, and everyone on the team was very knowledgeable and skilled. I would definitely recommend Bone Dry for any work you need done.

I'll be honest, I chose Bone Dry because I have four nephews that work for this company spread throughout different divisions and I've heard great things. We had our new roof put on in the fall of 2020 and were very pleased. Fast forward to this summer when we had an inspection while we were trying to sell our house and it was discovered that there were a couple of minor issues resulting from the roof install in 2020. I called Bone Dry and they immediately got to work to remedy the problem, assuring me that they would do what they could to ensure we would not lose out on the sale of our house. Within days, they had a rep at our house assessing the situation with a plan of action. Within the month, we had a whole new roof, down to the trusses (replaced in one day). I had 4 different companies come out to provide and estimate on a full roof replacement. The difference in companies is amazing. One company could barely explain anything to me about their product and process. Another company insisted on trying to hard sell me at the time of the estimate and almost refused to leave my house unless I agreed to sign a contract with their company. And then there was Bone Dry. Steven was very informative and prepared to give me as much information as I wanted. However, he listened to me (the customer) and saw that I was prepared and didn't need my hand held. He gave me the information quickly and allowed me to move on with my day. It was very nice meeting with him.

Scheduling was very quick, we were able to get the project started in about half the time expected which was very nice. Steven even text me all the information the night before the project (which happened to be a holiday).

The crew arrived early and prepared the house ensuring that my yard and property was protected from any damage. Seth, the project supervisor, was very nice and ensured to check in on me to see how everything was going. He sent text messages all day with pictures and updates so I knew exactly what was happening.

At the end of the day he walked me around the house to ensure everything was up to my standards and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the property.

I am very please with their service and appreciate the high quality customer service.

I also want to add that the text messages were part of a group message so everyone was up to speed on the project and at the end of the day the project supervisor, production manager, and general manager all thanked me for using their company. I appreciate that level of detail and that they appreciate my business even though I never even spoke to two of them during the process. Very nice touch!

I recently had my roof replaced by Bone Dry and I couldn't be happier. They were very easy to work with, gave me a fare and competitive estimate within a few days, and were able to install my new roof about a week later. On the day of the install, the crew arrived around 7am and began to prep my property for the install, and by 2pm they were completely finished, including tearing off the old roof, replacing any bad decking, and installing all the new materials. During the tear off and install process, the crew sent pictures of each step along the way, so I could see the work, as well as any problems they came across. After they were finished, they cleaned my property, showed me what had been done, and after my approval, they left. They used all the high-quality Owens Corning products that they said they would, and even completed and filed the warranty with Owens Corning. They offer financing options, but you may get a discount for paying cash or credit card (or at least I did). Overall, the process was very quick, easy, and reasonably priced for the work and materials done. I would definitely recommend their products and their services.

I was in need of flashing repair because I had a hole where wasps had gotten in and built a nest. Jamison inspected the flashing and chimney and sealed the hole at no charge as the flashing still looked to be in good shape and there were no other obvious issues with the chimney. Also very friendly and arrived promptly. Excellent experience.

Bone Dry Roofing replaced our old gutters and shutters last year and completely changed the look of our home from drab to beautiful. Their employees are amazing, hard workers with excellent customer service. About six months ago we had some really strong winds come through and I figured by then this company would have forgotten about us but when I called and told them we had lost a shutter from the wind they were here the very next day and replaced it. This is definitely a great company to put your trust in because they will do it right and will have your back.

Steve came out and took a look at our attic fan and some trim on our roof that was falling off. He concluded that the trim only needed to be tacked back up (which he did) and he didn’t charge me. He was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use bone dry’s roofing services in the future!

Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldn’t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of it’s useful life. Although I had all three companies bid on the exact same materials and work, Zach from Bone Dry came in $200 less than the next higher quote and $2,000 less than the highest quote. Based on my prior experience, the urgency that Zach understood I was feeling and the price he presented, it was an easy choice for me to make. A few days before the job was scheduled to begin, Zach explained everything I should expect, from the delivery of the materials, to the cleanup and walk around inspection. He even sent me a text the night before with a photo of Seth, who would be the jobs supervisor. From the very beginning of the job, Seth communicated with me and kept me apprized with their progress. He texted pictures on a regular basis to the point that my questions were answered before I could ask them. The crew worked dawn til dark for three straight days and the new roof looks fabulous. After our homes and cars, the new roof is the third most expensive purchase we’ve ever made. I feel totally confident that it will be protecting this house long after we are gone. And we plan to be here for many years.
