Constraction reviews in Dublin, Ohio

Not only was it a pleasure to work with Dean and his team, but Dean helped me through the entire process, not to try and secure my business, but to truly educate me about the damage that mother nature caused to my roof, and what my options were. Dean and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly, very conscience of the time frame I was challenged with to ensure I did not sustain any further damage to my roof, and or possibly to my home. I honestly cannot say enough about these individuals or my experience, but I will definitely work with Dean and his team again, and have already recommended Upgrade Roofing to a friend and colleague.

Dean, Josh and the rest of the crew did a marvelous job putting a new roof on our house. They took care of everything, from inspection, helping get the insurance claim approved, replacing my roof (in one day, including fixing a bunch of issues from previous owner), and also helping me get the very best deal on new gutters and gutter guards through one of his partners. My house got UPGRADE ROOFING: thanks guys!

I accidentally called Upgrade Roofing instead of the roofing company I intended to call today, and they were so extremely helpful! Even though I was already working with a different company, they took the time to help answer a few questions I had! It is not as common to see companies that genuinely want to help people out without charging an arm and a leg for their time. Upgrade Roofing was definitely a blessing in my day today!

Dean and his crew installed a new roof this summer. They were in and out in two days. This included clean-up, which was amazing! No trash and no nails in the yard! Communication was great and the company was easy to work with. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new roof, they did an excellent job on our house!

UPGRADE ROOFING did an excellent job on my roof. Mike and Dean explained the process job to me. The crew showed up on time and worked until the task was finished.
They were hardworking and respectful.
My yard was cleaner after the men finished the cleanup. I would highly recommend UPGRADE ROOFING.!!

Dean and Mike are wonderful walking you through the process and making your home look like new in the end...I have received many compliments on my home...Dean and Mike always responded if I had any questions at all

Highly recommend Upgrade for excellent service and attention. Dean worked to get my roof done as quickly as weather would allow. Jason also came and did a walk through with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. Enjoyed my experience and easy to work with.

Upgrade roofing process was very easy and resultful. Mike Robusto from upgrade roofing met with my insurance adjustor and convinced him of my claim After approval from insurance company, appointment was set for upgrade roofing to replace the roof.
The crew showed up at 6:00 am and were done by 3:00 pm. They did a great job. Very detailed. I was concerned with the clean up. However, they did a nice job cleaning up, to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend upgrade roofing.

I definitely recommend Upgrade Roofing. Completed the job in a single day. They use high quality materials. Nick was awesome to work with. I was very well taken care of. Looks great.

Dean and company were great to work with on a new roof and siding that were damaged during a wind storm. Very happy with the job they did and the communication I received from Dean throughout the process. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone who needs a roof/siding work done.

Just completed a roof replacement with Upgrade Roofing and was very satisfied with the entire process. Dean, the owner, was easy to deal with and the quality of the materials and workmanship was top notch. The installation crew was extremely hard working and completed the job in one (long) day. They did a great job with tarping and post installation cleanup. I highly recommend Dean and his entire organization. Thanks also to Alex and Josh who are part of Upgrade Roofing.

Upgrade roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof install! We had insurance denials, yes multiple, when working with other roofing companies. Then Dean came and helped us walk through Insurance process properly, and we were approved for full install. His crew is efficient and clean. You will not even know that they have been there when they are finished. I highly recommend Upgrade Roofing!

Josh and his crew were beyond great. He guided me through the whole process. Dealing with insurance claims can be a pain but they made it seamless. The crew cleaned up any and all mess that they made and my roof looks amazing. I highly recommend them! Keep up the great work Josh and Dean!

We had a great experience with Dean and his team, they were easy to work with. The whole process of selection of type of roof shingles etc., to get the install date setup was all quick. Dean and his team are very responsive to calls, texts and emails.
They helped us throughout the whole insurance process with our new roof and completed the install in one day.
Definitely recommend Upgrade roofing for anyone looking to get a good customer experience with roof installation.

I Highly recommend Upgrade Roofing. Josh was extremely easy to work with. He worked hard to get our roof completely covered by our insurance company when other roofing companies didn't want to work with our insurance. Once the funding was approved the team was great! They worked with our schedule and did a very clean install. No complaints at all with Upgrade Roofing! Ive already recommended this company to friends and family.

Highly recommend Upgrade roofing. Dean and his team were great helping with the insurance process to get a new roof fully covered after wind and hail damage. Our large roof was completed in just one day and they did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. The new roof looks great!

Could not be more pleased with Dean and Upgrade Roofing. They stuck with me for almost 2 years as my insurer continually declined coverage for hail, as I watched virtually every home around me get a new roof. Finally, with Dean and his teams help, they did such a thorough job with pics, hail markings, hail weather report, that my 4th adjuster said they basically wrote the report for them. Thank you again Upgrade Roofing!

Upgrade Roofing is a fantastic company to work with. Dean is extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He responds quick and gives his honest feedback. The materials used for our roof were high quality and look really nice. His installation team did a great job installing and cleaning up - it only took one day to complete our large roof. The following day another team member came out to do another pass around the house to find any additional nails and debris - I loved that as I have children who play in the yard barefoot. I’m so happy to have found this company and 100% recommend them.

Upgrade did an outstanding job replacing our roof after a storm last summer. Dean was a pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and always available to answer questions. The team completed the installation in just one day, ensuring everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. They also took great care in cleaning up afterward—we haven’t found a single roofing nail! Highly recommend Upgrade for their excellent service and attention to detail.

Great experience. After hail damage, I was inundated with roofing contractors. Upgrade Roofing was the best and easiest to work with. I have State Farm insurance, which required them to go back and forth multiple times before approval. They handled all of it for me so I didn’t have to do any of the push back on the State Farm estimates. Once they got it approved, they did the whole job in a day and it looks great! Very professional and easy to work with.

Outstanding experience working with Dean from UPGRADE ROOFING! He helped make the process smooth and easy while keeping us informed along the way. Definitely recommend!
