Hill air to the rescue! Our air conditioner went out during the heat wave and Steve was here within 4 hrs! Had the needed parts with him. He fully explained everything and was a delight to work with. Hill Air is your go to for every heat and air issue

Always very happy with their service! We've been customers of Hill-Air for 35 years. The preventive maintenance plan is fantastic and Tyler has been out to our house the last 2 or 3 times. They installed our new Carrier furnace about 5 years ago and a EcoBee smart thermostat that I absolutely love! Our air conditioning unit is about 20 years old and the preventive maintenance has been keeping it running great a lot longer than we could have hoped. Despite the fact that it's still running great, Tyler can see that we won't be able to do that much longer; we'll be having them install our new Carrier air conditioning unit before next summer. Tyler is a great technician and always honest and trustworthy.

I'm posting for my 94 year old mom Virginia who has had Hill Air for years. She's very happy with the response, excellent work and communication. She loves Chris and only asks for him. She'd recommend Chris and Hill Air to anyone.

Hill Air always takes care of my heating and air conditioning needs well at a good cost. During my most recent service, Chris, the service person was efficient and helpful. He is always very nice and very helpful.

Mark provided our recent semi-annual maintenance for the cooling season on our Carrier heat pump and furnace HVAC system, which were installed by Hill Air in April 2007 - 18 years ago. This is long past the average life of a heat pump, but ours is still running well thanks to regular heating and cooling season maintenance by the Hill Air team. We also have much lower than average electric bills for a house our size, which is a direct result of Hill Air keeping our system running efficiently.

Hill-Air has been servicing our A/C unit and furnace for the past few years, and they have been wonderful to work with! Their customer service is very prompt & responsive, and their technicians are efficient and thorough in their work. I would definitely recommend!

While the visit was specifically for routine maintenance, it provided reassurance that our HVAC and whole house humidifier systems remain functional and in no need of repair or replacement at this time. Chris was punctual, polite, efficient, and professional, responding to questions and requests with concise, complete, and understandable answers, utilizing video (via his phone camera) where applicable, and was patient with our queries. It's refreshing, and reassuring, to deal with a company, and its personnel, and have confidence in the products and services they provide, every time those services are needed. I will utilize Hill Air in the future, and hope Chris will return if called upon.

We've used Hill-Air for over a decade and they've been very reliable. They've done both in and out of warranty repairs for us and always do a great job. We just had our PMA visit for our 17 yr-old Carrier furnace, and thanks to Hill-Air's regular maintenance, the system is still running strong.

Hill-Air have been my go to company for over 11 years.
They have always sent reminders a day ahead of the appointment as well the technicians call to notify us when they are headed our way with an approximate arrival time. Their technicians are professional and courteous. They trouble shoot the issue, complete repairs and make suggestions if needed to help maintain the equipment. They perform recommended PMs twice a year. They always let us know how the equipment is performing, again make any suggestions to maintain the equipment if needed. I still recommend Hill-Air for installs and maintaining the equipment.

Hill-Air is a first-class operation! I get a reminder call and then when he is on his way I get a message. The guys who come to my home are always very nice and helpful and want you to be happy! They take time to answer any questions you may have and then get the job done right! I would recommend Hill-Air to everyone!

Hill-Air is great to work with and a reputable company. They found an issue with the HVAC system in my new house and immediately fixed the work of a less than superior company. They are the only ones I’ll trust from now on.

We had a new AC unit installed and Hill-Air has been great to work with. We just had our complementary service check on our unit by Tyler who was on time, knowledgeable and very nice.

The heating technician Billy arrived at my home within an hour of calling for service. He discovered that the part installed by another heating company a year ago was done incorrectly. He fixed the installation properly and only charged me for a minor service call. I highly recommend this family-owned business for their honesty, ease of service, and integrity. Moving forward, I will only call Hill-Air Heating and Air Conditioning for my heating needs. Thank you again! BTW! Carl was amazing with great customer service.

A/C began to blow hot air. Called early Monday morning & was able to get a service appointment for 5 p.m. the same day. The Technician Steve was thorough with explaining the issue with a failed capacitor. The system was under warranty for parts and Steve was able to get the cost of the part covered. We appreciate the quick service & thorough explanation for the repair!

We needed an AC checkup. I called on a Monday morning in early June hoping for a summer appointment. They asked when worked best for me. I said it didn’t matter right now. They said they could do 3-5 on Wednesday, only two days later. Thank you cancellations! At just before 2, the technician called saying they had finished other appointments early? I agreed and he was there 20 minutes later. He put the footies on and went the basement. He asked if we had another filter, we did not. He said it’s really dirty and needed to be changed. He finished everything in about 30 minutes. He reminded me again about the filter and was on his way. Quick appointment and very friendly.

Thank you so much to Steve (technician) from Hill Air. They fit me in on a Saturday when my AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. He was super efficient and super kind. He answered all of my questions and was very honest about my issue. I would recommend them for sure! Thanks Steve

We just had our first scheduled 2026 maintenance with Hill-Air and have always quite happy with them. We've used them ever since they installed the HVAC unit in our house, back in 2006 and they've been here to help with simple maintenance, and with repairs when needed. They always give us a call before the stop out all of the techs we've met over the years have been quite professional. We highly recommend them!

Hill designed and installed the Carrier Infinity heat pump HVAC system for our new construction house 3 years ago. They have been excellent at each step of the process. When service is required, they are responsive and send out qualified, professional techs every time. It's a good company.

Chris was polite, knowledgeable, efficient. He also shared with some tips on how to not allow heat to exit my home.
