Just had a new Carrier HVAC system installed by Fairfield-Hamilton Heating & Cooling. We often wonder who will show up to do the work. I was so fortunate to have 2 fine young men, Jesse and Aiden install my new unit. They were so neat with everything they installed. Explained everything before install and did a walk thru after explaining everything. System running great. Highly recommend Fairfield-Hamilton Heating& Cooling, Five Star Home Services.

Scheduling was a breeze and I was able to get a service appointment the same day I called. They gave me a 4 hour window and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. The technician was polite and professional. He explained the issue to me and the part and pricing before doing any work. I would highly recommend Fairfield-Hamilton Heating and Cooling and will be calling them first for future needs.

Would give 6+ stars if that were an option. Gage came on a Sunday PM to check out our furnace and give us a bid on replacing it. This was our third bid and the best by far in price. Gage also did a great job explaining what we needed and why. The following day Nick and Cody came and installed our new furnace and were finished by dinner time. All Fairfield-Hamilton Heating & Cooling Five Star Home Services employees we met in person or on the phone were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Chasity was our service tech for our seasonal HVAC maintenance and she was absolutely wonderful. Very thorough and knowledgable. She took the time to explain things as she was doing them and answer all questions I had. Great experience and confident that the maintenance she provided will keep our HVAC running smoothly.

A coil case was taken apart and had one screw not put back in and it wasn't sealed I had to put hvac tape around to seal all the gaps froze up same day and currently is not working at all 1200 dollars and it's worse than before the tech came out.

Very professional. Our service provider for over twenty years retired. The new company was a lot more expensive and said many things were wrong. I looked for a second opinion. I did end up purchasing a new unit. Mine was 16 years old. Ended up paying $4000 less than the original company quoted.

I called this company for an inspection and they were right on time and quick to respond. The associate (Hassan) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. No pushy sales tactics and proves the work of what they claim needs repaired so you are confident in spending the money

Technician seemed to be knowledgeable and worked quickly. The only thing that I did not like was the way that he tried to sell me a new system - furnace & a/c. He suggested some very expensive systems and when I did not say yes, he began suggesting less expensive systems. No thanks. Would not recommend.

Our AC went out a couple days ago and we were dreading the price tag, but this late August heat was becoming too much for us. I called at 2:15 PM today, had an appointment in minutes. By the time I got off work around 4:15 PM, the tech, Cody, was already en route.

Cody was polite, courteous, and diagnosed the problem in ten minutes of seeing my outdoor unit. (As well as some other issues that I definitely need to address in the future!)

He quoted me the price. (Way less than I was expecting!) I agreed, and he got that thing up and running in minutes. Now I am sitting here in my house, feeling it slowly cool off to proper temps, and I am certain I will be requesting this company again.
