Constraction reviews in Dublin, Ohio

I highly recommend Upgrade Roofing. Dean and his team are awesome! They made the process of working with our insurance company easy and painless, the are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and they did an outstanding job replacing our roof. We are very happy with how everything turned out.

Dean and the entire crew at Upgrade Roofing were extremely communicative, professional, and took pride in every step of the work they performed. From the initial inspection, review of options, planning the date of the roofing repairs (working around a lot of Ohio winter & spring weather 😂), and executing the installation was flawless! A huge thanks to Dean and the crew!

I had a fantastic experience working with Dean and his team! Dean was super nice, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining the entire roofing process. His crew showed up early (like working in the dark early!), worked quickly and efficiently, and did an AMAZING job cleaning up afterwards - you’d never even know they were here. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly highly recommend Upgrade Roofing!!

We had a couple of leaks in our 14+ year old roof. I fully expected that we needed a new roof. I called AC and they inspected the roof. To my surprise, they said the roof was in good shape but that we had a couple of misbehaving nails around vent flanges. They fixed those spots and we are back in business. It’s good to find honest contractors that don’t turn minor repairs into a major problem just to score a full roofing replacement job. Thank you, AC!!!

Andrew and his team have worked on multiple projects for my house. They always do a great job!

A/C roofing & siding was a pleasure to work with.
The workmanship is absolutely above the rest!
So happy to have found them here in Dublin!
I would HIGHLY recommend this local company to anyone who needs siding work done!

I can’t say enough about AC Construction. Andrew was prompt and professional and explained everything they would do to correct the slope of the gutters and the process for putting the gutter guards on. They worked fast and efficiently and everything was cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Working with AC Roofing and Siding was an excellent experience.
From the initial quote through delivery, the entire process was extremely easy. The installation of James Hardie siding was done to perfection.
Even the smallest of details were considered without prompting.
I would use their services again without hesitation and strongly recommend them.

I used AC Roofing to replace all of my window and stucco trim with Hardie Board. They were competitively priced, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. The crew on site was hard working and the finished project looks fantastic. Would recommend without hesitation.

I had a great experience working with AC Construction! I cannot say enough positives about working with Andrew and his crews. From start to finish, they were excellent and I’m very pleased with the results. Ongoing communication and always available if I had a question. The crews were friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up after the work was complete.
Arguably, the most important piece of working with Andrew was his side by side assistance navigating through the ambiguous world of insurance claims. I always felt like he had my best interest in mind and provided clear education and direction dealing with insurance. He’s well versed with insurance policies, codes, and most importantly making sure the job is completed the right way. Highly recommend!

There’s no better company to meet your roofing and siding needs than AC! Here’s what you can expect: honesty, transparency, top notch customer service, high quality products with industry, best practice installation. Andrew knows this industry and is extremely knowledgeable! He really makes you feel at ease. There’s a lot of roofing and siding companies out there, but if you’re looking for the best go with AC! You won’t be disappointed. I know our family will never go to another company for all our roofing and siding needs.

The team over at AC Roofing and Siding installed Hardie siding on our forever home and it came out perfect. It was a pretty big job but they tackled it like it was nothing for them. The crew was professional and respectful and worked hard, showing up early and staying until the sun went down. I have nothing but great things to say and would recommend AC to anyone looking for a job done right. My neighbor saw them working/their work and he had his house's exterior remodeled with a pretty elaborate design and they also love the results. Another buddy is getting a smaller siding project done in April and he told me they were very professional in the planning and the price was extremely fair. Highly recommend!!!

AC Roofing and siding was contacted to do soffits, facias, and gutters on my house and the project was smooth from start to finish. Every step of the way they were professional and communicative. The house looks amazing and the quality of the products and workmanship was top notch!!!!!! I recommend AC to anyone looking to get exterior work done.

I cannot say enough about Andrew and his crew. I’ve been experiencing water damage and water leaking for months while other outfits wasted my time and money (thousands of dollars) with half measures and no solutions. Andrew and his crew identified the problem with my roof immediately and has been a pleasure to work with. I will never call anyone else.

I wanted to follow up on a small issue I had with AC on some trim. I called and Andrew was quick to respond and immediately said that trim will be covered under warranty. There was some warping that had happened and after 2 years I wasn't sure I had a recourse. AC promptly came out and replaced the trim at no charge. It's nice to work with people that stand behind their craft. I highly recommend the folks - a pleasure to work with them!

We had an excellent experience with AC Roofing. Andrew was competitively priced, efficient and our roof looks great. They also replaced our gutters and we have had no issues in the 2 years since. Everything was clearly spelled out for us prior to installation and replacement and it was a seamless process. Ryan was our project manager and he was on sight and available for any questions, before during and follow up. Highly recommend!

Bone dry Roofing did an excellent job in repairing my roof. The communication was strong and Alex was a pleasure to work with!
During the repair I was shown photographs of the progress, and I am confident the work was done well!

Bone Dry is a great company. They are very professional and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us updated on the progress with texts and photos. They did a great job protecting our gardens and cleaning up afterwards. A little pricey, but well worth it.

They did a good job and they were responsive with questions. We had a small repair caused by our painters, and it became a bigger job than I imagined. We cleaned 30+ nails and some roofing materials out of our gutters, but in the end it looks nice.

From beginning to end Bone Dry was very professional and installed our roof and gutters. We was very pleased with the work and would recommend them. Yovanni oversaw our project and kept us informed of the progress with pictures. We appreciate his dedication to making sure we received a quality roof and gutter system.

We had a new roof 6/29/19 on our house and also had a new roof on our condo in 2010. Steven Shaw was the salesman and was very professional. The crew did a great job and cleaned up the entire area. If you need a new roof I would definitely recommend them. I had numerous other quotes and they were very competitive. None better !
