Scheduled an appointment for 2/16 3 days before for a clogged drain. Got a text Sunday morning that they will see me “tomorrow”. Then get a text Sunday night saying they’ve decided my service call isn’t and important as others, cancelled my service, and didn’t have any reasonable times to reschedule. I’m going to actively tell people not to use this company.

Last Friday, I had a problem with Sump pump and I looked online for Thomas & Galbraith and scheduled online for maintenance. They sent a guy, he came in with his iPad but without charge and put his iPad in my home for charging. He changed the pump to new one but closing led he messed up, he lost a screw and left as it is, and he didn’t make a hole for screws he just glued only which is not a complete work.He most of the time talked about members only, and I realized that they only worked nicely to members only not to non members. I’m completely unsatisfied with this company and its employee sent for work . So, I don’t recommend this company for doing this job.

The salesman matthew was great at first. Once he got our business he stop responding to all calls and emails. "very unprofessional and very unappreciative of our business" the crew who did the job were cool as far as being friendly goes but they did a part of the job incorrectly and they didn't clean up once they were done. The only upside to them was a guy named Dale. He responded quickly. He communicated. He cleaned up his mess. He did the job correctly. If it wasnt for him i would rate this company 1 star. Not to mention nobody has contacted us to ask about the quality of the work even after all of our issues smh ! ! ! ! !

Terrible experience, still harass me with debt company sending me letters threaten to ruin personal credits and information.

This company will over charge you and will only care about money replacing the whole system instead of fixing to very more money out of you. I had a guy came in for maintenance because my thermostat will turn off for an hour randomly and there was a sticker from the company when they install the heating system for my house last homeowner.

The guy was really rude and mean and was very entitled speaking to me about my heating system. The tech took out the case and start inspecting inside of my system and start taking the machine apart and told me that the system is old and needed a whole thing replace and also a duct clean all the vents so I go along and let him finish everything out to get quoted and pay him for the work that he did. But after he left the heater kick on and I started hearing metals scratching up against each other spinning for 15 seconds every time the heater turn on. So I thought it was just a tight thing where it just need to run for it to get loose and adapt back. And then I receive the quote pricing for just duct cleaning and replacement it was super and too expensive for me so I start researching for others choice.

And I found a company name bee duct clean on facebook that was 1/3 of their duct cleaning price and was willing to do the whole house and every single vent and went as far as cleaning out my machine from all the dust and vacuum it and spray a mold killing spray and install me 2 uv light system to prevent any mold and dirty bacteria from my house from wetness, mold and sickness.

But the system still make sound so I called them back for check up and they said their tech did not do anything for the system to make noises like that and charge for the visit over $200 again after they already did it the first visit when it’s something they messed up on and doesn’t offer to fix. But making me pay for the visit and call me everyday to make me pay, instead of fixing the problem and I refuse to pay and now they sent it to a debt collection company to mail me letters every week and the company threat to ruin my personal credits and benefits. Not recommended at all, stay far away from them, my machine is fixed by another guy for wayyyyyy cheaper and no sound and running perfectly fine.

Don’t let them scam you and say this is why your heater has your electric bills so high and all of this other stuff…. They’re not correct, It’s high because Duke Energy is charging all these few rider fees that’s $80 and up every month, the energy that you use don’t cost much at all, it’s the rider fees that the government need to invest and start fixing.

We used this company twice in the last few months for seperate furnace and heating issues, and the techs have been excellent! I cant remember the first techs name, he said he was new, but today we had Cody (I believe). They've always been super friendly and helpful!

Mike and his apprentice Joey are awesome! As someone who hates not being able to do something themselves and hates calling bigger companies, my experience was the total opposite. They were very nice, they stayed late, and THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I'm not sure if you can request heating and cooling technicians, but I would definitely recommend MIKE AND JOEY.

My tech was super friendly and knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process, showing me videos he took in my crawl space, and making certain my drainage system was back to functioning. Everything was transparent and I was treated with absolute respect. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

Our technician performed our annual plumbing inspection. He was courteous and professional. There was a leak he found and fixed along with an aerator that was improperly installed. My experience with Thomas and Galbraith has been good.

The technician , Jeff Smith was excellent, the work was very good and very professional, but the cost to do those two things was way to much for me and then to add on $98 for a travel fee when I just did a $360 (-$100 ) coupon was just a little too much for the work that was done. Replacing an electrical outlet and an overhead light socket I didn't think would be quite that much since I supplied the materials plus a travel fee. I should have gotten an estimate before I had the technician come out. If I had known it was going to be that much I would have checked around. Again the technician was very good.

The Service Tech, Adam, called me to tell me he was 45 minutes away. He showed up right on time, put shoe covers on so he wouldn’t track dirt into my home, and got to work on my furnace. He showed me the 2 things he was going to fix and how he would do it. 10 minutes later, he let me know he was finished and pointed out what he’d done. Adam did a great job!

DJ Fiessinger from Thomas & Galbraith is truly the most dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, and kind Consultant I have ever worked with. He responds quickly and professionally. He has been there for us before, during, and after the installation of our HVAC system. I have full trust and respect for him and the entire staff.

I’m beyond happy! After another company wanted to break up my floor to fix the drain, that was not needed, Cameron was AMAZING and cleared it out for us in 20 mins! He was very personable & very knowledgeable in his work. Highly recommend Cameron!

Our experience with Thomas and Galbraith has been extremely disappointing. Their crew severed our septic system's electrical line. They did not inform us that an electrical line was cut, and then left the live wire exposed in wet conditions for hours after the crew finished. They claimed they thought the line was abandoned—but it wasn’t. That was a dangerous and unqualified judgment call for them to make, and it resulted in unnecessary costs and safety risks.

They also ran over and ripped the gutter downspout after stating they would remove it before starting any digging. They also left part of the excavation site underfilled, creating a low spot for water to pool near our foundation. Two days later, they claimed they left it open for electrical repairs to the cut wire—contradicting their earlier statement that they believed the wire was abandoned. They also never previously mentioned needing to make a second trip to complete the job. Their continuously shifting explanations, poor communication, and disregard for our concerns made this a frustrating and costly experience.

Update: They went ahead and fixed the electrical line (even though they weren’t contractually obligated to), along with the gutter and some of the underfilled area. It was a bit strange because they sent the electrician without any notice, and so we were at work when they showed up. This caused some issues because we had to scramble to be able get them in the house. I do appreciate that they made an effort to address some of the issues, but overall, the experience still wasn't great.

I’ve been a customer of Thomas & Galbraith now for several years. I have always had good experiences with them and am very happy with them! I recently had an issue after a service visit. I contacted them and they sent someone the next day! He throughly checked everything out and found the issue and fixed it! I appreciate the fast response and was worried with Thanksgiving coming up that I would have to be scheduled for a later date. Glad I have a company that I trust!!!

January 9, 2026 had a Sewer backup in the basement. T&G Plumbers came out as I had a plumbing contract with them. A tech came out and "Cleaned out" the sewer line to the street. He advised that I had tree roots in the pipes and may have broken pipes. He had another tech scheduled for Jan 10th. to run a camera through the pipes to advise what is going on. the 2nd tech advised me that I have broken sewer pipes. $16,000 to fix the whole pipe or $7,000 to fix just the broken pipes. Luckily I called my City Wastewater dept. They ran a camera through there and said that there were still tree roots in the pipes and that T&G tech had not cleaned out the pipes completely, only punched a hole in the clog. I had to have ANOTHER Drain cleaning company come out and COMPLETELY clean out the pipes before the city would be able to tell me if the pipes are indeed broken. City came out after the 2nd company totally cleaned out the pipes and guess what NO BROKEN PIPES, all I need to do is put RootX in the clean out pipe twice a year, or get rid of the tree. I called T&G plumbing supervisor to complain about them lying to me. He told me that there is no way they could afford to do a COMPLETE Clean out for $99, but that is NOT what the original person told me AND that the 2nd tech lied about the pipes being "broken". This could have been a $17,000 mistake on my part, if I would have believed the T&G Techs. Never again will I have Thomas and Galbraith do any plumbing work in my house. They lie, to get more work that doesn't need to be done.

Highly satisfied. They sent me a text message to confirm technician arrival time. Included in this text was technicians name, certification credentials and his photo! Wow! Never have Iseen this type of communication from a service company. I highly recommend Thomas Galbraith for your furnace needs. Highly recommend them. AAA+ service!

T&G saved us when our heating system stopped working and our home quickly became frigid. I called the 24/7 line and quickly had a call back and in less than 24 hours we were warm and cozy once again. Our technician Kaleb was so great and went above and beyond to fix our problem. He even asked the parts distributor to meet him at the shop and re-open so that he can get the part he needed. T&G has yet again done an exceptional job for us and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Both Chuck and Daniel were very focused and professional. Great talent is hard to find, these guys are "unicorns". Next time i have an issue, I'll call T&G
