Constraction reviews in Dublin, Ohio

Ammar and his crew did an excellent job lifting part of our driveway. They worked fast and clean and the communication was great. The price was too. Our driveway looks like new!

Ammar and his crew did a great repairing a sidewalk trip hazard for me. He came out for a quote two days after my initial call and completed the repair the following day in 45 mins. The price was reasonable and I would use them again in the future.

Top Level Concrete just completed an amazing 2 car driveway and front entry sidewalk lift.
Ammar made this project a complete joy from the initial phone call to coming out for a quote to the completion of the job. Pricing was very fair. Workmanship was great, Ammar and his crew completely leveled each area that was originally sinking. A few of the areas had dropped 2”.
I will take his recommendation on the type of joint filler to use which I will be doing shortly.
I was originally looking to have it all torn out and poured new. I’m happy that i found Top Level Concrete. I will recommend them to all my neighbors.

We had such a great experience with top level. I will refer all of my friends there! I called for an estimate they came out on time. Did the estimate then came back two days later and finished my job. so happy I hired them and they offer a lifetime warranty.

They did such a great job restoring my porch, sidewalks, garage and driveway. I was so pleased that I asked them for a yard sign to help advertise!! This was a completely pleasant experience. Thanks, Ammar and Top Level crew. You deliver Top Level results and service.

Wow, what an all-around great experience with Ammar and his crew! From the initial contact to the completed job just yesterday (12/2/25), everything went as planned. Very professional, excellent workmanship including clean-up, and fair pricing. And our project was no easy feat, as we needed to raise & level the floor of an inside room built on a concrete slab. I would definitely use them again for any needs and highly recommend Top Level.

Wow, when our kitchen wall started sink we were into a lot of construction and mess for weeks. Top Level came through for us. They were polite and very professional. I was expecting an all day job but was pleasantly surprised when they were done in less than an hour. They were neat and cleaned up. Very Respectful of our property. Highly recommended! The cost was much less then expected.

It was such a great experience working with Ammar and his team. Part of our driveway had sunken in, Ammar came to check the area, gave his professional opinion and explained the process. Came out the very next day with his crew and leveled the area. Looks really good now. Ammar and his crew were very professional very accommodating. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

We were so pleased with the job Tartan did for us. Not only do we now have a beautiful roof, but Tartan handled everything from beginning to end with our insurance company. They fought for us to get a full roof replacement. It took them a couple of months due to push back from our insurance company. However, the knowledge they have regarding policy, code, roofing and insurance, truly helped us. They completed our roof in one day and the COO, Lewis, was on site to supervise the job. We couldn’t be happier.

Carlos V and his team got my new roof completed in early June and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Carlos was always willing to talk, explain the entire process and his team was professional and trustworthy. We will absolutely use Tartan Builders in the future and would recommend Carlos and his team to anyone that has damage to their house or would like a new roof.

Just had our roof replaced after a recent storm caused some damage. Colin and the Tartan Builders team were fantastic from start to finish. They started with a free inspection, found wind damage, helped us through the process of starting an insurance claim and diligently worked to help us get what needed to be done completed. The roof replacement went smoothly with a great team working long days to get the job done as quickly as possible. Highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

I had an outstanding experience with Tartan Builders, especially Dominic! Dominic was great with helping me understand what all needed to be done & what exactly his team would accomplish. The nicest guy and extremely professional! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They gave me a clear estimate, explained the entire process, and completed the job on time—actually ahead of schedule. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and my new roof looks fantastic.

What really impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They made sure everything was spotless when they left—no nails or debris left behind.

Joey McQuade did a great job managing the insurance process to ensure full replacement value with our insurance company! The team did a great job from the assessment to implementation and follow up inspection. It was an easy process and the implementation team was great. Clean and respectful process! 💯 percent recommend Joey and Tartan builders for a roof replacement!

I had a very positive experience with Tartan and they're teams, and received a quality, great looking roof repair and replacement. Ayden, they're local rep (Ohio), came out after our recent hail storm and provided a thorough, free inspection. He showed me pictures of the damaged roof/shingles, explained they're process, and provided a detailed initial quote. As he was professional, knowledgeable, and had an engaging personality; I decided to go with them for the repairs and replacement. He worked behind the scenes on my insurance claim, and made sure the process was smooth and hassle free for me. His construction team, led by Eddy, were very hard working, efficient, and skilled. Within a day, they had the old roofing off, repairs made to the sub-roof(OSB boards) where needed, and the new shingles on & completed. Ayden, then, followed up with me and completed the final insurance tasks such that I received final claim payment within two days. I couldn't be more pleased.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos Vazquez for my roof replacement project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. He took the time to explain the entire process, ensuring I understood what to expect at each stage.

The quality of work was outstanding; my new roof not only looks fantastic but also provides the durability and protection I needed. Carlos and his team were punctual, respectful, and worked diligently to complete the project on time. They even cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done, leaving my property spotless.

I highly recommend Carlos Vazquez and Tartan Builders Inc for any roofing needs. His dedication to customer satisfaction and craftsmanship is truly commendable. Thank you, Carlos, for a job well done!

Tartan Builders is an excellent roofing company! They worked with our insurance company, making the process easy! We chose the color of shingle and then scheduled a date to get our new roof! Materials were dropped off the day before, and the whole roof was finished in one day! They placed tarps to protect our plants and cleaned up every nail from our yard! Shawn was with us from the very beginning, insuring all our questions were answered and giving us a great experience! Highly recommend!

Isaah Timmons was easy to work with and always responsive to any questions I had. they sent out a big crew of 7 to 12 people, who were very hard hard-working almost nonstop for 12 hours a day. They got my roof done in three days. I’m very happy with the work perfect.

Isaiah and crew has stepped up to complete the paperwork to finalize the work done on repairing my roof. He and his crew did everything right. He has been honest, uprigh
