From the very first call, to the estimate and all the way through the process, their customer service was unparalleled. Steven Blosser, you absolute legend-thank you for being patient with my 5,000 questions, my “just one more thing” texts and my mild panic when the USPS turned into the Pony Express.

Their A+ BBB rating isn’t just for show-it’s 100% earned. The entire process was smooth (except for a few unavoidable hiccups-Mother Nature decided to throw a tantrum mid-project), transparent and professional.

I’ve no doubt that any warranty issues that may come up in the future will be taken care of, just as thoroughly and professionally as the roof replacement.

If you’re on the fence, stop hesitating, these folks are the real deal.

My experience with Bone Dry Roofing was very good. From the sales man all the way down to the workers. Bone Dry uses top quality materials and are very professional about their work. Best of they ask for no payment before the job is completed. I will recommend they by far to anyone.

We shopped around several roofing companies and ended up choosing Bone Dry due to their great warranty (which we have fortunately not yet needed to test) and their willingness to compete with other quotes. They were not the cheapest in the end, but had the best value for a high-quality job. Their sales people and on-site managers were very friendly and easy to work with. Their roofers were fast-working and respectful. They made a point to be transparent and accountable throughout the process and made us comfortable with the big decision.

Bone Dry Roofing made some repairs on my roof a few weeks ago. From the time I got the quote the company was great to work with. They kept me updated on when they would perform the work. The technician that performed the work gave me a complete review of what he did, along with sending me pics when he was done. Great company to work with.

I could not be happier with my choice of Bone Dry Roofing for my roof replacement. They were professional, punctual, honest and very accommodating. I've never worked with a company that was more responsive to email and text communications. There were many times they answered my questions on the weekend or in the evening.

The installation of the roof went very well and was very fast. The Bone Dry team kept me up to date on their progress with lots of text messages and pics from on top of my house. Exceptional.

But the service that completely knocked it out of the park was that they took the lead on working with our HOA to get the shingles approved for use. Taking that headache off our hands was such a relief. Thank you, Steve Blosser and thank you, Bone Dry Roofing!

We had several roofers out to provide estimates on a metal roof or dimensional shingles. Bone Dry had the best price on dimensional shingles and the sales rep seemed to be the most knowledgable, he even helped us pick a color scheme that complimented our siding and shingles. Install was done in a day, and we have a relatively large area on the back of our house. Clean-up was near perfect, we found only a few nails/scraps afterward. Overall, I’m very pleased. We recently had another roofer going door-to-door in our neighborhood and he actually stopped to ask who had done our roof and to tell me we had a nice roof.

Bone Dry Roofing completed replacing the roof on my house last Thursday, June 20, 2024. They also replaced two skylights, added a cricket and added a bathroom fan vent. The workmanship is excellent. Cleanup was very well done. Communication throughout the project was both timely and professional. Bone Dry Roofing was a pleasure to work with. My house now has a beautiful new roof. I received lots of estimates for roof and gutter work and Bone Dry was the easy choice for me. They replaced my roof, gutters and installed gutter guards. Jason was honest and trustworthy with his assessment and went above and beyond offering his input and being patient with me throughout the process. Bryan kept the energy level high during the project and kept me informed every step of the way with pictures. The entire Bone Dry team was attentive to my project with on site visibility. Bone Dry Roofing did my roof back in 2014 and the roof has never been an issue, they did a spectacular job. I had raccoons do damage to my roof in June of 2024 and Bone Dry Roofing was there to do the repair. They did another great job. We've used Bone Dry Roofing for years. They've done three different roofs for us in three different houses. They are always fast, clean, and their prices can't be beat. It's been five years since they installed our most recent roof, and it looks perfect. This past week, I called them and asked if they knew where I could get a pack of replacement shingles in case anything ever does need to be repaired. They reminded me of my warranty, and assured me they could get replacements if I ever need them, but they also just dropped off a pack that same day, for no charge... like... just so I would feel good about having replacements on hand. Just awesome. I wish I had more than 5 stars at my disposal!

The team was awesome. Alex diagnosed the problem right away yesterday. I was a little disappointed when the scheduling Boss called today and said nobody could show up for 3 days, but Steven the Bigger Boss heard the urgency in my voice apparently on speaker phone and got somebody to the house in a few hours ! Bone Dry did a fantastic job on my roof. Communication with them was great. They kept me informed during the whole job. The workers showed up on time worked very hard all day long. They did a good job on the cleanup. I was a very well satisfied customer.

Bone Dry Roofing replaced our siding and gutters on our detached garage and did an excellent job. They were quick to schedule, kept us updated throughout installation with photos of the work being done, and cleaned up well after completing their work. We would absolutely use them again and recommend Bone Dry to those looking for services.

Called Bone Dry for possible installation of attic fan and additional insulation. Jameson came out. Turns out I didn’t need those things done, problems arose from poor construction of duct vents on second floor. I was able to fix myself inexpensively. Honest, professional and polite. Couldn’t give them a higher rating.

In the past two years bone dry roofing replaced my roof twice and still could not do it right the second time. The workmanship is shoddy. They also contract the roofing installations out to contractors who cannot speak english and who are not properly trained. The foreman had less than a year experiance in roofing. Had I known this on the first day I would have not let them reroof my house. Neither roof was installed correctly first atempt they covered over rotted and broken wood. Second atempt they tried to cover over wood not cut correctly. The wood decking is exposed to the elements it hangs over the roof past the fascia board. Dripedge was hit with a hammer and bent over corners. They had to remove large sections of new shingles cause I caught them covering up shoddy work. Management did not stop contractors from performing shoddy work. I would never use this company again for anything. I have pictures from both installations. Do not let this company anywhere near your home. They do not have any respect for you or your home. My neighbor who lives next door also complained he could not let his dog out in his yard because there was so much trash from the job site in his yard. There were nails,plastic and shingles in his yard. I found a total of 18 nails in my gravel driveway after they said they checked it. This company thinks shoddy work is ok. Update 3/6/20 more shingles are starting to peel up and so is flashing around chimney. Also back part of the house has a hump in the center where shingles are coming up. More pictures will be posted. Don't let this company anywhere near you house!!!!!!!
